the wheel set positioning mechanism (6) comprises a wheel set positioning rack (20), the wheel set positioning rack (20) is arranged at the center of a track (29) between two rust removing hosts, the bottom of the wheel set positioning rack (20) is connected with a wheel set positioning lifting cylinder (22), the wheel set positioning rack (20) is further provided with a wheel set positioning height adjusting frame (21), the wheel set positioning height adjusting frame (21) is composed of two crossed telescopic rods with fixed centers, the middle upper part of one telescopic rod is connected with a piston rod of the wheel set positioning lifting cylinder (22), and the bottoms of the two telescopic rods are fixed on the wheel set positioning rack (20) and the top of the two telescopic rods is provided with a wheel set positioning plate (24).
