Abstract

一种空气净化器使用的过滤床式水洗结构是可拆分式,包括带有很多小孔的上夹板和下夹板及中间夹住的若干层滤料;可以与其他类型的水洗结构、空气净化器、空调配合使用。优点:比干式净化方式使用成本低;无害化成本低;多功能;维护简单;效率高得多;用途广泛;节能环保省电;一物多用,看情况选择过滤液:不易溶解于水的有机物污染可以使用有机溶液作为过滤液。

过滤床式水洗结构
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,特别是一种水洗结构即过滤床式水洗结构或者一种空气净化器使用的过滤床式水洗结构。
背景技术
空气净化器和空调等产品和专利多数使用的是“干式净化方式”1、容易造成二次污染即:物理过滤网,过滤层容易堵死,使用一段时间后风阻变大;电子集尘式需要定期清洗;负离子中和,使用一段时间后,尘埃就会包住负离子、光触媒等,堵塞活性炭、过滤网等,如果不及时清除,就会形成新的空气污染源。2、维护和使用成本高:需要不定期清洗和更换滤网等。二、“湿式净化方式”即水洗方式:已经有的水洗空气净化器产品和专利克服了以上两个问题,如模仿下雨的喷雾式,因为是点和线的下落方式可能会有小部分空气逃脱;水对空气的溶解和清洗可能不够好;杀菌方式依然是成本比较高的臭氧和紫外线等方式;空气与洗涤液接触形式、接触时间、接触面等是决定洗涤效果的关键,掌握不好就会影响水洗效果。“湿式净化方式”替代“干式净化方式”是历史的必然选择。市场上现有的水洗空气净化器的水洗功能效果不佳。
发明内容
为了能够解决以上问题,目前已经研制出了一种水洗结构即过滤床式水洗结构或者配合一种空气净化器使用的过滤床式水洗结构的原理和过程:空气从下向上穿过过滤床下夹板上的小孔被分割成小气泡,小气泡又钻过滤料之间的多层小缝隙,小气泡又多次被分割而且小气泡需要改变自己的形状,然后通过过滤床上夹板上的小孔,最后脱离水面完成整个的净化过程;空气穿过过滤床的过程被多次分割成更小的单位,还有小气泡变形的原因:空气与水的接触面积增加了很多倍甚至于到达最大程度,最大程度的提高了水清洗空气的效率。在重力作用下水从上向下穿过过滤床上夹板上的小孔,再渗透过滤料之间的多层小缝隙然后穿过过滤床下夹板上的小孔进入储水水箱里面。小气泡向上漂浮的过程会带动水也向上流动和向下渗透的水发生复杂的碰撞从而增加了水清洗空气的效率。过滤床式水洗结构是方便维护和清洗的可拆分式包括带有很多小孔的上夹板和带有很多小孔的下夹板中间夹住均匀的若干层滤料;滤料分布是均匀的可以是一层或者若干层;过滤床有稳定多层滤料的功能:滤料被上下夹板夹住保持相对稳定,不会被空气吹动改变位置;滤料的直径要大于过滤床下夹板上小孔的直径和过滤床上夹板上小孔的直径:滤料不会从上下夹板的小孔钻出。过滤床式水洗结构可以有一层以上的若干层;滤床式水洗结构可以与其他的水洗结构混合后构成若干层的水洗结构。过滤床式水洗结构可以与其他类型的空气净化器、空调等配合使用。
本发明的有益效果:1、比干式净化方式使用成本低(不用更换滤网等);无害化成本低(磁化电解等方式 );多功能(水分子加湿等);维护简单(一般情况换水即可);效率高得多(过滤、净化和无害化处理等同时进行)2、用途广泛:只要是需要干净空气的场所都可以使用3、节能环保省电:一般只使用水和少量的电能;4、一物多用,看情况选择过滤液:不易溶解于水的有机物污染可以使用有机溶液作为过滤液。

原理是一样的方法是相似的,如果是以本发明专利为基础为核心又增加了其他的功能并没有实质的差异也属于本发明的保护范围。下面是本发明的部分实施方式,不以此限定本发明的保护范围。
过滤床式水洗结构的原理和过程如图1所示:空气向上开始水洗过程即a、穿过5-过滤床下夹板上的小孔,空气被分割成小气泡,b、小气泡在钻过多层3-滤料之间的小缝隙c、然后经过2-过滤床上夹板上的6-小孔d、再脱离过滤床同时进入水中,e、最后脱离1-水面。水洗过程结束后空气进入室内。

1.一种水洗结构即过滤床式水洗结构或者一种空气净化器使用的过滤床式水洗结构,其特征是:所述的过滤床式水洗结构是可拆分式,包括带有很多小孔的上夹板和带有很多小孔的下夹板中间夹住均匀的若干层滤料;所述的滤料分布是均匀的可以是一层或者若干层;所述的过滤床有稳定多层滤料的功能;所述的滤料的直径要大于过滤床下夹板上小孔的直径和过滤床上夹板上小孔的直径;所述的滤床式水洗结构可以有一层以上的若干层;所述的过滤床式水洗结构可以与其他类型的水洗结构、空气净化器、空调配合使用。
