Examples
The embodiment of the invention provides a rinsing water recycling device and a rinsing water recycling method for a commercial uncovered type dish washer, wherein the rinsing water recycling device and the rinsing water recycling method are provided with the function of recycling rinsing water besides the main washing function and the rinsing function of the commercial uncovered type dish washer.
In one aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a rinse water recycling apparatus for a commercial lid-lift dishwasher is provided.
The rinsing water recycling device of a commercial uncovered dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention has a structure diagram shown in figure 1, and comprises: a rinsing water pump 1, a lower rinsing arm 2, an upper rinsing arm 3, an upper main washing arm 4, a lower main washing arm 5, a pre-rinsing water pump 6, a main washing water pump 7, a pre-rinsing water tank 8, a main washing water tank 9, a rinsing water tank 10, a vacuum metal floating ball 11, a reversible cover plate 12, a reversible cover plate 13, a vacuum metal floating ball 14 and a main control board; the main control board is arranged in the dish washer, the main washing arm and the rinsing arm are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the dish washer tableware placing space, the main washing pump is connected with the main washing arm and the main washing water tank, the rinsing pump is connected with the rinsing arm and the rinsing water tank, and the pre-rinsing pump is connected with the rinsing arm and the pre-rinsing water tank.
The specific contents of each part of the device are as follows:
main water pump, rinsing water pump and pre-rinsing water pump
The main washing pump is used for providing power for main washing spray; and conveying the main washing water in the main washing water tank to the main washing arm through the main washing pipeline.
The rinsing water pump is used for providing rinsing spraying power; high-temperature rinse water is pumped into the upper and lower rinse arms from the rinse water tank, and the rinse arms are driven to rotate by the reaction force generated by the sprayed rinse water.
The pre-rinsing water pump is used for providing power for pre-rinsing spraying; pre-rinse water is drawn into the upper and lower rinse arms from the pre-rinse water tank while the upper and lower rinse arms are driven to rotate by a reaction force generated by the sprayed pre-rinse water.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electromagnetic valve can be additionally arranged at the position of the rinsing water pump and connected with the pre-rinsing water tank, and the water pump can pump water from the rinsing water tank or the pre-rinsing water tank by controlling the on-off state of the electromagnetic valve, so that the number of the water pumps is reduced.
Main washing arm and rinsing arm
The main washing arm includes: the upper main washing arm is arranged at the top of the dish placing space inside the dish washing machine and used for spraying the dishes from top to bottom in the main washing process of the dish washing machine, and the lower main washing arm is arranged at the bottom of the dish placing space inside the dish washing machine and used for spraying the dishes from bottom to top in the main washing process.
The rinse arm includes: the upper rinsing arm is arranged at the top of the tableware placing space in the dish washer and used for completing rinsing and spraying the tableware from top to bottom in the pre-rinsing process, and the lower rinsing arm is arranged at the bottom of the tableware placing space in the dish washer and used for completing rinsing and spraying the tableware from bottom to top in the pre-rinsing process.
Main water washing tank, rinsing water tank and pre-rinsing water tank
The main water washing tank is used for storing spraying water in a main washing stage, the top of the main water washing tank is provided with the turnover cover plate 12 with a rotary structure, and the lower end of the turnover cover plate 12 is welded with a vacuum metal floating ball 11.
The pre-rinsing water tank is used for storing water sprayed out during the previous rinsing, the top of the pre-rinsing water tank is provided with a turnover cover plate 13 with a rotary structure, the lower end of the turnover cover plate 13 is welded with a vacuum metal floating ball 14, the upper end of the turnover cover plate 13 is provided with a diversion trench, the inside of the pre-rinsing water tank is provided with an overflow rod, and when the water level of the pre-rinsing water tank is too high, the water in the pre-rinsing water tank automatically overflows into the main water tank.
And the rinsing water tank is used for storing the spraying water in the rinsing stage.
(4) Vacuum metal floating ball
The vacuum metal floating ball is suspended in the main water washing tank and the pre-rinsing water tank.
The vacuum metal floating ball 11 suspended in the main water washing tank is structurally characterized in that a stainless steel metal rod and a reversible cover plate are welded into a whole, the size and the weight of the vacuum metal floating ball are calculated in a balance mode, and after the water level in the main water washing tank reaches a preset water level, the reversible cover plate 12 can be attached to the edge of the main water washing tank anticlockwise by the buoyancy provided by the water level of the floating ball; and falls under the action of dead weight when the water level of the main water washing tank falls to control the opening and closing of the turnover cover plate 12.
The vacuum metal floating ball 14 suspended in the pre-rinsing water tank is structurally characterized in that a stainless steel metal rod is welded with a reversible cover plate 13 into a whole, after the size and the weight of the vacuum metal floating ball are calculated in a balanced manner, when the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank reaches a preset water level, the floating ball can enable the reversible cover plate 13 to be attached to the edge of the pre-rinsing water tank anticlockwise by the buoyancy provided by the water level; and falls under the action of dead weight when the water level of the pre-rinsing water tank falls to control the opening and closing of the reversible cover plate 13.
(5) Turnover cover plate
The reversible cover plate is arranged on the top of the main water washing tank and the top of the pre-rinsing water tank.
The turnover cover plate 12 is arranged on the top of the main water washing tank, and has a flat plate structure, and a roller bearing or a sliding bearing for slewing bearing and water-proof protection is arranged at the center of the turnover cover plate. The structure is provided with a specially designed water blocking sealing structure to isolate most of water flowing in the rinsing or pre-rinsing process.
The turnover cover plate 13 is arranged on the top of the pre-rinsing water tank, and has a flat plate structure, and a roller bearing or a sliding bearing for slewing bearing and water-proof protection is arranged at the center of the turnover cover plate. The structure is provided with a specially designed water retaining sealing structure so as to prevent water from flowing into the main washing process. The structure of the water guide tank is a specially designed water guide tank for guiding water in the rinsing process to the pre-rinsing water tank, and the reversible cover plate 12 of the main water tank only plays a role in isolating the rinsing water from entering the main water tank.
The reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank and the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank are arranged as a linkage interlocking mechanism, if the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is opened, the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in a closed state, and if the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is closed, the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in an opened state.
The cover plate can be turned over, and the electric push rod or the electric auxiliary device can be used for providing power.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the interlocking mechanism of the reversible cover panels described above is by way of example only, and that other mechanical arrangements for spatially isolating rinse water from main water, as may be present or may be present in the future, are intended to be within the scope of the present invention and are incorporated herein by reference.
In another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a method for recycling rinse water for a commercial uncovered dishwasher is provided.
The process flow chart of the method for recycling the rinsing water of the commercial uncovered dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 3, and comprises the following process steps:
s310: the dishwasher is started to perform washing preparation, the main washing tank, the pre-rinsing tank and the rinsing tank are simultaneously supplied with water, and the water levels reach preset water levels, and at this time, the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing tank and the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing tank are both in an open state.
S320: after the tableware is put on the dish washing rack of the dish washing machine, the upper cover is closed, and the dish washing machine starts to operate.
S330: the main control board controls the dish washer to start the main washing process, and closed water circulation is realized among the main washing pump, the main washing arm and the main washing water tank, the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is changed from the closed state to the open state and then returns to the closed state, and the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is changed from the open state to the closed state and then returns to the open state.
Before the start of the washing, the reversible cover 12 at the main sump is closed, and at this time, the reversible cover 13 of the pre-rinse sump is opened.
In the main washing process of the dish washer controlled by the main control board, the main washing water pump fills main washing water in the main washing water tank into the whole main washing water path and the main washing arm, the water level of the main washing water tank is reduced, the vacuum metal floating ball 11 falls, the turnover cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is opened, and at the moment, the turnover cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in a closed state.
The main washing process is to realize closed water circulation among the main washing pump, the main washing arm and the main washing water tank, the main washing water after washing tableware completely flows back to the main washing water tank, when the main washing process is finished, the water level of the main washing water tank is recovered, the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is closed, and at the moment, the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in an open state.
S340: the main control board controls the dish washer to start a pre-rinsing process, water circulation of the pre-rinsing process is realized among the pre-rinsing water pump, the rinsing arm and the pre-rinsing water tank, the reversible cover plate 12 of the main washing water tank is kept in a closed state, and the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is kept in an open state.
When the main control board controls the dish washer to start the pre-rinsing process, the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank is reduced, the vacuum metal floating ball 14 is fallen, the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is opened, and the reversible cover plate 12 of the main water tank is in a closed state.
The pre-rinsing process is to realize the water circulation of the pre-rinsing process among the pre-rinsing water pump, the rinsing arm and the pre-rinsing water tank, most of the pre-rinsing water after washing tableware flows back to the pre-rinsing water tank through the diversion trench, and a small part of the pre-rinsing water runs off into the tableware and the main water tank, and when the pre-rinsing process is finished, the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank drops, the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in an open state, and the reversible cover plate 12 of the main water tank is in a closed state.
S350: the main control board controls the dish washer to start a rinsing process, the rinsing water pump pumps water of the rinsing water tank to the rinsing arm to clean tableware, the rinsing water flows into the pre-rinsing water tank through the diversion trench, an overflow rod is arranged in the pre-rinsing water tank, and when the water level is too high, the pre-rinsing water overflows into the main water tank.
When the main control board controls the dish washing machine to start the rinsing process, the rinsing water pump fills the rinsing water in the rinsing water tank into the whole rinsing waterway and the rinsing arm, the rinsing water flows through the turnover cover plate 12 at the main water tank in a closed state after the tableware is washed or directly flows into the pre-rinsing water tank, at the moment, the turnover cover plate 13 at the pre-rinsing water tank is in an open state, when the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank reaches a preset water level, the vacuum metal floating ball 14 at the pre-rinsing water tank floats to close the turnover cover plate 13 at the pre-rinsing water tank, and the turnover cover plate 12 at the main water tank in linkage with the rinsing water is opened, and the rinsing water flows into the main water tank.
And the overflow rod in the pre-rinsing water tank is used for indicating a preset water level.
S360: and (5) closing the dish washer after the washing is finished.
The rinsing water recycling method provided by the embodiment of the invention reduces the rinsing time, correspondingly increases the pre-rinsing time, and basically has no change in the total rinsing time. The rinsing process is a process of heating the heating pipe in a power consumption way, so that the rinsing time is reduced, and the recovery (pre-rinsing) of the rinsing water is increased, thereby achieving the purpose of saving water and electricity.
Examples
The embodiment provides a rinsing water recycling device and a rinsing water recycling method of a commercial cover-type dish washer, the specific implementation structure of which is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the device can specifically comprise the following structures:
(1) Rinsing water pump
The functions are as follows: providing rinsing spray power. High-temperature rinse water is pumped into the upper and lower rinse arms from the rinse water tank, and the rinse arms are driven to rotate by the reaction force generated by the sprayed rinse water.
(2) Lower rinsing arm
The functions are as follows: the rinsing pump water sprays tableware from bottom to top in the rinsing process through the lower rinsing arm.
(3) Upper rinsing arm
The functions are as follows: the rinsing pump water sprays tableware from top to bottom in the rinsing process through the upper rinsing arm.
(4) Upper main washing arm
The functions are as follows: the main washing pump water sprays tableware from top to bottom through the upper main washing arm.
(5) Lower main washing arm
The functions are as follows: the main washing pump water sprays the tableware from bottom to top through the lower main washing arm.
(6) Pre-rinsing water pump
The functions are as follows: providing the motive force for the pre-rinse spray. The pre-rinse water is pumped to the rinse arm by the pump and simultaneously the rinse is driven to rotate by the reaction force generated by the water discharged from the rinse arm.
(7) Main water washing pump
The functions are as follows: providing the power of the main washing spray. And conveying the main washing water in the main washing water tank to the main washing arm through the main washing pipeline.
(8) Pre-rinsing water tank
The functions are as follows: is used for storing water sprayed in the last rinsing. The upper part of the pre-rinsing water tank is provided with a turnover cover plate 13 with a rotary structure, and the lower end of the cover plate is welded with a vacuum metal floating ball 14.
(9) Main water tank
The functions are as follows: is used for storing the spraying water in the main washing stage. Wherein the main water tank is provided with a turnover cover plate 12 with a rotary structure, and the lower end of the cover plate is welded with a vacuum metal floating ball 11.
(10) Rinsing water tank
The functions are as follows: and the spray water used for storing the rinsing stage.
The detailed design concept of the floating ball type switch conversion cover plate is shown in fig. 2:
(11) Stainless steel vacuum metal floating ball 11 in main water washing tank
The functions are as follows: the structure is that a stainless steel metal rod is welded with a turnover cover plate 12 into a whole, the size and the weight of the turnover cover plate are calculated in a balance mode, and when the water level in the main water tank reaches a preset water level, the vacuum metal floating ball 11 can enable the turnover cover plate 12 at the main water tank to be attached to the edge of the main water tank anticlockwise through buoyancy provided by the water level. And when the water is pumped by the main washing pump and the water level is lowered, the self weight falls to control the opening and closing of the turnover cover plate 12 at the main washing water tank.
(12) Turnover cover plate 12 at main water tank
The functions are as follows: the structure is a flat plate, and a roller bearing or a sliding bearing for waterproof protection of the slewing bearing is arranged at the center of the flat plate. The structure is provided with a specially designed water blocking sealing structure to isolate most of water flowing in the rinsing or pre-rinsing process. And the opening and closing of the main water tank reversible cover plate 12 and the opening and closing of the pre-rinsing water tank reversible cover plate 13 are interlocked, namely, when the main water tank reversible cover plate 12 is opened, the pre-rinsing water tank reversible cover plate 13 is in a closed state. When the main tank reversible cover 12 is in a closed state, the pre-rinse tank reversible cover 13 is in an open state.
(13) Reversible cover plate 13 at pre-rinse tank
The functions are as follows: the structure is a flat plate, and a roller bearing or a sliding bearing for waterproof protection of the slewing bearing is arranged at the center of the flat plate. The structure is provided with a specially designed water retaining sealing structure so as to prevent water from flowing into the main washing process. The structure of the device is provided with a specially designed water guide groove which is used for collecting rinsing water into a pre-rinsing water tank.
(14) Stainless steel vacuum metal floating ball 14 in pre-rinsing water tank
The functions are as follows: the structure is that a stainless steel metal rod and a reversible cover plate are welded into a whole, after the size and the weight of the stainless steel metal rod and the reversible cover plate are calculated in a balance mode, when the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank reaches a preset water level, the reversible cover plate 13 at the pre-rinsing water tank can be attached to the edge of the pre-rinsing water tank anticlockwise by the buoyancy provided by the water level of the vacuum metal floating ball 14. And when the pre-rinsing pump pumps water and the water level drops, the self weight falls to control the opening and closing of the reversible cover plate 13 at the pre-rinsing water tank.
Combining the description and the structural introduction, the washing flow of the commercial uncovered dish washing machine with the pre-rinsing link is as follows:
(1) Starting up and performing washing preparation, wherein the main water washing tank, the pre-rinsing water tank and the rinsing water tank are filled with water at the same time, and the water levels reach preset water levels; at this point in time, by the principle described above, the main tank reversible lid 12 is in an open state and the pre-rinse tank reversible lid 13 is in an open state.
(2) The bowl and dish are put on the basket frame of the dish-washing machine to close the upper cover, and the dish-washing machine automatically operates.
(3) The main washing is started, and at this time, the vacuum metal floating ball 11 falls down due to the falling water level in the main water tank 9. The main wash tank is automatically opened with the reversible cover 12. And because the two turnover cover plates are linkage interlocking mechanisms, the turnover cover plate 13 is in a closed state, and the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank 8 is not changed, so that the closed state of the upper turnover cover plate 13 is enhanced. At this time, the pumping and spraying circulation of the main washing stage is closed circulation, and most of the water flows back to the main washing water tank 9. After the main washing is finished, the water level is restored, the floating ball 11 floats, the reversible cover plate 12 at the main washing water tank is closed, and the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is in an open state because the reversible cover plate 12 is interlocked with the reversible cover plate 13 in the pre-rinsing water tank.
(4) The pre-rinsing is started, the pre-rinsing water pump 6 starts to pump water, the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank 8 is lowered, the vacuum metal floating ball 14 is lowered along with the water level, and the opening state of the reversible cover plate 13 of the pre-rinsing water tank is enhanced. The pre-rinse water now flows back to the pre-rinse tank through the diversion trench at the reversible cover 12 of the main tank. The water quantity in the pre-rinsing process is partially lost to the dishes and the main water tank, the water level in the pre-rinsing water tank is slightly reduced, the main water tank is in a closed state when the reversible cover plate 12 is arranged on the main water tank, and the reversible cover plate 13 is in an open state when the pre-rinsing water tank is arranged on the main water tank.
(5) In the rinsing stage, the rinsing pump 1 starts rinsing, and the rinsing time can be significantly reduced since the pre-rinsing is performed. The sprayed water flows into the pre-rinsing water tank through the diversion trench of the turnover cover plate 12 at the main water tank. The pre-rinse tank has an overflow lever therein, and when the water level is too high, water overflows into the main wash tank 9.
(6) The entire washing process is ended.
The main water tank and the turnover cover plate in the pre-rinsing water tank are repeatedly opened and closed to recycle the rinsing water after the cyclic washing, so as to achieve the purposes of saving water and electricity.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention designs a device and a method for recycling rinsing water of a commercial uncovered dishwasher, which adds a pre-rinsing process after main washing and before rinsing in the normal washing process of the commercial uncovered dishwasher, wherein the pre-rinsing process mainly recycles water sprayed by the last rinsing and stores the water into a pre-rinsing water tank which is independent of the main washing water tank and the rinsing water tank, and after the main washing process is finished, a water pump which is independently arranged on the pre-rinsing water tank sprays the water onto tableware to pre-clean the tableware; after the pre-cleaning is finished, part of water flows into the main water washing tank and is not recycled. After the pre-rinsing process is added, the rinsing time is reduced, the pre-rinsing time is correspondingly increased, and the total rinsing time is basically unchanged; however, the rinsing time is obviously shorter than that of a general commercial dish-washing machine with only main washing and rinsing processes, and the rinsing process is a process of heating by power consumption of a heating pipe, so that the rinsing time is reduced, the rinsing water recovery is increased, the water consumption and the power consumption are reduced, and the purposes of saving water and electricity are achieved.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: the drawing is a schematic diagram of one embodiment and the modules or flows in the drawing are not necessarily required to practice the invention.
From the above description of embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be implemented in software plus a necessary general hardware platform. 1. A rinse water recycling device for a commercial lid-uncovering dishwasher, the device comprising: the device comprises a main control board, a main water washing pump, a rinsing water pump, a pre-rinsing water pump, a main washing arm, a rinsing arm, a main water washing tank, a pre-rinsing water tank and a rinsing water tank; the main control board is arranged in the dish washer, the main washing arm and the rinsing arm are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of a dish washer tableware placing space, the main washing pump is connected with the main washing arm and the main washing water tank, the rinsing water pump is connected with the rinsing arm and the rinsing water tank, and the pre-rinsing water pump is connected with the rinsing arm and the pre-rinsing water tank;
the main control board controls the main water washing pump to pump water, pumps the water in the main water washing tank to the main washing arm, sprays the tableware in the main washing process, and enables the sprayed water to flow into the main water washing tank;
