本发明的小电流母线槽插脚,主体为导电柱,导电柱上段为长方体,下段为圆柱体,长方体中部设置有轴心垂直于导电柱轴心的接线孔,导电柱通过接线孔与照明灯具接线连通;长方体上端面具有螺纹孔,螺纹孔伸入长方体内部与接线孔连通;导电柱下端为半圆球形;兼容多种照明灯具安装方式,能同步完成机械、电气部分连接,且插接方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种小电流母线槽插脚,具体应用于高层建筑、大型公共场所照明系统配电技术领域。
背景技术
工业厂房、高层建筑和大型公共场所一般采用小电流母线槽为照明系统配送电源,小电流母线槽负载较小,分支较多,现有的照明母线结构中插头部位裸露在外,且电气与机械部分需分别连接固定,灯具插接工作量大,照明母线配装照明灯具的安装过程多为高空作业,大量灯具安装过程存在较高安全隐患,甚至造成零部件变形而无法使用,传统插头还易在系统运行中松动脱落;灯具各类繁多,各种灯具接线方式不一样,现有技术中的小电流母线槽插脚不能兼容多种灯具安装。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种小电流母线槽插脚,能兼容多种灯具安装方式,同步完成机械、电气部分连接,且插接方便快捷。
本发明的小电流母线槽插脚,主体为导电柱,导电柱上段为长方体,下段为圆柱体,其特征在于:所述长方体中部设置有轴心垂直于导电柱轴心的接线孔,导电柱通过接线孔与照明灯具接线连通;长方体上端面具有螺纹孔,螺纹孔伸入长方体内部与接线孔连通;
所述导电柱下端为半圆球形。
本发明的小电流母线槽插脚,兼容多种照明灯具安装方式,能同步完成机械、电气部分连接,且插接方便快捷。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种小电流母线槽插脚,主体为导电柱,导电柱上段为长方体1,下段为圆柱体2,长方体中部设置有轴心垂直于导电柱轴心的接线孔,导电柱通过接线孔与照明灯具接线连通;长方体上端面具有螺纹孔,螺纹孔伸入长方体内部与接线孔连通,导电柱下端为半圆球形。
导电柱上段的长方体1上端面螺纹孔与螺栓配合既可作为电气接线柱,也可以作为机械连接固定安装;下段的圆柱体2可以插入小电流母线槽插孔内分接电流为照明灯具提供电源,插接快捷方便,导电性能好;导电柱下端为半圆球形,与小电流母线槽插孔配合提供插接导向,使得插脚插接更方便。
本发明的小电流母线槽插脚,能同步完成机械、电气部分连接,适应性强,能兼容多种安装方式,且插接方便快捷。
