When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
If a user wants to perform social activities with other users in one application and in another application, the users need to be searched one by one and friends need to be added in the other application, and the operation process is time-consuming and labor-consuming. The purpose of the disclosure is to establish a social relationship in another application for group chat members in one application, and provide convenient and fast cross-platform social service for the users.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, two social-enabled applications are referred to as a "first application" and a "second application". Referring to the application scenario illustration shown in fig. 1, the first server is 11 a server of a first application, the second server 12 is a server of a second application, and the first client 13 is a client of the first application. The second client 14 is a client of a second application. The first client 13 and the second client 14 may be installed in the same terminal device, or may be installed in two terminal devices, respectively, as shown in fig. 1.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing method and device. The method is applied to a first server, and the device is used for executing the steps executed by the first server.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a target user is taken as an example to describe the information processing method provided by the present disclosure. The target user is both a user of the first application and a user of the second application, i.e. the target user is both a user of the first application and a user of the second application. For example, taking the case that the first application is a game application and the second application is a social application as an example, if the user logs in the game application by using the social application account, the user is both a social application and a user of the game application. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the case where the first application is a game application and the second application is a social application is taken as an example for illustration. Correspondingly, the game application server is a first server, and the social application server is a second server.
The first server and the second server identify a user through user identification information of the user, and the user identification information may be user account information or the like. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target user, the group member, the social user, the synchronization user, and the like all refer to the user identity identified by the user identification information.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method applied to a first server, which is a server of a first application, according to an exemplary embodiment. The information processing method comprises the steps of 201-203:
in step 201, group information of the target user sent by the second server is received.
The second server is a server of the second application, the target user is both a user of the first application and a user of the second application, the group information is used for indicating a social user of the target user, the group information comprises the target user and user identification information of the social user, the social user is a group member of a target chat group with the target user, and the target chat group is a chat group added by the target user in the second application.
Referring to fig. 3, the target chat group includes four group members, which are user a, user B, user C, and user D. Taking the case that the user a is the target user (the user a is both the first application and the second application), the group information sent by the second server 12 to the first server 11 includes user identification information of four users, and identifies that the user a is the target user, and the users B, C, and D are social users.
In step 202, a synchronized user is determined from the social users.
The first server determines user identification information of the synchronous users from the social users according to the user identification information of the target users and the social users. Wherein the synchronous user is the same user as the first application and the second application.
The social users are users of the second application, and the first server determines users of the first application from the social users, namely the group of users can be determined to be users of the first application and users of the second application.
In one embodiment, the first server stores user identification information of its registered user, and determines that a social user is a synchronous user if the user identification information of the social user is included in the stored user identification information.
As shown in fig. 3, the first server selects a user of the first application from among user B, user C, and user D as a synchronization user. Assume that user B and user C are users of the first application, and that user D is not a user of the first application. The first server determines that user B and user C are synchronized users.
In step 203, a social relationship is established in the first application for the target user and the synchronized user.
The first server establishes a social relationship for the target user and the synchronous user in the first application according to the user identification information of the target user and the synchronous user.
The user A is a target user, the user B and the user C are synchronous users, and the social relationship established between the target user and the synchronous users includes but is not limited to the following three situations:
first, a chat group is established in a first application that includes user a, user B, and user C.
Second, user B and user C are added as one-way friends or two-way friends of user a, respectively, in the first application.
The unidirectional friend means that the user A adds the user B or the user C as a friend in a single way, the user B or the user C is added into the unidirectional friend list of the user A, and the user A is not added into the unidirectional friend list of the user B or the user C. The user A can initiate chat to the user B or the user C or check the information and the like disclosed to the one-way friends by the user B or the user C. User B or user C cannot initiate a chat with user a.
The bidirectional friend means that both sides confirm to add the friend with the other side, both sides are added into the friend list of the other side, and both sides can initiate chatting.
Thirdly, the user B and the user C are added into a friend recommendation list of the user A in the first application, and the user A can initiate a request of adding a two-way friend or add any one of the user B and the user C as a one-way friend.
The operation performed by the user refers to that the user logs in the client of the first application, and sends information (for example, a friend adding request) to the server through the client or receives information (for example, friend recommendation information) from the server.
According to the technical scheme, the synchronous users of the target users are determined from the group members of the second application target chat group, the target users and the synchronous users are both users of the first application and users of the second application, social relations are established for the users in the first application, therefore, the social relation networks of the users in the second application are transplanted to the first application, and convenient and fast cross-platform social services are provided for the users.
Based on the information processing method provided in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 3, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and the information processing method is further supplemented and described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4. The content of some steps is the same as or similar to the steps in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and only the differences in the steps will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 4, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes steps 401 and 408:
in step 401, the client initiates a social user transfer request.
The social user transfer request is used for indicating that a social relationship is established between the target user and the synchronous user in the target chat group in the first application.
In one embodiment, a target user initiates a social user transfer request through a first client.
Referring to fig. 2, a target user logs in a first client, and sends a social user transfer request to a first server through the first client.
And after receiving the social user transfer request, the first server requests the second server to acquire the group identification information of the target user. The group identification information is used to indicate at least one chat group that the target user joins in the second application, and the group identification information may be a group name. For example, the target user joins three chat groups in the second application, the group names being book-friends group, classmates group, and game enthusiasts group. And the second server sends the three group names to the first server after receiving the request of the first server.
The first server forwards the three group names to the first client, and in combination with the schematic diagram of the client display interface shown in fig. 5, when the user clicks one or more group names, the first client selects the corresponding group name and sends the group name to the first server.
The first server determines the group name selected by the first client as the group name of the target chat group, and requests the group information of the target user about the target chat group from the second server.
In one embodiment, the target user initiates a social user transfer request through the second client.
Referring to fig. 5, when the user clicks one of the group names, the second client selects the corresponding group name and sends the selected group name to the second server.
The second server determines the group name selected by the second client as the group name of the target chat group, and sends group information about the target chat group to the first server.
In step 402, a first server receives group information of a target user about a target chat group sent by a second server.
Referring to step 401, a target user may initiate a social user transfer request through a first client or a second client. When a target user is initiated through a first client, a first server receives a social user transfer request sent by the first client, and then requests group identification information from a second server.
In one embodiment, the first server may request to obtain group identification information of the target user and group information corresponding to each group at the same time. And the second server sends the group identification information of each group added by the target user in the second application and the group information to the first server together.
After determining the target chat group, the first server acquires group information about the target chat group from the group information corresponding to each group according to the group identification information of the target chat group.
In step 403, the first server determines a synchronized user from the social users.
In step 404, the first server establishes a mapped chat group in the first application.
The first server establishes a mapping chat group in the first application according to the user identification information of the target user and the synchronous user. The group members of the mapped chat group include a target user and a synchronized user.
In one embodiment, the synchronization user may set, through the second terminal, whether to allow a social relationship to be established with other users in the first application. If the synchronous user sets the forbidden identifier, the first server excludes the synchronous user set with the forbidden identifier from the group members of the mapping chat group when the mapping chat group is established, namely, the synchronous user is not added into the mapping chat group.
In step 405, the first server synchronizes chat records within the target chat group and the mirror chat group.
In one embodiment, the first server periodically sends the chat logs in the mirror chat group to the second server, and the second server publishes the received chat logs to the target chat group.
Or when the first server receives the request of the second server, the first server sends the chat records in the mirror image chat group to the second server, and the second server issues the received chat records to the target chat group.
In one embodiment, the second server periodically sends the chat logs in the target chat group to the first server, and the first server publishes the received chat logs to the mirror chat group.
Or when the second server receives the request of the first server, the second server sends the chat records in the target chat group to the first server, and the first server issues the received chat records to the mirror image chat group.
The two above-mentioned ways of synchronizing chat logs can be used independently or simultaneously.
In step 406, the first server updates the group members of the mapped chat group.
And the first server receives an update message sent by the second server, wherein the update message comprises user identification information of a group quitting user, and the group quitting user is a group member quitting the target chat group.
And after receiving the updating message, the first server searches the user identification information of the group quitting user in the user identification information of the image chat group, and deletes the group quitting user from the image chat group when the user identification information of the group quitting user is searched.
In step 407, the first server forwards the directed chat message to the first client.
Group members in the target chat group may send targeted chat messages to the target users. The directional chat message is a chat message in the target chat group, and the directional chat message is a chat message appointed to be sent to a certain user.
In one embodiment, the targeted chat message carries the specified identity along with user identification information for the target user. The designation identification may be the characters @, &, # or the like. Taking the situation that the user identification information of the target user is the user A and the designated identification can be @ as an example, the second server sends the chat message carrying the @ user A' in the target chat group to the first server, and the first server sends the chat message to the first client.
Typically, step 405 is triggered periodically, i.e., the chat logs in the target chat group and the mirror chat group are synchronized periodically. The target user cannot see the chat history of the target chat group of the second application in real time at the mirror chat group of the first application. While the directed chat message in step 407 may be forwarded across platforms in real time.
For example, the first application is a gaming application and the second application is a social application. The target user logs into the gaming application, while the social user does not log into the gaming application. At this time, the social user can send the targeted chat message to the target user in the target chat group, and meanwhile, the target user can send the targeted chat message to the social user in the mirror image chat room, so that real-time cross-platform social service is provided for the social user and the target user.
In step 408, the first server sends a do-not-disturb indication message to the second server.
Taking the case that the first application is a game application and the second application is a social application as an example, the user is online at the client of the game application and the client of the social application at the same time, and the two clients are installed on one terminal device (for example, a mobile phone), so that the user is disturbed to play the game if the client of the social application pops up a window to remind when receiving a chat message during the game process.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, when a first server (game application server) determines that a target user logs in a client of a first application, a non-disturbance indication message is sent to a second server (social application server).
And after receiving the disturbance-free indication message, the second server sends a disturbance-free identifier to a second client, wherein the second client is a client of a second application logged in by the target user. The do-not-disturb identifier is used to instruct the second client to prohibit popup prompting of the chat message in the target chat group.
And after receiving the interference-free identification, the second client prohibits popup reminding of the chat message when receiving the chat message in the target chat group sent by the second server.
In one embodiment, when the second server sends the chat message in the second application to the target user, the interference-free identifier is added to the chat message, and the chat message and the interference-free identifier are sent to the second client together. Taking the target chat group as an example, when the chat message in the group is sent to the second client, the interference-free identifier is added to the chat message, and the second client does not output the popup prompt when receiving the chat message and the chat messages in the subsequent target chat group.
After determining that the target user is offline from the game client, the game server may send a cancel disturbance-immune indication message to the social application server. And after receiving the message of canceling the disturbance-free indication, the social application server sends a canceling identifier to the second client.
And after receiving the cancellation identifier, the second client recovers the popup prompt of the chat message when receiving the chat message in the target chat group sent by the second server.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method applied to a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment. The terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like, and is configured to execute the function completed by the second client in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4.

The first server is a server of the first application. And the second server sends the interference-free identification to the terminal equipment when receiving the interference-free indication message sent by the first server.
In step 602, after the disturbance-free identifier is received, when a chat message in the target chat group sent by the second server is received, a popup alert for the chat message is prohibited.
The target chat group is a chat group that the target user joins in the second application.
Taking the scene of the user playing the game as an example, the pop-up reminding often interferes with the user playing the game, so that the user can be prevented from being interfered by forbidding the pop-up reminding. Of course, this does not exclude other alerting means, such as vibration alerts, ring alerts, etc.
According to the technical scheme, the server sets the interference-free identification aiming at the chat message in the target chat group, and the terminal equipment prohibits popup reminding of the chat message according to the interference-free identification, so that interference of the chat message in the target chat group to a user is avoided.
