A cable outer sheath stripper for power construction is shown in figures 1-8 and comprises a wheel 1, a driving mechanism 2, a rotating mechanism 3, a first clamping mechanism 4, a cutting mechanism 5, a second clamping mechanism 6, a fixing mechanism 7 and a mounting box 10; the wheel 1 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the installation box 10, a first through hole 8 and a second through hole 9 are formed in the top of the installation box 10, the fixing mechanism 7 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the installation box 10, the driving mechanism 2 is fixedly connected into the installation box 10, the rotating mechanism 3 is fixedly connected to the side portion of the first through hole 8 and is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving mechanism 2, the first clamping mechanism 4 is fixedly connected to the rotating mechanism 3, and the cutting mechanism 5 is fixedly connected to the outer top of the installation box 10; the second clamping mechanism 6 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the mounting box 10, and the second clamping mechanism 6 penetrates through the second through hole 9.
The driving mechanism 2 comprises a motor 21, a first bearing seat 22, a second bearing seat 23, a rotating shaft 24 and a gear 25; the motor 21 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the installation box 10, the first bearing seat 22 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the installation box 10, and the second bearing seat 23 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the installation box 10; one end of the rotating shaft 24 is pivoted with the second bearing block 23, and the other end is pivoted with the first bearing block 22 and penetrates through the first bearing block 22 to be in transmission connection with the output end of the motor 21; the gear 25 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 24, and the gear 25 is in transmission connection with the rotating mechanism 3.
The rotating mechanism 3 comprises a first sliding block 31, a first annular sliding rail 33, a second sliding block 34, an external thread 35 and a circular tube 36; the first annular slide rail 33 is fixedly connected to the inner side part of the first through hole 8 along the vertical direction, and a third through hole 32 for a cable to pass through is formed in the middle of the first annular slide rail 33; the first sliding block 31 and the second sliding block 34 are connected with the first annular sliding rail 33 in a sliding manner; the round pipe 36 is fixedly connected with the end parts of the first sliding block 31 and the second sliding block 34, and the outer surface of the round pipe 36 is provided with an external thread 35; the gear 25 meshes with the external thread 35.
The first clamping mechanism 4 comprises a first slide rail 41, a third slide block 42, a first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, a first fixing plate 44, a second fixing plate 45, a second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, a fourth slide block 47, a second slide rail 48, a first connecting rod 49, a first screw 412, a second connecting rod 413, a second screw 414, a third fixing plate 416 and a fourth fixing plate 417; the first slide rail 41 is fixedly connected to the inner top of the circular tube 36 along the vertical direction, and the third slide block 42 is slidably connected with the first slide rail 41; the second connecting rod 413 is fixedly connected to the top of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43 along the vertical direction, and the top of the second connecting rod 413 is fixedly connected to the side of the third sliding block 42; the second slide rail 48 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the circular tube 36 along the vertical direction, and the fourth slide block 47 is connected with the second slide rail 48 in a sliding manner; the first connecting rod 49 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46 along the vertical direction, and the bottom of the first connecting rod 49 is fixedly connected to the side of the fourth sliding block 47; the first fixing plate 44 is fixedly connected to the front part of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, and a second threaded hole 411 is formed in the first fixing plate 44; the second fixing plate 45 is fixedly connected to the front part of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, and a first threaded hole 410 is formed in the second fixing plate 45; the first screw 412 is screwed with the first threaded hole 410 and the second threaded hole 411; the third fixing plate 416 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, and a third threaded hole 415 is formed in the third fixing plate 416; the fourth fixing plate 417 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, and a fourth threaded hole 418 is formed in the fourth fixing plate 417; the second screw 414 is screwed into the third and fourth screw holes 415 and 418.
The cutting mechanism 5 comprises a third slide rail 51, a fifth slide block 52, a first elastic piece 53, a mounting block 54 and a cutting device 56; the mounting block 54 is fixedly connected to the outer top of the mounting box 10, and a groove 55 is formed in the mounting block 54; the third slide rail 51 is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the groove 55 along the vertical direction, the fifth slide block 52 is slidably connected with the third slide rail 51, and the cutting device 56 is fixedly connected to the end part of the third slide block 42; one end of the first elastic member 53 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cutting device 56, and the other end is fixedly connected to the bottom of the groove 55.
The second clamping mechanism 6 comprises a second annular slide rail 61, a sixth slide block 62, a second elastic element 63, a third arc-shaped clamping plate 64, a fifth fixing plate 65, a sixth fixing plate 66, a fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67, a third elastic element 68, a seventh slide block 69, an eighth slide block 610, a third connecting rod 611, a fourth slide rail 612 and a third screw 615; the fourth slide rail 612 is fixedly connected to the bottom inside the installation box 10 along the horizontal direction, the eighth slide block 610 is slidably connected to the fourth slide rail 612, the third connecting rod 611 is fixedly connected to the top of the eighth slide block 610 along the vertical direction, the second annular slide rail 61 passes through the second through hole 9 along the vertical direction and is fixedly connected to the top of the third connecting rod 611, and the sixth slide block 62 and the seventh slide block 69 are slidably connected to the second annular slide rail 61; one end of the second elastic member 63 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sixth sliding block 62, and the other end is fixedly connected to the top of the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64; one end of the third elastic element 68 is fixedly connected to the top of the seventh sliding block 69, and the other end is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67; the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64 is hinged with the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67; the fifth fixing plate 65 is fixedly connected to the front part of the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64, and a sixth threaded hole 614 is formed in the fifth fixing plate 65; the sixth fixing plate 66 is fixedly connected to the front portion of the fourth arc-shaped clamp plate 67, and a fifth threaded hole 613 is formed in the sixth fixing plate 66; the third screw 615 is screwed into the fifth and sixth screw holes 613 and 614.
The fixing mechanism 7 comprises a third bearing seat 71, a first L-shaped rod 72, a seventh fixing plate 73, a fourth elastic element 74, a fifth elastic element 75, an eighth fixing plate 76, a second L-shaped rod 77 and a fourth bearing seat 78; the third bearing seat 71 and the fourth bearing seat 78 are fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the installation box 10 along the length direction of the installation box 10, and the seventh fixing plate 73 is fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the installation box 10 through a plurality of fourth elastic members 74; one end of the first L-shaped rod 72 is pivotally connected to the third bearing seat 71, and the other end is in contact connection with the seventh fixing plate 73; the eighth fixing plate 76 is fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the mounting box 10 through a plurality of fifth elastic members 75; the second L-shaped rod 77 is pivotally connected to the fourth bearing seat 78 at one end and is connected to the eighth fixing plate 76 at the other end.
The first elastic member 53, the second elastic member 63, the third elastic member 68, the fourth elastic member 74 and the fifth elastic member 75 are all springs.
The working principle is as follows: when the outer sheath stripper of the cable is required to be used for stripping the outer sheath of the cable, an electrician firstly controls the stripper to move to a specified position and then controls the fixing mechanism 7 to operate so as to fix the stripper, then controls the cable to pass through the rotating mechanism 3, the first clamping mechanism 4 and the second clamping mechanism 6, then controls the first clamping mechanism 4 and the second clamping mechanism 6 to clamp the cable, then controls the driving mechanism 2 to operate, and simultaneously controls the cutting mechanism 5 to operate, the driving mechanism 2 operates to drive the rotating mechanism 3 so as to drive the first clamping mechanism 4 in the rotating mechanism 3 to operate, the first clamping mechanism 4 operates to drive the cable to rotate, the cutting mechanism 5 operates to cut the outer sheath of the cable, after the cutting is finished, the cutting mechanism 5 and the driving mechanism 2 are controlled to stop operating, and the driving mechanism 2 stops operating so as to stop the rotating mechanism 3 and the cable from rotating, and the electrician controls the second clamping mechanism 6 to move towards one end away from the first clamping mechanism 4 so as to extract the cable outer sheath, then controls the first clamping mechanism 4 to operate to loosen the cable, controls the second clamping mechanism 6 to operate to loosen the cable outer sheath, and finally controls the fixing mechanism 7 to operate to not fix the stripper any more and remove the stripper.
Because the driving mechanism 2 comprises the motor 21, the first bearing seat 22, the second bearing seat 23, the rotating shaft 24 and the gear 25; the motor 21 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the installation box 10, the first bearing seat 22 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the installation box 10, and the second bearing seat 23 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the installation box 10; one end of the rotating shaft 24 is pivoted with the second bearing block 23, and the other end is pivoted with the first bearing block 22 and penetrates through the first bearing block 22 to be in transmission connection with the output end of the motor 21; the gear 25 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 24, and the gear 25 is in transmission connection with the rotating mechanism 3; therefore, when the cable needs to be cut, the motor 21 is controlled to operate, the motor 21 operates to drive the rotating shaft 24 and the gear 25 on the rotating shaft 24 to rotate, the gear 25 rotates to drive the rotating mechanism 3 to operate, when the cable does not need to be cut, the motor 21 stops operating, the rotating shaft 24 and the gear 25 on the rotating shaft 24 stop rotating, the rotating mechanism 3 stops operating, and therefore the rotating mechanism 3 can be conveniently driven to operate.
Because the rotating mechanism 3 comprises the first sliding block 31, the first annular sliding rail 33, the second sliding block 34, the external thread 35 and the circular tube 36; the first annular slide rail 33 is fixedly connected to the inner side part of the first through hole 8 along the vertical direction, and a third through hole 32 for a cable to pass through is formed in the middle of the first annular slide rail 33; the first sliding block 31 and the second sliding block 34 are connected with the first annular sliding rail 33 in a sliding manner; the round pipe 36 is fixedly connected with the end parts of the first sliding block 31 and the second sliding block 34, and the outer surface of the round pipe 36 is provided with an external thread 35; the gear 25 is engaged with the external thread 35; therefore, when the gear 25 rotates, the gear 25 rotates to drive the circular tube 36 to rotate around the track of the first annular slide rail 33, and further drive the first clamping mechanism 4 to rotate, and the first clamping mechanism 4 rotates to drive the cable to rotate, so that the cable can be conveniently driven to rotate.
Because the first clamping mechanism 4 comprises the first sliding rail 41, the third sliding block 42, the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, the first fixing plate 44, the second fixing plate 45, the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, the fourth sliding block 47, the second sliding rail 48, the first connecting rod 49, the first screw 412, the second connecting rod 413, the second screw 414, the third fixing plate 416 and the fourth fixing plate 417; the first slide rail 41 is fixedly connected to the inner top of the circular tube 36 along the vertical direction, and the third slide block 42 is slidably connected with the first slide rail 41; the second connecting rod 413 is fixedly connected to the top of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43 along the vertical direction, and the top of the second connecting rod 413 is fixedly connected to the side of the third sliding block 42; the second slide rail 48 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the circular tube 36 along the vertical direction, and the fourth slide block 47 is connected with the second slide rail 48 in a sliding manner; the first connecting rod 49 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46 along the vertical direction, and the bottom of the first connecting rod 49 is fixedly connected to the side of the fourth sliding block 47; the first fixing plate 44 is fixedly connected to the front part of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, and a second threaded hole 411 is formed in the first fixing plate 44; the second fixing plate 45 is fixedly connected to the front part of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, and a first threaded hole 410 is formed in the second fixing plate 45; the first screw 412 is screwed with the first threaded hole 410 and the second threaded hole 411; the third fixing plate 416 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43, and a third threaded hole 415 is formed in the third fixing plate 416; the fourth fixing plate 417 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, and a fourth threaded hole 418 is formed in the fourth fixing plate 417; the second screw 414 is screwed with the third threaded hole 415 and the fourth threaded hole 418; therefore, when the cable needs to be clamped, the first screw 412 and the second screw 414 are firstly screwed out, then the control cable passes through the space between the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43 and the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46, then the first screw 412 is controlled to be screwed into the first threaded hole 410 and the second threaded hole 411, and then the first fixing plate 44 and the second fixing plate 45 are fixed, and the second screw 414 is controlled to be screwed into the third threaded hole 415 and the fourth threaded hole 418, and then the third fixing plate 416 and the fourth fixing plate 417 are fixed, so that the cable can be conveniently fixed.
Because the cutting mechanism 5 comprises the third slide rail 51, the fifth slide block 52, the first elastic element 53, the mounting block 54 and the cutting device 56; the mounting block 54 is fixedly connected to the outer top of the mounting box 10, and a groove 55 is formed in the mounting block 54; the third slide rail 51 is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the groove 55 along the vertical direction, the fifth slide block 52 is slidably connected with the third slide rail 51, and the cutting device 56 is fixedly connected to the end part of the third slide block 42; one end of the first elastic member 53 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cutting device 56, and the other end is fixedly connected with the bottom in the groove 55; therefore, when the outer cable sheath needs to be cut, the cutting device 56 is controlled to operate, the cutting device 56 operates to cut the outer cable sheath, and under the elastic force of the first elastic piece 53, the cutting device 56 can cut the cable along the track of the third sliding rail 51 and move upwards, so that the outer cable sheath can be conveniently cut.
Because the second clamping mechanism 6 comprises the second annular slide rail 61, the sixth slide block 62, the second elastic element 63, the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64, the fifth fixing plate 65, the sixth fixing plate 66, the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67, the third elastic element 68, the seventh slide block 69, the eighth slide block 610, the third connecting rod 611, the fourth slide rail 612 and the third screw 615; the fourth slide rail 612 is fixedly connected to the bottom inside the installation box 10 along the horizontal direction, the eighth slide block 610 is slidably connected to the fourth slide rail 612, the third connecting rod 611 is fixedly connected to the top of the eighth slide block 610 along the vertical direction, the second annular slide rail 61 passes through the second through hole 9 along the vertical direction and is fixedly connected to the top of the third connecting rod 611, and the sixth slide block 62 and the seventh slide block 69 are slidably connected to the second annular slide rail 61; one end of the second elastic member 63 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sixth sliding block 62, and the other end is fixedly connected to the top of the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64; one end of the third elastic element 68 is fixedly connected to the top of the seventh sliding block 69, and the other end is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67; the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64 is hinged with the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67; the fifth fixing plate 65 is fixedly connected to the front part of the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64, and a sixth threaded hole 614 is formed in the fifth fixing plate 65; the sixth fixing plate 66 is fixedly connected to the front portion of the fourth arc-shaped clamp plate 67, and a fifth threaded hole 613 is formed in the sixth fixing plate 66; the third screw 615 is screwed with the fifth threaded hole 613 and the sixth threaded hole 614; therefore, when the outer sheath of the cable needs to be withdrawn, the third screw 615 is screwed out, the cable is controlled to penetrate through the third arc-shaped clamping plate 64 and the fourth arc-shaped clamping plate 67, the third screw 615 is controlled to be screwed into the fifth threaded hole 613 and the sixth threaded hole 614, the fifth fixing plate 65 and the sixth fixing plate 66 are fixed, the first arc-shaped clamping plate 43 and the second arc-shaped clamping plate 46 are fixed, the cutting device 56 cuts the outer sheath of the cable, the second annular sliding rail 61 is controlled to move rightwards along the track of the fourth sliding rail 612 to pull out the cut outer sheath of the cable after cutting, and the third screw 615 is controlled to be screwed out to take out the cut outer sheath.
Because the fixing mechanism 7 includes the third bearing seat 71, the first L-shaped rod 72, the seventh fixing plate 73, the fourth elastic member 74, the fifth elastic member 75, the eighth fixing plate 76, the second L-shaped rod 77, and the fourth bearing seat 78; the third bearing seat 71 and the fourth bearing seat 78 are fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the installation box 10 along the length direction of the installation box 10, and the seventh fixing plate 73 is fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the installation box 10 through a plurality of fourth elastic members 74; one end of the first L-shaped rod 72 is pivotally connected to the third bearing seat 71, and the other end is in contact connection with the seventh fixing plate 73; the eighth fixing plate 76 is fixedly connected to the outer bottom of the mounting box 10 through a plurality of fifth elastic members 75; one end of the second L-shaped rod 77 is pivotally connected to the fourth bearing seat 78, and the other end is in contact with the eighth fixing plate 76; therefore, when the stripper needs to be fixed, the first L-shaped rod 72 is controlled to rotate so as not to block the seventh fixing plate 73, the seventh fixing plate 73 supports the ground downwards under the elastic action of the fourth elastic element 74, the second L-shaped rod 77 is controlled to rotate so as not to block the eighth fixing plate 76, the eighth fixing plate 76 supports the ground downwards under the elastic action of the fifth elastic element 75, when the stripper does not need to be fixed, the seventh fixing plate 73 and the eighth fixing plate 76 are controlled to move upwards so as to extrude the fourth elastic element 74 and the fifth elastic element 75, the first L-shaped rod 72 is controlled to rotate so as to block the seventh fixing plate 73, the second L-shaped rod 77 is controlled to rotate so as to block the eighth fixing plate 76, and the stripper can be fixed or loosened conveniently and repeatedly.
The control mode of the invention is controlled by manually starting and closing the switch, the wiring diagram of the power element and the supply of the power source belong to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the wiring arrangement are not explained in detail in the invention.

The cable outer sheath stripper for electric power construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a third slide rail (51), a fifth slide block (52), a first elastic member (53), a mounting block (54) and a cutting device (56); the mounting block (54) is fixedly connected to the outer top of the mounting box (10), and a groove (55) is formed in the mounting block (54); the third slide rail (51) is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the groove (55) along the vertical direction, the fifth slide block (52) is in sliding connection with the third slide rail (51), and the cutting device (56) is fixedly connected to the end part of the third slide block (42); one end of the first elastic piece (53) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cutting device (56), and the other end is fixedly connected with the inner bottom of the groove (55).
