The invention solves the problems that the sewage treatment equipment of the medical institution in the prior art can not filter and remove sludge and suspended floc in the sewage, pathogens are in the sludge and suspended floc and are not easy to be inactivated by disinfectant, and impurities such as sludge and the like exist in the treatment equipment in large quantity, which affects the sewage treatment effect and has short service life, through the mutual combination of the components, the sludge and the suspended floc in the sewage are intercepted by the sludge filter screen, because the sludge filter screen forms an inclined angle, the sludge on the sludge filter screen is slowly accumulated to the bottom end of a lifting tank at the right side of a coagulation chamber, the sludge at the bottom end of the lifting tank is conveyed into a filter-pressing box through a lifting paddle on a lifting rotating shaft, the sludge falls into an L-shaped seat in the filter-pressing box, a reciprocating motor drives a reciprocating wheel to rotate through a synchronous belt, the reciprocating wheel is connected with the filter-pressing plate through a reciprocating rod, so, when the filter pressing plate moves horizontally to the rightmost side, the filter pressing plate drives the L-shaped seat to move rightmost for a distance, sludge on the L-shaped seat falls into the pushing groove, the sludge subjected to filter pressing is sent out from the sludge outlet pipe through the pushing paddle on the pushing rotating shaft, so that sewage and sludge are separated, the sludge is subjected to filter pressing and sent out, the sludge is prevented from being left in equipment for a long time, the sewage treatment efficiency is improved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
