When the left end of the driving rod 13 and the picking frame 11 slide to the right along the arc part of the D-shaped track, the steel frame can be lifted upwards, and the piston 10 on the right side is reset to slide to the right side under the action of the spring 21. When the steel frame moves to the upper limit position along with the picking frame 11, the axial direction of the hydraulic cylinder 19 is pushed forwards, the steel frame on the picking frame 11 is pushed backwards to the rear sliding frame 18, and under the action of gravity, the steel frame can automatically slide into the discharging box 17 through the sliding frame 18, so that one-time discharging is completed.
