Detailed Description
The pliers main body of the invention has two structural forms, and the two forms can be made into a handheld type machine and a desktop type machine:
in a first form: the pliers are provided with two strip-shaped pliers bodies, two groups of connecting plates 6 and three rotating shafts are parallelly hinged at the junction of the pliers mouth 4 and the handle 8, one ends of the two groups of connecting plates are respectively hinged with the two pliers bodies, the other ends of the two groups of connecting plates are mutually hinged through a middle shaft, and three movable hinge points are formed between the two groups of connecting plates; in order to ensure that the hinge point of the middle shaft is inclined to the center of the jaw, a small bend angle 7 is arranged on the connecting plate. In a second form: the jaw 4 and the handle 8 are divided into two parts, the handle is L-shaped, the front ends of L-shaped short arms 11 of the two handles are hinged with each other, and the rear end of the jaw 4 is hinged with the corner of the L-shaped handle; on the short arm 11 of the handle, at a suitable position beside the jaws, there are positioning pins 10 which, when the handle 8 is closed to a certain extent, can abut against the jaws 4 to open the two jaws 4.
The front end of the jaw 4 is provided with a plurality of front teeth 2, the tips of the front teeth 2 point to the center of the jaw inwards, the front teeth of the two jaws are arranged at intervals, the front teeth of the two jaws are embedded into one line when the jaws are closed, one jaw is seen to be odd when the jaws are separated, such as 1 st, 3 rd and 5 th, and the other jaw is even when the jaws are separated, such as 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th.
The middle shaft is provided with a rear tooth 5, and the tip of the rear tooth 5 is opposite to the tip of the front tooth 2 and also points to the center of the jaw.
In order to ensure that the front ends of the two jaws 4 are not separated before the front teeth and the back teeth penetrate into the chestnut shell to a certain depth and can be separated when the front teeth and the back teeth penetrate into the chestnut shell to a certain depth, the invention also designs two structures:
the front ends of the two jaws 4 of the first structure are respectively provided with a plurality of magnets 1, the front ends of the two jaws are mutually attracted and bonded by the attraction of the magnets at ordinary times, and the two jaws can overcome the attraction of the magnets to open only when the front teeth and the rear teeth penetrate into the chestnut shell to a certain depth. The second structure does not need a magnet, a hook 15 is arranged at the front end of one jaw, a stop iron 17 is arranged at a proper position beside a connecting plate at the rear end of the jaw, a boss 16 is arranged at the front end of the other jaw, the hook 15 is initially hooked on the boss 16, when the handle is held until the front teeth and the rear teeth penetrate into the chestnut shell to a certain depth, the stop iron 17 at the proper position stops one connecting plate 6 so as not to continuously swing, the handle is continuously held, and the hook 15 is separated from the boss 16 due to the continuous swing of the other connecting plate, so that the jaws are opened.
The rear teeth 5 are detachable, and are provided with long rear teeth 12 and short rear teeth 13 which can be selected alternatively, so that the chestnut peeler can adapt to chestnuts with different sizes.
A pair of pliers body of the desktop is changed into a bedplate 14, a hinge and a jaw on one side are installed on the bedplate, and when the pair of pliers is operated, only one handle is pressed, and the spring 9 is restored, so that the pair of pliers is convenient and easy.
When peeling the chestnut, the chestnut 3 is put into the jaw 4, the two handles 8 are held together, at this time, the front ends of the two jaws 4 cannot be separated firstly due to the attraction of the magnet 1, (the hooking force of the hook 15 and the lug boss 16 in the structure without using the magnet), the central shaft and the rear teeth 5 are pushed forwards by clamping the handles 8, the front teeth and the rear teeth are penetrated into the shell of the chestnut, when the front teeth and the rear teeth are penetrated to a certain depth, the two jaws are opened, the two rows of front teeth tear the shell of the chestnut into two halves and can be separated very much, and the meat of the chestnut can be easily taken out.
The manufacturing method of the jaw and the front tooth comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, the jaw 4 is made by a punching method and the material for making the front teeth is left,
2. the wavy tooth blank 18 is punched at the material section, and if the material section is in a snap hook type, the snap hook 15 or the lug boss 16 is punched at the same time,
3. the tooth blank 18 is bent to the center direction of the jaw and forms an angle 19 of about 30 degrees with the symmetrical center plane of the two clamp bodies of the imaginary chestnut shelling clamp,
4. the excess portion 20 is cut or ground away along an imaginary center plane of symmetry, forming the front tooth 2,
5. if the magnet type is adopted, the magnet mounting hole is drilled,
6. carburizing and quenching the front teeth.
