Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,包括喷嘴后端面与固定架的前端面连接,固定架上端面上设置有储液仓,所述储液仓内部装有清洁液,所述喷嘴前端面设置有保温罩,通过保温罩保持创口附近皮肤温度,所述喷嘴上所述固定架后端面设置有进水口,通过进水口将水导入固定架内,并与储液仓排出的液体混合后,通过喷嘴喷出进行清洁,所述喷嘴灭菌灯,通过灭菌灯对创口表面的细菌进行抑制。目前的创面清洁喷头仅能通过喷淋对创口进行清洁,这样清洁效率不高,并且创口的消炎效果不佳,对创口内部以及表面清洁能力有限。而本申请文件,在通过清洁喷头进行喷淋的同时,通过灭菌灯降低创口表面的细菌数量,保证创口的清洁效果更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁喷头,具体涉及一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头。
背景技术
任何伤口,特别是烧伤创面,面积大,广泛的毛细血管扩张,通透性增高,皮肤屏障功能丢失,环境的有害因子(如细菌)很快侵入体内,进入全身血液循环,可触发全身炎症反应和脏器功能的损坏,严重时出现休克。目前医学界处理这种伤口的常用药有:磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)、磺胺咪隆、硝酸银、碘伏等。以上这些药物使用后都或多或少存在以下问题:如穿透焦痴能力较弱,适用于预防和控制创面浅表面性感染;易产生耐药性、引起创面疼痛、换药次数多,Ag+可引起中毒。
众所周知,臭氧是一种强氧化剂,在酸性物质中其还原,地位仅次于氟,是氯的600倍,为已知最强的氧化剂之一,是一种高效灭菌剂。臭氧灭菌速度比氯气快600-3000倍,臭氧对细菌、病毒等微生物内部结构有极强的氧化破坏性,可达到杀灭细菌繁殖体、芽孢、甲乙型肝炎病毒、真菌和原虫胞襄等各种细菌以及破坏肉毒杆菌的毒素及立克次氏体等的目的。臭氧水在伤口清洗中确保了患者的舒适感、抗感染、促进血液循环、增加创面皮肤的免疫功能、清洗无污染、愈合速度快、疤痕肤色淡,这些是目前任何药物做不到的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是目前对创面炎症的处理办法,没法做到一步到位,往往在清洁过后,还需要进一步对受创表面进行清理,目的在于提供一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,解决上述的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,包括喷嘴后端面与固定架的前端面连接,固定架上端面上设置有储液仓,所述储液仓内部装有清洁液,所述喷嘴前端面设置有保温罩,通过保温罩保持创口附近皮肤温度,所述喷嘴上所述固定架后端面设置有进水口,通过进水口将水导入固定架内,并与储液仓排出的液体混合后,通过喷嘴喷出进行清洁,所述喷嘴灭菌灯,通过灭菌灯对创口表面的细菌进行抑制。目前的创面清洁喷头仅能通过喷淋对创口进行清洁,这样清洁效率不高,并且创口的消炎效果不佳,对创口内部以及表面清洁能力有限。而本申请文件,在通过清洁喷头进行喷淋的同时,通过灭菌灯降低创口表面的细菌数量,保证创口的清洁效果更好。而设置的保温罩,可以提高皮肤温度,通过升温促进血液循环以及起到一定的灭菌作用。
进一步地,所述喷嘴包括灭菌灯、喷头和安装板,所述安装板后端面与固定架连接,所述喷头设置在灭菌灯中部,所述液体喷头将在固定架内混合的液体喷出,对创口进行清洁。灭菌灯能够将创口表面上的残余细菌进行抑制,并且可以消除部分细菌,此时在使用喷头进行喷淋的话,效果会比单纯的喷淋好。
进一步地,所述灭菌灯采用高亮度镜面杀菌反应腔的紫外线灭菌灯。紫外线照射到微生物时,便发生能量的传递和积累,积累结果造成微生物的灭活,从而达到消毒的目的。当细菌、病毒吸收超过3600~65000uW/c㎡剂量时,对细菌、病毒的去氧核醣核酸(DNA)及核醣核酸(RNA)具有强大破坏力,能使细菌、病毒丧失生存力及繁殖力进而消灭细菌、病毒,达到消毒灭菌成效。紫外线一方面可使核酸突变、阻碍其复制、转录封锁及蛋白质的合成;另一方面,产生自由基可引起光电离,从而导致细胞的死亡。
进一步地,所述保温罩采用多段伸缩结构,能够通过伸缩结构的伸缩,改变保温罩截面积的大小。通过保温罩的伸缩,能够改变保温罩的截面积大小,根据不同的创口面积,调整保温罩的截面积,能够更好的匹配创口,实现精确的定位治疗。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,能够在清理的同时,抑制和减少创口皮肤细菌的产生;
2、本发明一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,通过促进血液循环和提高皮肤表面温度,破坏创口皮肤的生长环境。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,包括喷嘴1后端面与固定架2的前端面连接,固定架2上端面上设置有储液仓3,所述储液仓3内部装有清洁液,所述喷嘴1前端面设置有保温罩4,通过保温罩4保持创口附近皮肤温度,所述喷嘴1上所述固定架2后端面设置有进水口5,通过进水口5将水导入固定架2内,并与储液仓3排出的液体混合后,通过喷嘴1喷出进行清洁,所述喷嘴1灭菌灯11,通过灭菌灯11对创口表面的细菌进行抑制。目前的创面清洁喷头仅能通过喷淋对创口进行清洁,这样清洁效率不高,并且创口的消炎效果不佳,对创口内部以及表面清洁能力有限。而本申请文件,在通过清洁喷头进行喷淋的同时,通过灭菌灯降低创口表面的细菌数量,保证创口的清洁效果更好。而设置的保温罩,可以提高皮肤温度,通过升温促进血液循环以及起到一定的灭菌作用。
所述喷嘴1包括灭菌灯11、喷头12和安装板13,所述安装板13后端面与固定架2连接,所述喷头12设置在灭菌灯11中部,所述液体喷头11将在固定架2内混合的液体喷出,对创口进行清洁。灭菌灯能够将创口表面上的残余细菌进行抑制,并且可以消除部分细菌,此时在使用喷头进行喷淋的话,效果会比单纯的喷淋好。
所述灭菌灯11采用高亮度镜面杀菌反应腔的紫外线灭菌灯。紫外线杀菌灯,辐照强度稳定性高,杀菌寿命长达9000小时,高透过率石英玻璃管,透光率≥87%,单价也比同类产品适中,杀菌寿命达8000小时后,其辐照强度在253.7um保持稳定不变,比国内同类产品辐照强度稳定不变。灯管破碎有声光报警提醒。高亮度镜面灭菌反应腔设计。与国外同类产品相比杀菌强度提高了18%-27%,杀菌率能够达到99.99%。紫外线杀菌灯主体内外部抛光处理以加强紫外线辐照度,确保被消毒物在消毒灭菌过程中不会有消毒灭菌不完全的情形出现。人们利用紫外线杀菌原理把医院的专业杀菌消毒技术又引入了日常生活的杀菌消毒领域,这种应用在日常生活中的室内、家居、车载、冰箱杀菌器和工业用杀菌器都是利用高频C波段紫外线在20秒至1分钟内对各种微生物的DNA产生破坏作用,能够杀死99%的细菌和病毒,包括:流感、肝炎病毒、大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢及多种霉源体、过敏源,给人群提供安全的衣食住行环境。
所述保温罩4采用多段伸缩结构,能够通过伸缩结构的伸缩,改变保温罩4截面积的大小。通过保温罩的伸缩,能够改变保温罩的截面积大小,根据不同的创口面积,调整保温罩的截面积,能够更好的匹配创口,实现精确的定位治疗。

1.一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,其特征在于,包括喷嘴(1)后端面与固定架(2)的前端面连接,固定架(2)上端面上设置有储液仓(3),所述储液仓(3)内部装有清洁液,所述喷嘴(1)前端面设置有保温罩(4),通过保温罩(4)保持创口附近皮肤温度,所述喷嘴(1)上所述固定架(2)后端面设置有进水口(5),通过进水口(5)将水导入固定架(2)内,并与储液仓(3)排出的液体混合后,通过喷嘴(1)喷出进行清洁,所述喷嘴(1)灭菌灯(11),通过灭菌灯(11)对创口表面的细菌进行抑制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(1)包括灭菌灯(11)、喷头(12)和安装板(13),所述安装板(13)后端面与固定架(2)连接,所述喷头(12)设置在灭菌灯(11)中部,所述液体喷头(11)将在固定架(2)内混合的液体喷出,对创口进行清洁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于创面炎症消除清洁喷头,其特征在于,所述灭菌灯(11)采用高亮度镜面杀菌反应腔的紫外线灭菌灯。
