Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of sampling equipment, in particular to a sampling device for water quality monitoring, which comprises a frame, a winding roller, a water pump, a water suction pipe and a driving motor, wherein two ends of the winding roller are respectively provided with a water outlet pipe and a rotating shaft, the winding roller, the water outlet pipe and the rotating shaft are coaxial, and the winding roller is arranged on the frame through the water outlet pipe and the rotating shaft; the water pump is fixedly arranged in the winding roller, and the water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water outlet pipe; one end of the water suction pipe penetrates through the winding roller and is connected with a water inlet of the water pump; the driving motor is arranged on the frame and is connected with the water outlet pipe or the rotating shaft. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sampling equipment, in particular to a sampling device and a sampling method for water quality monitoring.
Background
In order to detect the quality of well water, the well water needs to be sampled, and then indexes such as bacteria, PH value, heavy metal and the like in the water sample are detected.
The existing sampling device for water quality monitoring can refer to the patent application of the application number 201610146665.2, the name is a portable combined field investigation water well water sampler, a container (a water taking cup in the patent application) is hung by a rope (a flexible rule in the patent application) to sample in a well, the container is difficult to sink into water, water is taken in a manner of shaking the container or placing a counterweight in the container, the manner of shaking the container is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and in addition, the inner diameters of a plurality of wells are smaller, even the water level monitoring device is arranged in the wells, in order to obtain water samples with enough volume, the container needs to have enough volume to interfere with the water level monitoring device during sampling, and the water level monitoring device has to be removed first and then sampled, so that the efficiency is affected.
Another existing sampling device for water quality monitoring comprises a water pump and a water suction pipe, wherein the relatively thin water suction pipe is inserted into a well to pump water, so that sampling difficulty caused by overlarge containers can be effectively avoided, however, the well depth can reach tens of meters or hundreds of meters, so that a sewer pipe and a water winding pipe occupy a large amount of time, and the labor intensity of a sampler is also high. As the improvement of this water quality monitoring sampling device, use the rolling machine to transfer and the rolling to the drinking-water pipe among the prior art, improved sampling efficiency, reduced sampler's intensity of labour, however, because the water pump is fixed, consequently the drinking-water pipe can only be connected with the water pump when the rolling machine shut down, can not draw water the sample with the in-process of rolling under the drinking-water pipe, influence sampling efficiency.

The invention also provides a sampling method using the sampling device for water quality monitoring, which comprises the following steps:
A. connecting a water outlet pipe with a sampling container, and determining the position of a water pumping pipe according to the inner diameter of a well and the position of a water level monitoring device in the well;
B. starting a water pump, enabling a water suction pipe to fall down, and simultaneously pumping a water sample, wherein the water sample is collected into a sampling container through the water suction pipe, the water pump and a water outlet pipe in sequence;
C. starting a driving motor, and winding the water suction pipe by rotating the winding roller, wherein the water suction pipe is used for drawing a water sample while being wound.
Compared with the prior art, the sampling device for water quality monitoring has the beneficial effects that: (1) Sampling is performed by adopting a water pumping mode, and compared with a mode of hanging a container by adopting a rope for sampling, the container does not need to be rocked, so that time and labor are saved; (2) The sampling is convenient for winding the pumping pipe, and is convenient and efficient; (3) The pumping pipe can pump water and sample when being lowered or rolled, and the sampling efficiency is high.

As shown in figures 1-7, the sampling device for water quality monitoring comprises a frame 1, a winding roller, a water pump 2, a water suction pipe 3, a driving motor 4, a storage battery 12, a hand crank 13 and a water suction pipe guiding device.
The winding roller comprises a roller body 7, a first flange 8 and a second flange 9. The first flange 8 is provided with a water outlet pipe 5, and the water pump 2 is fixedly arranged on the first flange 8. The second flange 9 is provided with a rotating shaft 6, and the storage battery 12 is fixedly arranged on the second flange 9. The two ends of the cylinder 7 are respectively connected with a first flange 8 and a second flange 9 through bolts, and the water pump 2 and the storage battery 12 are positioned inside the cylinder 7. The winding roller, the water outlet pipe 5 and the rotating shaft 6 are coaxial, and the winding roller is rotatably arranged on the frame 1 through the water outlet pipe 5 and the rotating shaft 6.
The water outlet of the water pump 2 is connected with a water outlet pipe 5. One end of the water suction pipe 3 passes through the winding roller and is connected with the water inlet of the water pump 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the hollow end of the water pumping pipe 3 is provided with a weight head 10 in threaded connection with the hollow end, and the weight head 10 is provided with a filter hole 11. The counterweight head 10 is used for immersing the spare end of the water pumping pipe 3 below the water surface, and the filter holes 11 are used for filtering weeds in the water to prevent the water pumping pipe 3 from being blocked.
The driving motor 4 is installed on the frame 1 and connected with the rotating shaft 6 through chain transmission.
The hand crank 13 is connected with the rotating shaft 6, and when the driving motor 4 has no external power supply, a sampling person can shake the hand crank 13 to roll the water pumping pipe 3. In order to be able to use the crank 13, the drive motor 4 cannot use a band-type brake motor.
The pumping pipe guiding device comprises a guiding bracket 15, a gas spring 16, a first guiding roller 17, a second guiding roller 18 and a guiding roller unidirectional locking mechanism.
The guide bracket 15 is pivotally connected to the frame 1 to be opened or folded as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The gas spring 16 is pivoted between the frame 1 and the guide bracket 15, and is used for supporting the guide bracket 15, and adjusting the position of the end part of the water pumping pipe 3 during sampling through the opening angle of the guide bracket 15 so as to prevent interference with the water level monitoring device in the well.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first guide roller 17 and the second guide roller 18 are mounted on the guide bracket 15, the water pumping pipe 3 passes through between the first guide roller 17 and the second guide roller 18, the water pumping pipe 3 contacts with the first guide roller 17 and the second guide roller 18, and the water pumping pipe 3 can be prevented from being worn when the water pumping pipe 3 is lowered or wound.
As shown in fig. 1, a ratchet mechanism is provided on the guide bracket 15 at a position close to the frame 1, facilitating the operation of the sampler. As shown in fig. 3, the unidirectional locking mechanism of the guide roller comprises a ratchet mechanism, a first gear 19 and a second gear 20, the ratchet mechanism comprises a ratchet 21, a backstop pawl 22 and a tension spring 23, the ratchet 21 and the backstop pawl 22 are both pivoted on the guide bracket 15, and the backstop pawl 22 is kept in contact with the ratchet 21 under the action of the tension spring 23.
The first gear 19 is connected to the first guide roller 17, the second gear 20 is connected to the second guide roller 18, and the first gear 19 is meshed with the second gear 20. The first guide roller 17 is connected to the ratchet wheel 21 via a belt drive 24.
When the sampler pulls the retaining pawl 22 away from the ratchet wheel 21, the water pumping pipe 3 can be freely put into the well, when the water pumping pipe 3 is put down to the target position, the sampler releases the retaining pawl 22, the retaining pawl 22 unidirectionally locks the ratchet wheel 21 under the action of the tension spring 23, the ratchet wheel 21 locks the first guide roller 17 in the same direction through the belt transmission mechanism 24, and the first guide roller 17 reversely locks the second guide roller 18 through the meshed first gear 19 and second gear 20, so that the water pumping pipe 3 cannot fall but can be rolled up.
The frame 1 is provided with a handle 14, which is convenient for carrying a sampling device for water quality monitoring.
The method for sampling by using the sampling device for water quality monitoring comprises the following steps:
A. according to the inner diameter of the well and the position of the water level monitoring device in the well, opening the guide bracket 15 and adjusting the angle of the guide bracket 15, and connecting the water outlet pipe 5 with the sampling container;
B. pulling the retaining pawl 22 away from the ratchet wheel 21 and starting the water pump 2, allowing the water suction pipe 3 to fall and simultaneously sucking water samples, wherein the water samples are collected into a sampling container through the water suction pipe 3, the water pump 2 and the water outlet pipe 5 in sequence;
C. the driving motor 4 is started, the backstop pawl 22 is loosened, the water pumping pipe 3 is wound by the rotation of the winding roller, and the water pumping pipe 3 pumps water samples while being wound.
D. After the water suction pipe 3 is wound, the water pump 2 and the driving motor 4 are turned off, and the guide bracket 15 is folded.
