Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention simultaneously cleans the inner side, the outer side and the upper end surface of the teeth by arranging the symmetrical side brush rolls and the central brush disc, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency; according to the invention, the waterline spray heads are arranged on the side brush rollers and matched with an external high-pressure water pump, so that the tooth surfaces, tooth seams and the like are washed by waterlines in the brushing process, and the cleaning effect is improved; according to the invention, the arc-shaped baffle is arranged to block the waterline, so that splash caused by traditional waterline stamping is avoided, and the use feeling is improved.
