本发明公开了一种新型人工胰岛,包括传感器,微处理器,电信号发射器,生物信号发射器,手机APP。本发明采用生物信号刺激胰岛素分泌,减少药物用量和注射痛苦;可以自动判断并控制胰岛素分泌量;同时通过APP可修改装置参数,避免系统计算产生的误差,进而极大的造福了患者。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种临床医学领域,更具体地说,涉及一种人工胰岛的临床医学领域。
背景技术
人工胰岛给患者带来了更为便捷的给药途径,但多年的临床调查研究表明,人工胰岛虽然弥补一些常规疗法的不足,但仍存在疗效问题和安全隐患:
1、人工胰岛须持续输注,注射针头长期插于患者皮下,可能发生严重局部过敏,日常生活中不可避免与创口摩擦,可能产生红肿和硬块,不但给患者到来了不适,也会影响胰岛素输注和皮下吸收,试用期间需要定期更换针头和输注位置。
2、一般出现低血糖情况多,高血糖情况出现较少,出现的原因多是人工胰岛程序设置不当,输注量过大、输注时间过长或没有结合自身饮食运动等情况调整输注参数。现在所使用的是开环式人工胰岛,它不能通过监控血糖自行调节给药剂量,只能靠操作者自身及时监控来避免血糖水平异常。
3、作为电子产品的一种,自身受到电子产品的限制,例如电池耗尽,元器件老化等。同时储药器内气泡未排尽、管路漏液、药液沉淀堵塞等,都会导致输注剂量变化。这方面取决于人工胰岛和泵用胰岛素的质量,同时也需要操作人员注意观察发现。
4、人工胰岛的价格都在万元以上,一般家庭难以承受,况且治疗过程中胰岛素的使用也很昂贵,使不少患者望而却步。调查发现虽然对人工胰岛有所了解的患者达到70%,但真正使用并能持续使用人工胰岛的并不多,后期治疗费用高昂是半数以上带泵患者的最大担忧。
综上所述,现急需一种新型发明来改变皮下注射所引起的问题及解决创口和药剂注射给患者打来的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种新型人工胰岛,改变了皮下注射所引起的问题并解决了创口和药剂注射给患者打来的痛苦。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种新型人工胰岛,包括传感器,微处理器,电信号发射器,生物信号发射器,手机APP;
所述传感器为专用实时监测人体的血糖含量传感器;
所述微处理器专用于做出高血糖判断并开始计算胰岛素的分泌量;
所述生物信号发射器为专用发出信号刺激胰岛分泌胰岛素的生物信号发射器;
所述手机APP为专用对人工胰岛系统参数进行人工修改的手机APP。
上述一种新型人工胰岛,利用已有闭环式人工胰岛装置,直接由生物信号刺激胰岛并由电信号反馈给终端。
上述一种新型人工胰岛,用户通过手机APP连接装置,处理器将存储的数据通过电信号发送到手机APP中,用户通过数据反馈并咨询医生,如果胰岛素分泌不合理,则对系统参数进行人工修改,系统将修改后的信息反馈给处理器,处理器自行进行调整。
本发明采用生物信号刺激胰岛素分泌,减少药物用量和注射痛苦;可以自动判断并控制胰岛素分泌量;同时通过APP可修改装置参数,避免系统计算产生的误差。

所述生物信号发射器为专用发出信号刺激胰岛分泌胰岛素的生物信号发射器;
所述手机APP为专用对人工胰岛系统参数进行人工修改的手机APP。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型人工胰岛,其特征在于,利用已有闭环式人工胰岛装置,直接由生物信号刺激胰岛并由电信号反馈给终端。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型人工胰岛,其特征在于,用户通过手机APP连接装置,处理器将存储的数据通过电信号发送到手机APP中,用户通过数据反馈并咨询医生,如果胰岛素分泌不合理,则对系统参数进行人工修改,系统将修改后的信息反馈给处理器,处理器自行进行调整。
