本发明提供了一种建筑门窗遮阳性能检测装置,它包括控制装置,所述控制装置包括第一判断模块、第二控制模块、第三控制模块、第二检测模块、计算模块、确定模块和第四控制模块,所述计算模块用于根据计量箱内空气温度A1、计量箱内空气温度A2、第二预设时间、第二加热器的平均加热功率I计算进入计量箱的得热量;所述确定模块确定所述得热量对应的预设水温和预设水流量区间;第四控制模块用于控制所述第二加热器关闭和控制所述制冷水箱以所述得热量对应的预设水温运行,并根据计量箱的空气温度与预设温度控制所述水泵在预设水流量区间内运行。本发明可使检测装置在确保检测数据准确性的同时有效减少检测时间,提高了检测效率。
