A method of operating a liquid nitrogen testing device, the testing device comprising: the body is a pipe body, and the inner wall of the end part is provided with a step in the circumferential direction; at least one conversion body is inserted into one end port in the body, the outer wall of the rear end of the conversion body is convexly provided with a step which can be fixed on the end step of the body, the conversion body is axially provided with a conical central channel, and the inlet caliber is larger than the outlet caliber; at least one detection sensing device for detecting the number of bubbles, which is arranged in the body and is opposite to the outlet of the conversion body in the body; the at least one sealing cover comprises a cover body and a liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe positioned at the center of the outer end face of the cover body; the cover body is covered at the end part of the body; and the diameter of the stop ball is larger than the diameter of the outlet of the conversion body and the inner diameter of the liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe. The liquid nitrogen detection device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, capability of accurately detecting the problem of liquid nitrogen volatilization rate, potential safety hazard reduction, economic loss reduction and improvement of operation convenience.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid nitrogen detection, and particularly relates to an operation method of a liquid nitrogen detection device.
Background
The liquid nitrogen detection device is required to be arranged in the ultralow-temperature storage and transportation device, and a conventional liquid nitrogen detection system is large in volume and complex in structure, and cannot accurately detect the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen, so that the sample in the ultralow-temperature storage is damaged easily due to the fact that the nitrogen cannot be timely supplemented.
The common liquid nitrogen detection system is complex in structure, is not easy to detect the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen, and is inconvenient to operate.
Therefore, in the prior art, a liquid nitrogen detection device is urgently needed to solve the problem of complex structure, solve the problem of accurately detecting the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen, reduce potential safety hazard, reduce economic loss and improve work efficiency.

Further, the conversion body comprises a base and a ring body, wherein the outer wall of the rear end of the conversion body is convexly provided with a step which can be fixed on the step at the end part of the body; the two half cones are inserted into the base, the central channel formed by the two half cones is conical, the outer walls of the two half cones and the inner wall of the base are conical surfaces, the two half cones are in threaded fit, and the outlet caliber formed by the two half cones is of a variable structure through relative movement between the two half cones and the base.
Preferably, the detection sensing device is an infrared scanner.
Preferably, the inner wall of the central channel of the conversion body is provided with a gas pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the gas in the central channel.
Preferably, the material of the stop ball is plastic.
According to the operation method of the liquid nitrogen detection device, the liquid nitrogen detection device is placed in the transfer box, and the detection sensing device is connected to the transfer box control circuit; when the transfer box carries the transfer box in the transfer process of transportation, gasified liquid nitrogen volatilized in the transfer box enters through a liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet at the bottom of the liquid nitrogen detection device body, air bubbles are discharged through a conversion port of the conversion body, the air bubbles are identified and detected through the detection sensing device, finally the air bubbles are discharged from the liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet at the top of the detection device body sealing cover, and the volatilization rate of the liquid nitrogen is observed through a control device in the transfer box.

when the liquid nitrogen detection device is placed in the transfer box, the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen in the transfer box is detected and timely sent to the main control device in the transfer box, so that the liquid nitrogen can be timely supplemented in real time to avoid damage of stored cell tubes.
The liquid nitrogen detection device is internally provided with the symmetrical liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet, the conversion device 3 and the detection sensing device, so that the liquid nitrogen detection is not influenced by the upside-down use.
The liquid nitrogen detection device is simple in structure, the problem of accurately detecting the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen is solved, potential safety hazards are reduced, economic loss is reduced, and operation convenience is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the liquid nitrogen detection apparatus of the present invention includes:
the body 1 is a pipe body, and the inner wall of the end part is provided with steps in the circumferential direction;
the two conversion bodies 2 and 2' are symmetrically inserted into the two end ports in the body 1, the outer wall of the rear end of the conversion body is convexly provided with steps (taking the conversion body 2 as an example and the same applies below) which can be fixed on the steps of the end part of the body 1, the conversion body 2 is axially provided with a conical central channel 21, and the inlet caliber is larger than the outlet caliber;
two detection sensing devices 3 and 3' for detecting the number of bubbles are arranged in the body 1 and are opposite to the outlet of the conversion body 2 in the body 1;
the two sealing covers 4 and 4', the sealing cover 4 (taking the sealing cover 4 as an example, the same applies below) comprises a cover body 41 and a liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe 42 positioned at the center of the outer end surface of the cover body; the cover 41 is covered at the end part of the body 1;
two stop balls 5, 5' are arranged in the central channel 21 of the conversion body 2, and the diameter of each stop ball is larger than the diameter of the outlet of the conversion body 2 and the inner diameter of the liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe 42.

the two half cones 23, 24 are inserted into the base 22, the central channel 21 formed by the two half cones 23, 24 is conical, the outer walls of the two half cones 23, 24 and the inner wall of the base 22 are conical surfaces, and are in threaded fit, and the outlet caliber formed by the two half cones 23, 24 is of a variable structure through the relative movement between the two half cones 23, 24 and the base 22.

A method of operating a liquid nitrogen detection apparatus, the liquid nitrogen detection apparatus comprising: the body is a pipe body, and the inner wall of the end part is provided with a step in the circumferential direction; one or two converters, one is inserted into one end port of the body, and two converters are respectively inserted into two end ports of the body; the outer wall of the rear end of the conversion body is convexly provided with a step which can be fixed on the step at the end part of the body, the conversion body is axially provided with a conical central channel, and the inlet caliber of the central channel is larger than the outlet caliber; at least one detection sensing device for detecting the number of bubbles, which is arranged in the body and is opposite to the outlet of the conversion body in the body; the at least one sealing cover comprises a cover body and a liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe positioned at the center of the outer end face of the cover body; the cover body is covered at the end part of the body; the diameter of the stop ball is larger than the diameter of the outlet aperture of the conversion body and the inner diameter of the liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet pipe;
placing the liquid nitrogen detection device into a transfer box, and connecting a detection sensing device into a transfer box control circuit; when the transfer box carries the transfer box in the transfer process of transportation, gasified liquid nitrogen volatilized in the transfer box enters through a liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet at the bottom of the liquid nitrogen detection device body, air bubbles are discharged through a conversion port of the conversion body, the air bubbles are identified and detected through the detection sensing device, finally the air bubbles are discharged from the liquid nitrogen inlet and outlet at the top of the detection device body sealing cover, and the volatilization rate of the liquid nitrogen is observed through a control device in the transfer box.
2. The operation method according to claim 1, wherein the conversion body comprises a base, the base is of a ring structure, and a step capable of being fixed to the end step of the body is protruded from the outer wall of the rear end of the base;
