Background
The ISOFIX (International Standards Organization FIX) interface is a child safety seat attachment interface accepted by numerous automotive manufacturers and countries. With the enhancement of people's safety consciousness and the gradual popularization of laws and regulations, children's safety seat interfaces are generally designed on car seats of car, SUV and other types in China, and ISOFIX interfaces are convenient and quick to install, and are connected rigidly, so that safety is high, and most automobile manufacturers choose to adopt ISOFIX interfaces.
It is now the case that two separate ISOFIX interfaces are installed on each car seat. In order to meet the comfort requirements of people on automobile seats, the automobile seat cushion generally adopts an arc surface design meeting ergonomics, so that the seat cushion is of an arc surface structure at an ISOFIX interface mounting position, the acting force on the seat cushion foam is uneven when the ISOFIX interface is mounted, the foam and the surface sleeve around the ISOFIX interface are often collapsed, wrinkles and gaps are formed around the ISOFIX interface, the appearance of the automobile seat is affected, and dirt is easily accumulated. In addition, because the seat framework has larger general tolerance, the ISOFIX interfaces are fixed on the seat framework, so that the symmetry of the two ISOFIX interfaces on the same automobile seat is poor, the installation difficulty of the child safety seat is high, and two persons are often required to cooperate to complete the installation. Solving the above problems is urgent.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the ISOFIX interface structure of the automobile seat, which can not collapse the seat foam, is neat and attractive, and can ensure the consistency of two ISOFIX interfaces on the same automobile seat.

ISOFIX interface structure of car seat, its main points lie in: the novel ISOFIX cover comprises a cover mounting seat and two ISOFIX covers, wherein the cover mounting seat is provided with two mounting holes penetrating through the cover mounting seat back and forth, and the two ISOFIX covers can be inserted into the corresponding mounting holes respectively and are detachably mounted on the cover mounting seat.
By adopting the structure, the cover mounting seat is fixedly arranged on the seat framework, and foam is foamed on the surfaces of the cover mounting seat and the seat framework together, so that the cover mounting seat cannot influence the outer structures of the seat foam and the face cover; through the cover mounting seat, the ISOFIX cover is only contacted with the mounting hole of the cover mounting seat in the mounting and dismounting process, and the surrounding seat foam and the surrounding face cover are not influenced; the problems of wrinkles and gaps around the ISOFIX interface are avoided through the two points, so that the automobile seat is more attractive, the high-grade feel of the automobile seat is improved, dirt can not be accumulated, and the automobile seat is cleaner and tidier; in addition, because the two ISOFIX covers are directly fixed on the cover mounting seat, the relative arrangement of the two ISOFIX interfaces is unique and good in consistency, and therefore the child safety seat is convenient to mount.
As preferable: the cover mounting seat is provided with two protruding parts protruding forwards, and the two mounting holes are respectively positioned on the corresponding protruding parts. By adopting the structure, when the ISOFIX shroud is installed on the shroud installation seat, the ISOFIX shroud can be completely covered by the cooperation of each protruding part and the installation hole, and at the moment, the protruding part is positioned between the seat foam and the ISOFIX shroud, so that the problem that the seat foam is not acted on when the ISOFIX shroud is assembled and disassembled, and the problem that the seat foam and the face cover are folded and gaps are generated is effectively prevented.
As preferable: the cover mounting seat is provided with a supporting connecting part, and the two protruding parts are respectively positioned at two ends of the supporting connecting part and protrude forward from the supporting connecting part. By adopting the structure, the structure is reasonable, the design that the supporting connection part is thin and the protruding part is thick, so that the cover mounting seat ensures the structural strength of the cover mounting seat, simultaneously, the volume is as small as possible, the weight is as light as possible, and the design requirement of light weight of the automobile is met.
As preferable: the cover mount has at least one viewing aperture therein. By adopting the structure, whether the connection between the cover mounting seat and the seat framework is reliable or not can be conveniently observed, a certain weight reduction effect is achieved, and the design requirement of light weight of automobile parts is met.
As preferable: the ISOFIX shroud includes panel portion and the embedded part that extends backward from the inboard of panel portion, embedded part suits with the mounting hole, the front end of mounting hole has the heavy platform of installation that suits with panel portion, and when ISOFIX shroud was installed on the shroud mount pad, panel portion embedded installation was sunk in the platform, and embedded part inserts in the mounting hole. By adopting the structure, the installation sinking table has a limiting effect, and can be more reliably supported on the cover mounting seat when the ISOFIX cover is in the installation state by matching with the mounting holes.
As preferable: the outer end of the embedded part is provided with at least one clamping joint, and the rear end of the mounting hole is provided with a bayonet which is matched with the corresponding clamping joint. By adopting the structure, the ISOFIX shroud can be detachably arranged on the shroud mounting seat, and the structure is convenient to operate, low in cost, high in connection reliability and long in service life.
As preferable: the embedded part comprises at least two supporting parts, wherein the supporting parts are of elastic plate-shaped structures, and gaps are reserved between the adjacent supporting parts. By adopting the structure, the structure is simple and reliable and easy to realize, and the ISOFIX cover cap can be detachably arranged on the cover cap mounting seat.
As preferable: the middle part of the outer side of the panel part is provided with a strengthening boss protruding outwards. By adopting the structure, the structural strength of the ISOFIX cover is further improved, and the service life of the ISOFIX cover is prolonged.
As preferable: the inner side of the cover cap mounting seat is provided with a circle of clamping structures distributed along the outer edge of the cover cap mounting seat. As preferable: the inner side of the cover cap mounting seat is provided with at least one supporting seat matched with the clamping structure. By adopting the structure, the reliability of the connection between the cover mounting seat and the seat framework is further improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the ISOFIX interface structure of the automobile seat provided by the invention is novel in structure and easy to realize, not only can solve the problem of collapse of surrounding seat foam during installation of ISOFIX interfaces, but also can ensure consistency of two ISOFIX interfaces on the same automobile seat, is convenient for installation of a child safety seat, and effectively improves the dismounting efficiency of the child safety seat.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automobile seat with an ISOFIX interface comprises a backrest 4 and a seat cushion 3, wherein two ISOFIX mounting openings 31 are formed in the front of the rear part of the seat cushion 3, and the two ISOFIX mounting openings 31 are arranged in the horizontal direction. A cover mount 1 and two ISOFIX covers 2 are provided on the seat cushion 3, the seat cushion 3 has a seat frame 33 inside, the cover mount 1 is fixed on the seat frame 33, and the two ISOFIX covers 2 can be inserted from corresponding ISOFIX mounting openings 31, respectively, and are detachably mounted on the cover mount 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rear end of the seat cushion 3 has a seat cushion connecting portion 32, and the seat cushion connecting portion 32 is fixed relative to the seat cushion 3 to ensure the reliability of the child safety seat installation. The backrest 4 can be rotated relative to the seat connection 32 to adapt to the own needs of the passenger. The two ISOFIX mounting openings 31 are distributed on the front surface of the seat connecting portion 32 in the horizontal direction, and the cover mounting seat 1 is located inside the seat connecting portion 32.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an ISOFIX interface structure of an automobile seat includes a cover mounting seat 1 and two ISOFIX covers 2, wherein the cover mounting seat 1 has two mounting holes 13 penetrating from front to back, and the two ISOFIX covers 2 can be inserted into the corresponding mounting holes 13 and detachably mounted on the cover mounting seat 1. The specific mechanisms of the bonnet mount 1 and ISOFIX bonnet 2 are described below:
referring to fig. 3 to 6, the cover mounting seat 1 is formed at one time and is made of plastic, so that the strength of the cover mounting seat can be effectively improved, the weight of the cover mounting seat is light, and the design requirement of light weight of automobile parts is met. Specifically, the cover mounting seat 1 includes a supporting connection portion 14, two ends of the supporting connection portion 14 are respectively provided with a protruding portion 15, and the protruding portions 15 are protruded forward from the supporting connection portion 14, so that the two protruding portions 15 are respectively embedded into corresponding ISOFIX mounting openings 31, and meanwhile, the supporting connection portion 14 is thin, and the protruding portions 15 are thick, so that the cover mounting seat 1 is as small as possible while ensuring its structural strength, and is as light in weight as possible, so as to meet the design requirement of light weight of an automobile. The protruding parts 15 are respectively provided with a front mounting hole 13 and a rear mounting hole 13, and the mounting holes 13 are respectively provided with a connecting structure which is connected and matched with the ISOFIX cover 2 so that the ISOFIX cover 2 can be detachably mounted on the cover mounting seat 1. The design avoids the problem that folds and gaps appear around the ISOFIX interface, so that the automobile seat is more attractive, the high-grade feel of the automobile seat is improved, dirt can not be accumulated, and the automobile seat is cleaner and tidier.
It should be noted that in the prior art, there are various ways of detachably connecting the ISOFIX cover 2 and the cover mount 1, such as clamping, adsorption, etc. The embodiment preferably adopts a snap fit mode, and specifically comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 3 to 7, the connection structure is a plurality of bayonets 131, and each bayonet 131 is distributed on the outer edge of the rear end of the mounting hole 13. The ISOFIX cover 2 has a snap fitting 22 corresponding to each bayonet 131, each snap fitting 22 snap fitting with a corresponding bayonet 131 when the ISOFIX cover 2 is inserted into the mounting hole 13.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the front ends of the mounting holes 13 each have an annular mounting sink 132. The front end surface of the protruding portion 15 is provided with at least one yielding groove 133, in this embodiment, two yielding grooves 133 are preferably provided, and the two yielding grooves 133 are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the corresponding installation sinking platform 132 and are communicated with the installation sinking platform 132, so as to play a role of yielding, so that the ISOFIX cover 2 is pulled out from the installation hole 13 by being manually held.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 9, the inner side of the cover mounting seat 1 has a circle of engaging structures 11 distributed along the outer edge thereof, and the engaging structures 11 are used for fixing the cover mounting seat 1 on the seat frame 33. The inner side of the cover mounting seat 1 is provided with at least one supporting seat 12 matched with the clamping structure 11, each supporting seat 12 is arranged beside one clamping structure 11, the supporting seat 12 is used for supporting the seat framework 33, and the cover mounting seat 1 is reliably fixed on the seat framework 33 by matching with the clamping structure 11. The cover mounting seat 1 is convenient to be connected with the seat framework 33 through the clamping structure 11, and the structure is simple and reliable, and the assembly efficiency is high. The reliability of the connection of the bonnet mount 1 to the seat frame 33 is further improved by the design of the support base 12. In addition, the cover mounting seat 1 is provided with the same number of observation holes 16 as the clamping structures 11, and the observation holes 16 are opposite to the adjacent clamping structures 11 so as to observe whether the connection between each clamping structure 11 and the seat framework 33 is reliable or not, and meanwhile, a certain weight reduction effect is achieved, and the design requirement of light weight of automobile parts is met.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the seat frame 33 has a seat fixing portion 331 and a safety seat connecting portion 332. The cover mounting seat 1 is fixed on the mounting seat fixing portion 331, the mounting seat fixing portion 331 is an annular structure adapted to each clamping structure 11 of the cover mounting seat 1, and has a notch 331a, and a certain amount of deformation can be generated through the design of the notch 331a, so that the cover mounting seat 1 is connected with the mounting seat fixing portion 331.
Referring to fig. 9, the safety seat connection 332 is located at the rear of the mount fixing portion 331, and the safety seat connection 332 is at least partially exposed in the corresponding mounting hole 13 when the ISOFIX cover 2 is removed. The safety seat connecting portion 332 has two n-shaped or U-shaped bends 332a, the two bends 332a are respectively located at the inner sides of the corresponding ISOFIX mounting openings 31, and the reliability of the connection between the child safety seat and the seat frame 33 is further improved through the design of the bends 332 a.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, the ISOFIX cover 2 is formed in one step and is made of plastic, so that the strength of the ISOFIX cover can be effectively improved, the ISOFIX cover is light in weight, and the design requirement of light weight of automobile parts is met. The ISOFIX cover 2 includes a panel portion 21 and an embedded portion 23 extending rearward from the inner side of the panel portion 21. Wherein, the panel part 21 is matched with the installation sinking platform 132, the embedded part 23 is matched with the installation hole 13, when the ISOFIX cover 2 is installed on the cover installation seat 1, the embedded part 23 is inserted into the installation hole 13, and the panel part 21 is embedded into the installation sinking platform 132.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the insert 23 includes at least two supporting portions 231, where each supporting portion 231 has a plate-like structure with elasticity, and a gap is left between adjacent supporting portions 231, so that the ISOFIX cover 2 can be detachably mounted on the cover mounting base 1. And, each bayonet joint 22 shaping is at the rear end of embedding portion 23, and each bayonet joint 22 is located the rear end that corresponds supporting part 231 respectively promptly to with each bayonet 131 joint cooperation, make ISOFIX shroud 2 can detachably install on shroud mount pad 1, and simple operation, low cost, the connection reliability is high, long service life.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the middle portion of the outer side of the panel portion 21 has an outwardly protruding reinforcing boss 24, which further improves the structural strength of the ISOFIX cover 2 and prolongs the service life of the ISOFIX cover 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, further, when the ISOFIX cover 2 is installed in the installation hole 13, the outer surface of the panel portion 21 is overlapped with the outer surface of the seat support connecting portion 32 in a cambered surface, and the front end surface of the protruding portion 15 is overlapped with the outer surface of the seat support connecting portion 32 in a cambered surface or is lower than the outer surface of the seat support connecting portion 32, so that the flatness of the seat surface is improved, and comfort is ensured, and the design is attractive and elegant.
