Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to record the face image of the second user and return the face image of the second user and/or the location information of the home appliance to the client device when the image information matching the face image of the second user is not found in the preset image information base.
In an alternative embodiment, the server 705 is further configured to receive a facial image of a first user uploaded by a client device; verifying identity information of a facial image of a first user; and under the condition that the facial image of the first user is successfully verified, receiving a first preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device.
Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to output first prompt information in a case that the verification of the face image of the first user fails, where the first prompt information is used to prompt the first user to re-verify the face image of the first user.
Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to receive a second preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device when the facial image of the first user is successfully verified, where the second preset instruction is used to lock a function of the home appliance device.
In an alternative embodiment, the server 705 is further configured to search an image information base of the first user for image information matching with a facial image of the second user, where the image information base of the first user contains facial image information of at least one user associated with the first user; and under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not found in the image information base of the first user, searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information bases of all users.
Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to return the user information of the second user and/or the location information of the home appliance to the client device when the image information matching the facial image of the second user is found in the image information base of the first user.
Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to, in a case that the image information matching the facial image of the second user is not found in the image information base of the first user, re-find the image information matching the facial image of the second user in the image information base of the first user; recording the times of re-searching; judging whether the times of re-searching are larger than a preset threshold value or not; and under the condition that the number of times of re-searching is larger than a preset threshold value, outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to send a third preset instruction, and the third preset instruction is used for searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users.
Optionally, the server 705 is further configured to return the user information of the second user and/or the location information of the home appliance to the client device if the image information matching the facial image of the second user is found in the image information base of all users.
Optionally, based on any optional embodiment of the foregoing, as an optional implementation manner, the server 705 is further configured to detect whether a fourth preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device is received, where the fourth preset instruction is used for the first user to set a third user that allows the home appliance device to be used; under the condition that a fourth preset instruction is detected, image information of a third user is obtained; and controlling the household appliance based on the image information of the third user.
In an optional embodiment, the server 705 is further configured to obtain interaction information of the first user and the third user, where the interaction information includes at least one of: image information, video information, voice information; and extracting image information from the interactive information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of an apparatus for implementing the foregoing anti-theft tracking method for a home appliance is further provided, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an anti-theft tracking apparatus for a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes: a first acquisition unit 801, a lookup unit 803, and a first execution unit 805.
The first obtaining unit 801 is configured to obtain a face image of a second user currently using the home appliance device, where the first obtaining unit is configured to obtain a face image of the second user currently using the home appliance device, where the first preset instruction is used to start a face recognition mode of the home appliance device;
a searching unit 803, configured to search, in a preset image information base, image information that matches the face image of the second user;
the first executing unit 805 is configured to, in a case that image information matching a facial image of a second user is found in a preset image information base, return user information of the second user and/or location information of a home appliance to the client device, where the user information of the second user at least includes: facial image information of the second user.
It should be noted here that the first obtaining unit 801, the finding unit 803 and the first executing unit 805 described above correspond to steps S102 to S106 in the method embodiment, and the modules described above are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of the method embodiment described above. It should be noted that the modules described above as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiment of the present application, in the case of receiving a first preset instruction sent by an owner (i.e., a first user) of an electrical home appliance through a client device to start a face recognition mode of the electrical home appliance, the first obtaining unit 801 acquires, through the electrical home appliance, a face image of a second user currently using the electrical home appliance, searches whether there is image information matching the acquired face image of the second user in a preset image information base through the searching unit 803, and returns user information of the second user (including but not limited to face image information of the second user) and/or location information of the electrical home appliance to the client device in the case of searching the image information matching the face image of the second user in the preset image information base through the first executing unit 805.
It is easy to note that, in the case of receiving a first preset instruction sent by a first user through a client device to start a face mode of a home appliance device, whether the home appliance device is currently in an operating state or not may be acquired, a face image of a second user currently using the home appliance device may be acquired, and optionally, the home appliance device may acquire image information of at least one user within a preset distance range, so as to extract the face image of the second user according to the acquired image information.
Through the scheme disclosed by the embodiment, the purpose of identifying the identity of the user currently using the household electrical appliance based on the face recognition technology is achieved, the technical effects that under the condition that the household electrical appliance is stolen, the position information of the household electrical appliance is quickly tracked, the identity information of a thief is acquired, and then the case is quickly broken are achieved, and the technical problems that the position of an air conditioner and the information of an illegal user cannot be obtained after the existing household electrical appliance is stolen are solved.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the second execution unit is used for recording the face image of the second user and returning the face image of the second user and/or the position information of the household appliance to the client equipment under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not found in the preset image information base.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the first receiving unit is used for receiving the face image of the first user uploaded by the client equipment; the verification unit is used for verifying the identity information of the face image of the first user; and the second receiving unit is used for receiving a first preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device under the condition that the face image of the first user is successfully verified.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the output unit is used for outputting first prompt information under the condition that the face image of the first user fails to be verified, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the first user to re-verify the face image of the first user.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the third receiving unit is used for receiving a second preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device under the condition that the face image of the first user is successfully verified, wherein the second preset instruction is used for locking the function of the household appliance device.
In an optional embodiment, the first obtaining unit includes: the starting module is used for starting a face recognition mode of the household appliance, wherein the household appliance collects a face image of a second user under the condition that the face recognition mode is started; and the receiving module is used for receiving the facial image of the second user uploaded by the household appliance.
In an optional embodiment, the search unit includes at least one of: the system comprises a first searching module, a second searching module and a third searching module, wherein the first searching module is used for searching image information matched with a face image of a second user in an image information base of the first user, and the image information base of the first user contains face image information of at least one user related to the first user; and the second searching module is used for searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all the users under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not searched in the image information base of the first user.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the third execution unit is used for returning the user information of the second user and/or the position information of the household appliance to the client equipment under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is found in the image information base of the first user.
In an optional embodiment, the second lookup module includes: the searching submodule is used for searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of the first user again under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not searched in the image information base of the first user; the recording submodule is used for recording the times of re-searching; the judgment submodule is used for judging whether the times of re-searching are larger than a preset threshold value or not; and the output sub-module is used for outputting second prompt information under the condition that the number of times of re-searching is larger than a preset threshold value, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to send a third preset instruction, and the third preset instruction is used for searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and the fourth execution unit is used for returning the user information of the second user and/or the position information of the household appliance to the client equipment if the image information matched with the face image of the second user is found in the image information base of all the users.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the detection unit is used for detecting whether a fourth preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device is received, wherein the fourth preset instruction is used for the first user to set a third user allowing the household appliance device to be used; the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the image information of a third user under the condition that a fourth preset instruction is detected; and the control unit is used for controlling the household appliance based on the image information of the third user.
In an optional embodiment, the second obtaining unit includes: the acquisition module is used for acquiring the interactive information of the first user and the third user, wherein the interactive information comprises at least one of the following information: image information, video information, voice information; and the extraction module is used for extracting the image information from the interactive information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a storage medium including a stored program, where the program executes any one of the optional or preferred anti-theft tracking methods for a home appliance in the above method embodiments.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a processor, configured to execute a program, where the program executes any one of the optional or preferred anti-theft tracking methods for a home appliance in the foregoing method embodiments.

Claims (13)

1. An anti-theft tracking method for household appliances is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that a first preset instruction sent by a first user through client equipment is received, acquiring a face image of a second user currently using the household appliance equipment, wherein the first preset instruction is used for starting a face recognition mode of the household appliance equipment;
searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in a preset image information base;
returning the user information of the second user and/or the position information of the household appliance to the client device under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is found in the preset image information base, wherein the user information of the second user at least comprises: facial image information of the second user;
detecting whether a fourth preset instruction sent by a first user through a client device is received, wherein the fourth preset instruction is used for the first user to set a third user allowing the household appliance device to be used; under the condition that the fourth preset instruction is detected, acquiring image information of the third user; controlling the household appliance based on the image information of the third user;
wherein, when the fourth preset instruction is detected, acquiring the image information of the third user includes: acquiring interaction information of the first user and a third user, wherein the interaction information comprises at least one of the following: image information, video information, voice information; extracting the image information from the interaction information;
searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in a preset image information base, wherein the searching comprises the following steps: searching an image information base of the first user for image information matched with the face image of the second user, wherein the image information base of the first user contains face image information of at least one user associated with the first user; and searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not searched in the image information base of the first user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in a case where image information matching the face image of the second user is not found in the preset image information base, the face image of the second user is recorded, and the face image of the second user and/or the location information of the home appliance is returned to the client device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the face image of the second user currently using the home device is acquired in a case where a first preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device is received, the method further comprises:
receiving the facial image of the first user uploaded by the client device;
verifying identity information of the facial image of the first user;
and under the condition that the facial image of the first user is successfully verified, receiving a first preset instruction sent by the first user through the client equipment.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein in case that the first user's facial image authentication fails, outputting first prompt information for prompting the first user to re-authenticate the first user's facial image.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after verifying identity information of the first user's facial image, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the facial image of the first user is successfully verified, receiving a second preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device, wherein the second preset instruction is used for locking the function of the household appliance device.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein acquiring a face image of a second user currently using the home appliance device upon receiving a first preset instruction sent by a first user through a client device comprises:
starting a face recognition mode of the household appliance, wherein the household appliance collects a face image of the second user under the condition that the face recognition mode is started;
and receiving the face image of the second user uploaded by the household appliance.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein if the image information matching the facial image of the second user is found in the image information base of the first user, returning the user information of the second user and/or the location information of the home device to the client device.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein in a case that the image information matching the facial image of the second user is not found in the image information base of the first user, finding the image information matching the facial image of the second user in the image information bases of all users comprises:
when the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not found in the image information base of the first user, searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of the first user again;
recording the times of re-searching;
judging whether the times of re-searching are larger than a preset threshold value or not;
and under the condition that the number of times of re-searching is larger than the preset threshold value, outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the first user to send a third preset instruction, and the third preset instruction is used for searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein in a case that the image information matching the facial image of the second user is not found in the image information base of the first user, after the image information matching the facial image of the second user is found in the image information bases of all users, the method further comprises:
and if the image information matched with the facial image of the second user is found in the image information base of all the users, returning the user information of the second user and/or the position information of the household appliance to the client equipment.
10. An anti-theft tracking system for home appliances, comprising:
the household appliance equipment is used for acquiring a face image of a user currently using the household appliance equipment;
the system comprises client equipment and a client terminal, wherein the client equipment is used for sending a first preset instruction, and the first preset instruction is used for starting a face recognition mode of the household appliance equipment;
the server is respectively communicated with the client device and the household appliance device, and is used for acquiring the face image of the user under the condition that the first preset instruction is received, searching image information matched with the face image in a preset image information base, and returning the user information of the user and/or the position information of the household appliance device to the client device under the condition that the image information matched with the face image is searched in the preset image information base, wherein the user information of the user at least comprises: facial image information of the user;
the server is further configured to detect whether a fourth preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device is received, where the fourth preset instruction is used for setting, by the first user, a third user allowed to use the home appliance device; under the condition that the fourth preset instruction is detected, acquiring image information of the third user; controlling the household appliance based on the image information of the third user;
wherein the server is further configured to, when the fourth preset instruction is detected, acquire image information of the third user, including: acquiring interaction information of the first user and a third user, wherein the interaction information comprises at least one of the following: image information, video information, voice information; extracting the image information from the interaction information;
wherein the server is further configured to search an image information base of the first user for image information matching with a facial image of a second user, wherein the image information base of the first user contains facial image information of at least one user associated with the first user; and searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not searched in the image information base of the first user.
11. An anti-theft tracking device for household appliances, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a control unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a face image of a second user currently using the household appliance under the condition of receiving a first preset instruction sent by a first user through client equipment, and the first preset instruction is used for starting a face recognition mode of the household appliance;
the searching unit is used for searching image information matched with the face image of the second user in a preset image information base;
a first executing unit, configured to return, to the client device, user information of the second user and/or location information of the home appliance device when image information matching the face image of the second user is found in the preset image information base, where the user information of the second user at least includes: facial image information of the second user;
wherein, the anti-theft tracking device further comprises: the detection unit is used for detecting whether a fourth preset instruction sent by the first user through the client device is received, wherein the fourth preset instruction is used for setting a third user allowing the first user to use the household appliance device; a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain image information of the third user when the fourth preset instruction is detected; a control unit for controlling the home appliance based on the image information of the third user;
wherein the second acquisition unit includes: an obtaining module, configured to obtain interaction information of the first user and the third user, where the interaction information includes at least one of: image information, video information, voice information; the extraction module is used for extracting the image information from the interactive information;
wherein the search unit comprises at least one of: the first searching module is used for searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of the first user, wherein the image information base of the first user contains the face image information of at least one user related to the first user; and the second searching module is used for searching the image information matched with the face image of the second user in the image information base of all users under the condition that the image information matched with the face image of the second user is not searched in the image information base of the first user.
12. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the method for tracking theft of a home appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the method for tracking theft prevention of a home appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
