背景技术
无论是在传统武术训练，还是在现代搏击训练中，沙袋都是一种必须的道具，它提供了一个击打的受体，训练拳手的击打力度，准确性，以及速度，是每个拳手不可或缺的必要道具。但传统的沙袋都是悬挂在架子上，或者是立在地上，这在一定程度是限制了沙袋的移动，也因此限制了拳手的移动；而在搏击中，讲究拳到步到，必须要将拳法和步法配合。虽然有教练移动喂靶时，可以兼顾拳法和步法训练，但这种方法适合一对一训练，提高了人工成本。
发明内容
本发明针对上所述方案存在的不足，提供了一种直线沙袋，通过设计沙袋的外形、悬挂方式和运动路径，更好合理地将拳法和步法结合训练。
一种直线沙袋，包括圈状沙袋、导轨和滚动轴。
所述圈状沙袋外形与汽车轮胎相似，做成圈状，外表面平整；内部填充缓冲物。所述导轨固定于地面上，圈状沙袋置于导轨中，当圈状沙袋转动时，能在导轨中移动。在所述导轨两侧的上沿往下沿着导轨的方向对向开槽，所述槽到导轨底部的高度高于圈状沙袋的外径减去内径的高度。所述滚动轴跨过圈状沙袋，串入槽中。
本发明的直线沙袋，拳手站在侧边，用对应的手不断攻击圈状沙袋。所述圈状沙袋受到击打时，就会顺着力的方向移动，由于导轨的存在，圈状沙袋只能顺着导轨的方向移动，而滚动轴则保证了圈状沙袋在受到向上的力时，圈状沙袋不会跳出导轨。在圈状沙袋移动时，拳手必须紧随其移动，才能继续击打。
优选地，所述圈状沙袋采用软橡胶制作，内部填充缓冲物，一次成品。
优选地，所述滚动轴两端通过螺母将其限制在导轨的槽上，必要时，能锁死螺母，将圈状沙袋固定，作为定点沙袋教学使用。

所述圈状沙袋1外形与汽车轮胎相似，做成圈状，外表面平整。所述圈状沙袋1采用软橡胶制作，内部填充缓冲物，一次成品。所述导轨2固定于地面上，圈状沙袋1置于导轨2中，当圈状沙袋1转动时，能在导轨2中移动。在所述导轨2两侧的上沿往下沿着导轨2的方向对向开槽，所述槽到导轨2底部的高度高于圈状沙袋1的外径减去内径的高度。所述滚动轴3跨过圈状沙袋1，串入槽中。所述滚动轴3两端通过螺母4将其限制在导轨2的槽上，必要时，能锁死螺母4，将圈状沙袋1固定，作为定点沙袋教学使用。
