The method comprises the following steps: automatically or manually generating a TXT/EXCEl original record document with feature identification; analyzing a data task, verifying original records, and screening and matching certificate contents; the data task analysis means that after relevant TXT/EXCEL is uploaded to a server, a program in the server analyzes the title of a relevant file and the feature identification of a specific position in a document; automatically generating accurate original record and certificate formats; verifying certificate data and storing documents; the data verification and document storage means that data in the original record is calculated by using a formula stored in the server, certificate data are verified according to index range information stored in a database, the consistency of the type of a certificate result to be issued and the type of a final certificate is matched, and the certificate data are uploaded to the server for storage. The invention can improve the efficiency of metrological verification work.

The screening process of the method comprises the steps of judging whether the metering standard is consistent with a metering object or not, whether the metering standard is consistent with a document code or not, judging whether the obtained metering result is in common agreement with a preset standard column number or not, reminding an operator to check when the three parts are inconsistent with a preset condition, and generating a variable part in a certificate by using the three parts; whether the obtained metering result is common with the preset standard column number or not is judged, and when the obtained metering result and the preset standard column number are completely approximate, the ratio is used as the row number of the result data; when the two cannot be completely eliminated, the operator needs to be reminded to check the manual inspection result data.
