In order to make the water temperatures of various parts in the wooden barrel consistent during heating, the embodiment is modified based on embodiment 1 or embodiment 3 as follows: a plurality of water outlet pipes and water outlet one-way valves are installed on the outer wall of the heating box body at equal intervals.
A plurality of water outlet pipes are arranged at equal intervals, and heated water is discharged into the wooden barrel from each water outlet pipe, so that the water temperature of each part in the wooden barrel is kept consistent.

Claims (8)

1. A foot bath barrel is characterized in that: the heating device comprises a cylindrical wooden barrel, a base for placing the wooden barrel and a heating box arranged in the wooden barrel;
a controller is arranged in the base; the upper part of the base is provided with an induction cooker which is electrically connected with the controller; a positioning ring for positioning the wooden barrel is formed at the upper end of the outer wall of the base; a plurality of travelling wheels are mounted at the bottom of the base;
the inner wall of the barrel is provided with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor which are electrically connected with the controller;
the heating box is detachably arranged in the wooden barrel; the heating box comprises a box body tightly attached to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel and an exhaust pipe used for exhausting steam generated in the box body; the inner bottom surface of the box body is fixedly connected with a heating iron sheet;
the upper end of the box body is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe communicated with the interior of the box body; the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet one-way valve; the water inlet one-way valve enables water in the wooden barrel to enter the box body in a one-way mode; a water outlet pipe is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body, close to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel; the water outlet pipe is provided with a water outlet one-way valve; the water outlet one-way valve enables water in the box body to enter the wooden barrel in a one-way mode; a necking part is formed at the position, close to the water outlet one-way valve, of the water outlet pipe; a water suction port is formed in one side, away from the water outlet one-way valve, of the water outlet pipe, which is positioned at the necking part;
the upper end of the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with an exhaust valve; the exhaust valve comprises a cylindrical valve body; a connecting port in threaded connection with the exhaust pipe is formed at the lower end of the valve body; an exhaust port is formed at the upper end of the valve body; a cylindrical valve core mounting part coaxial with the valve body is fixedly connected in the valve body; a plurality of air vents are formed in the side wall of the valve core mounting part at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the valve core mounting part; the lower part of each air vent is fixedly connected with an elastic pressure bearing plate; a baffle plate is formed inwards at the upper end of the bearing plate; the lower end of the valve core mounting part is fixedly connected with a limiting end; the center of the limiting end is connected with a valve core in a sliding manner; a valve plate with the diameter larger than the inner diameter of the exhaust port is formed at the upper end of the valve core; a spring is arranged between the valve plate and the limiting end;
a balancing weight is arranged in the box body of the heating box; the density of the balancing weight is less than that of water; the upper end of the balancing weight is connected with the valve core of the exhaust valve through a silk thread;
in the increasing process of the water in the box body, the bearing plate is bent to enable the blocking piece to be blocked between the valve plate and the exhaust port.
2. The foot tub of claim 1, wherein: and a flow guide wall for guiding the flow direction of steam in the exhaust pipe is formed on the end surface of the inner wall of the valve body, which is close to the exhaust port.
3. The foot tub of claim 1, wherein: the heating box body and the exhaust pipe are both made of heat insulating materials.
4. The foot tub of claim 1, wherein: the position of the liquid level sensor is higher than the water inlet one-way valve.

The foot tub of claim 1, wherein: the outer side wall of the base is provided with a connecting wire electrically connected with the controller; a plug is arranged at the end part of the connecting wire; the bottom of the outer wall of the barrel is provided with a panel; and the panel is provided with a jack electrically connected with the plug.
6. The foot tub of claim 1, wherein: the length of the water outlet pipe extends to a position close to the inner wall of the wooden barrel, and the pipe orifice of the water outlet pipe faces the inner wall of the wooden barrel; the outlet of the water outlet pipe is in a bell mouth shape.

The tub for foot bath according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that: the bottom in the wooden barrel is detachably provided with a massage disc; when the massage disc is placed on the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel, the height of the roller for massaging on the massage disc is higher than that of the water outlet pipe.
