The medical crowd funding system 10 may determine a corresponding crowd funding item according to the identification information and determine account information of a third party fund account corresponding to the crowd funding item.
And step S112, storing the corresponding crowd funded payment into an account corresponding to the crowd funded project according to the payment information.
After determining the account corresponding to the crowd funding project, the fund donated by the donor can be stored in the account, and information such as the identity information of the donor, the amount of the donated fund, the time of the donated fund and the like can be recorded and displayed through the medical crowd funding system 10. The embodiment of the application also provides a medical crowd-funding system management device 100, which is applied to a medical crowd-funding system, wherein the medical crowd-funding system establishes communication connection with a hospital information system in advance so that the medical crowd-funding system can obtain user information in the hospital information system, and is in communication connection with an electronic terminal; the crowd funding system management apparatus 100 for medical care includes:

The first processing module 1022 is configured to determine whether the first identity information and the second identity information are matched, and generate a determination result; in detail, refer to the description of step S103.
The second processing module 1023 is configured to generate a crowd funding item according to the crowd funding information when the determination result indicates that the first identity information and the second identity information are matched, so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system displays the crowd funding item; in detail, refer to the description of step S104.
And the fund management module 1024 is configured to determine the financing information of the crowd funding project, and generate a fund transfer instruction when the financing information meets a preset condition or a transfer command is received, so that the financing of the crowd funding project is transferred to an account corresponding to the user in the hospital information system. In detail, refer to the description of step S105.
The embodiment of the application further provides a crowd funding system for medical treatment, which includes: one or more processors; memory for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method as previously described.

generating crowd funding items according to the crowd funding information so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system can display the crowd funding items;
the method comprises the following steps of generating crowd funding projects according to the crowd funding information so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system can display the crowd funding projects, wherein the steps of:
according to the first identity information, second identity information and second treatment information corresponding to the crowd funding information are obtained from the hospital information system;
judging whether the first identity information and the second identity information are matched or not, and generating a judgment result;
when the judgment result shows that the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, a crowd funding project is generated according to the crowd funding information so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system can display the crowd funding project, a corresponding two-dimensional code or a link address is generated, a user can use the electronic terminal to scan the two-dimensional code or click the link address, communication connection with the medical crowd funding system is established, and the crowd funding project is issued or the crowd funding project is checked; the medical crowd funding system establishes a corresponding independent fund account for each crowd funding project, wherein the fund account is a fund account arranged in a third-party financial institution;
determining the financing information of the crowd funding project, and generating a first fund transfer instruction when the financing information meets a preset condition or a transfer command is received, so that the financing of the crowd funding project is transferred to an account, corresponding to the user, in the hospital information system, and after rescue funds are collected through the medical crowd funding system, the collected rescue funds can be transferred to the account, corresponding to the user, in the hospital information system, and the transfer outlet of the funds is a unique outlet;
determining the financing information of the crowd funding project, and generating a first fund transfer instruction when the financing information meets a preset condition or a transfer command is received, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
determining a current funding amount of the crowd funding project;
obtaining a current treatment cost corresponding to a user of the crowd funding project from the hospital information system;
determining whether the current financed amount meets the current treatment cost requirement, and generating the first fund payment instruction so that part of the current financed amount meeting the current treatment cost requirement is paid to a hospital account corresponding to the user;
when the judgment result shows that the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, a crowd funding project is generated according to the crowd funding information, so that after the step of displaying the crowd funding project by an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system, the method further comprises the following steps of:
obtaining a crowd funding participation instruction of the electronic terminal, wherein the crowd funding participation instruction comprises identification information of a crowd funding project and payment information of crowd funding participation;
determining a corresponding crowd funding project and corresponding account information according to identification information of the participating crowd funding project, which is included in the crowd funding participating instruction;
according to the payment information, storing the corresponding crowd funding payment into an account corresponding to the crowd funding project;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring organization crowd funding information provided by organization users;
determining whether the qualification of the organization user meets a preset requirement;
when the qualification of the institution user meets a preset requirement, establishing an institution crowd funding project according to the institution crowd funding information so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system can display the institution crowd funding project;
determining the financing information of the organization crowd funding project, and generating a second fund transfer instruction when the financing information of the organization crowd funding project meets a preset condition or a transfer command is received so that the financing of the organization crowd funding project is transferred to an account corresponding to the organization user;
the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining a discharge bill of the user from the hospital information system;
determining the financing information of the crowd funding project corresponding to the user;
generating a discharge settlement instruction according to the discharge bill and the financing information so that the financing corresponding to the crowd funding project corresponding to the user settles the unsettled money in the discharge bill;
the medical crowd funding system is also pre-established with a social security interface so as to establish connection with the social security system through the social security interface, and the method also comprises the following steps:
sending the first identity information to the social security system;
enabling the social security system to determine corresponding social security information in the social security system according to the first identity information, and determining social security funds corresponding to the first identity information according to the social security information;
and receiving social security funds allocated by the social security system to deposit into a fund account of the crowd funding project corresponding to the first identity information.
2. The crowd funding system of medicine of claim 1, further comprising:
and recording the payment object, the payment time or the payment amount of the account corresponding to the crowd funding project.

wherein the item publishing module comprises: a hospital information acquisition unit for acquiring second treatment information of the user corresponding to the first identity information from the hospital information system according to the first identity information;
the first processing unit is used for judging whether the first identity information is matched with the second identity information or not and generating a judgment result;
the second processing unit is used for generating a crowd funding project according to the crowd funding information when the judgment result shows that the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, so that an electronic terminal in communication connection with the medical crowd funding system displays the crowd funding project;
and the fund management unit is used for determining the financing information of the crowd funding project, and generating a fund transfer instruction when the financing information meets a preset condition or a transfer command is received so that the financing of the crowd funding project is transferred to an account corresponding to the user in the hospital information system.
4. A medical crowd funding system, comprising:
one or more processors;
memory for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-2.
