本发明提供一种石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,包括若干块大小相同的抗菌垫本体,所述抗菌垫本体包括锁水层、抗菌层、吸水层、防水层,所述锁水层由石墨烯纤维与无纺布通过水刺工艺合成;所述抗菌层为碳海绵、乳胶海绵、高密度海绵、石墨烯纤维中的一种或几种。由于石墨烯材料本身的抗菌性使得本发明制备的抗菌垫抑制细菌效果显著,同时抗菌垫本体间可相互拆拼、代替,既可变成不同尺寸的床垫,又能做沙发垫、野营垫等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌垫技术领域,特别涉及一种石墨烯多功能抗菌垫。
背景技术
现有的床垫多为整体的、厚实的一块大型海绵或乳胶制备而成,舒适大方,但也为人们的生活带来了不少困扰。现有技术中的海绵床垫由于不具备防水功能往往给有老人和小孩的家庭造成了很多不便,老人与小孩由于行动不便,容易出现尿床等现象,一但发生尿床大型床垫的清洁工作量大,同时干燥也不彻底容易滋生细菌、发霉发臭。
目前市面上推出了隔尿床垫,隔尿床垫上层可以与下层通过拉链分离,相比传统床垫,拆洗方便,但是由于隔尿垫需要具备吸收液体的功能,因此具备一定厚度,清洗同样麻烦。市面上还有一些超薄方便清洗的隔尿垫,由于太薄,无法及时吸收液体,很容易将老人或小孩的衣服浸湿引发干嘛,而且清洗的隔尿垫或床垫需要晾晒很久才能干透,经常出现尿床的孩子与老人需要准备多床床垫才够替换,为生活带来了很多不便。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,本发明利用石墨烯的抑菌、抗菌特性,将抗菌垫以拼接方式连接,赋予了抗菌床垫多种功效,多种应用。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明所述石墨烯抗菌垫包括若干块大小相同的抗菌垫本体,抗菌垫本体正面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形槽,凹形槽内设置有连接相邻抗菌垫本体的卡扣带;抗菌垫本体背面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形容纳腔,凹形容纳腔内设置有连接带。凹形槽与凹形容纳腔的设计,有效隐藏了卡扣带与连接带,防止连接带与卡扣带凸出影响舒适度。
本发明所述的抗菌垫做床垫时,由于各抗菌垫本体大小设计结构相同,因此可以相互拆拼、替代,减少了搬运的人工成本,同时可拆拼结构也使得抗菌垫清洁方便,当某一块需要清洗时,可仅拆取某一块下来清洁。进一步地,所述卡扣带大小与凹形槽大小匹配。
进一步地,所述连接带为拉链连接带、魔术贴连接带、卡扣连接带、插扣连接带中的一种。
进一步地,所述抗菌垫包括锁水层、抗菌层、吸水层、防水层;
进一步地,所述锁水层由石墨烯纤维与无纺布通过水刺工艺合成;锁水层在快速吸收液体的同时防止液体反浸出来,可有效避免浸湿人的衣服,防止老人、孩子着凉感冒,而且石墨烯本身具有抗菌、抑菌作用,可以保障抗菌垫表层的清洁度,提高人体免疫力。石墨烯纤维与无纺布经水刺处理后即使吸收了水份,其表面相比其他吸水材质干爽。
进一步地,所述抗菌层为碳海绵、乳胶海绵、高密度海绵、石墨纤维中的一种或几种。碳海绵密度为0.2毫克/立方厘米左右,是世界上质地最轻的固体材料,碳海绵可任意调节形状,被压缩80%后仍可恢复原状。它对有机溶剂有超快、超高的吸附力,碳海绵吸油能力为普通吸油材料的250倍左右,最高可达900倍,因此其保温、吸附能力强,材料本身也具备一定抗菌能力,因此可防止垫体内部发霉、抑制细菌生长。
进一步地,所述吸水层包括高密度海绵、超吸水纤维、超强吸水短绒布;吸水层能将抗菌垫上的液体快速吸收,保持锁水层的干爽。
进一步地,所述防水层为PTFE膜与石墨烯纤维复合而成。抗菌垫底部采用防水材质可有效避免抗菌垫吸收的液体浸染其他物品。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效益:
1、本发明创造性的将石墨烯海绵(碳海绵)与石墨烯纤维应用到抗菌床垫中,石墨烯材料本身的抗菌性使得本发明制备的抗菌垫抑制细菌效果显著,健康环保,有效保障的老弱少等人群的生活健康。
2、本发明创造性的将床垫以小模块的抗菌垫体形式拼接而成,不但方便清洗,同时,由于单个拼块体积小,易于搬迁,减少了其搬运成本,还能根据所需适用于不同尺寸的家具,比如不同尺寸的床、沙发等,可广泛应用于床垫、沙发垫、野营垫。
3、本发明中的抗菌垫本体由锁水层、抗菌层、吸水层、防水层等多层吸水层构成,吸水速率和吸水倍率也比普通床垫高,不但能快速吸收滴落在垫子上的液体,还能防止液体反浸,有效避免浸湿人的衣服,防止老人、孩子着凉感冒,而且石墨烯本身具有抗菌、抑菌作用,可以保障抗菌垫表层的清洁度,提高人体免疫力。石墨烯纤维与无纺布经水刺处理后即使吸收了水份,其表面相比其他吸水材质干爽,因此舒适度较高。

实施例1
本发明所述石墨烯抗菌垫包括若干块大小相同的抗菌垫本体(1),抗菌垫本体(1)正面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形槽(4),凹形槽(4)内设置有连接相邻抗菌垫本体的卡扣带(2);抗菌垫本体(1)背面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形容纳腔(5),凹形容纳腔(5)内设置有连接带(3),其中连接带(3)为拉链连接。凹形槽(4)与凹形容纳腔(5)的设计,有效隐藏了卡扣带与连接带,防止连接带(3)与卡扣带(2)凸出影响舒适度。卡扣带(2)、连接带(3)大小分别与凹形槽(4)、凹形容纳腔(5)大小匹配。
抗菌垫本体正面上分别设置有上下、左右对应的卡扣带(2)组件,卡扣带由卡扣与纤维带(204)组成,其中卡扣为按扣,由可旋转的固定端一(201)、固定端二(203)、移动端(202)组成,固定端二(203)与相邻抗菌垫本体上的移动端(202)分别为母扣和子扣,通过抗菌垫本体上的移动端(202)与相邻抗菌垫本体上的固定端(203)卡扣连接实现相邻抗菌本体的连接;抗菌垫本体由上至下包括锁水层(6)、抗菌层(7)、吸水层(8)、防水层(9);锁水层(6)由石墨烯纤维与无纺布通过水刺工艺合成;抗菌层(7)为碳海绵;吸水层(8)由上至下为高密度海绵、超吸水纤维、超强吸水短绒布叠加而成;防水层(9)为PTFE膜与石墨烯纤维复合而成;抗菌垫底部采用防水材质可有效避免抗菌垫吸收的液体浸染其他物品。
本发明中的抗菌垫本体间可通过拆拼做成不同尺寸的床垫;当做沙发垫时仅需连接抗菌垫本体(1)间的卡扣带(2),解开连接带(3)即可将抗菌垫本体(1)叠加,增厚;野营时也可根据所需携带任意数量的抗菌垫本体(1)。锁水层在快速吸收液体的同时防止液体反浸出来,可有效避免浸湿人的衣服,防止老人、孩子着凉感冒,而且石墨烯本身具有抗菌、抑菌作用,可以保障抗菌垫表层的清洁度,提高人体免疫力。石墨烯纤维与无纺布经水刺处理后即使吸收了水份,其表面相比其他吸水材质干爽。
碳海绵密度为0.2毫克/立方厘米左右,是世界上质地最轻的固体材料,碳海绵可任意调节形状,被压缩80%后仍可恢复原状。它对有机溶剂有超快、超高的吸附力,碳海绵吸油能力为普通吸油材料的250倍左右,最高可达900倍,因此其保温、吸附能力强,材料本身也具备一定抗菌能力,因此可防止垫体内部发霉、抑制细菌生长。
吸水层能将抗菌垫上的液体快速吸收,保持锁水层的干爽。
经检测本抗菌垫本体吸水速率为1s,吸水倍率为60%。任一抗菌垫本体结构大小相同,可任一拼接、拆卸、折叠,可以根据所需作为床垫、沙发垫、野餐垫等应用,同时由于各抗菌本体结构相同,可以相互代替使用,所以当抗菌垫作为床垫使用时,即使某块抗菌垫被尿湿、或弄脏需要清洗,仍然可以取其他抗菌垫本体替代拼接,继续使用。
当抗菌垫做床垫时,由于各抗菌垫本体大小设计结构相同,因此可以相互拆拼、替代,减少了搬运的人工成本,同时可拆拼结构也使得抗菌垫清洁方便,当某一块需要清洗时,可仅拆取某一块下来清洁。

Claims (10)
1.一种石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,包括若干块大小相同的抗菌垫本体,所述抗菌垫本体包括锁水层、抗菌层、吸水层、防水层,所述锁水层由石墨烯纤维与无纺布通过水刺工艺合成;所述抗菌层为碳海绵、乳胶海绵、高密度海绵、石墨烯纤维中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述抗菌垫本体正面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形槽,凹形槽内设置有连接相邻抗菌垫本体的卡扣带;相邻抗菌垫本体背面相邻侧边上设置有相匹配的凹形容纳腔,凹形容纳腔内设置有连接带;所述卡扣带大小与凹形槽大小匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述连接带为拉链连接带、魔术贴连接带、卡扣连接带、插扣连接带中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述吸水层包括高密度海绵、超吸水纤维、超强吸水短绒布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述防水层为PTFE膜与石墨烯纤维复合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述卡扣带由卡扣与纤维带组成,其中卡扣可以为按扣、粘扣、绳扣。
7.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述抗菌垫本体吸水速率<6s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述抗菌垫本体吸水倍率为40~100%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯多功能抗菌垫,其特征在于,所述任一抗菌垫本体结构大小相同,可任一拼接、拆卸、折叠。
10.一种石墨烯多功能抗菌垫作为床垫、沙发垫、野营垫的应用。
