Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the health problems of people are more and more taken attention of people, so that various physical therapy apparatuses are also brought to the future, the foot bath barrel is just one of physical therapy equipment, and the foot bath physical therapy can be carried out in a family due to the convenience, practicability and low price, so that the foot bath physical therapy is favored by the public.
Most of foot bath buckets on the market are integrated, water in the foot bath buckets is directly heated through electric heating tubes, and the heating mode is slow and has potential safety hazards of electric leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the household foot physical therapy device is provided.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for realizing the purpose: the heating device comprises a cylindrical wooden barrel, a base for placing the wooden barrel and a heating box arranged in the wooden barrel;
the heating box is detachably arranged in the wooden barrel; the heating box comprises an arc-shaped box body tightly attached to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel; a water inlet part with the height higher than that of the box body is formed in the middle of the box body; a connecting pipe is formed at the upper end of the water inlet part; the inner bottom surface of the box body is fixedly connected with a heating iron sheet;
a water outlet joint is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body, close to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel; the water outlet connector is provided with a water outlet one-way valve; the water outlet one-way valve enables water in the box body to enter the wooden barrel in a one-way mode; the other end of the one-way valve is provided with a water outlet pipe; a necking part is formed at the joint of the water outlet pipe and the water outlet one-way valve; a water suction port is formed at the position, close to the necking part, of the water outlet pipe;
the upper end of the connecting pipe is provided with a water inlet exhaust valve; the water inlet and exhaust valve comprises a cylindrical valve body, a piston arranged in the valve body and a water wheel arranged on the piston; a lower through hole is formed in the axis of the piston; the impeller comprises a rotating shaft inserted in the lower through hole; a vent hole which is communicated up and down is formed in the center of the rotating shaft; a plurality of blades which are equidistantly distributed along the circumferential direction are formed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft; water inlets with the same number as the blades are formed in the side wall of the valve body along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the valve body; a water inlet through hole is formed in the upper surface of the piston between two adjacent blade plates;
the upper end of the water wheel is provided with a cover plate; an upper through hole which is sleeved on the rotating shaft is formed in the center of the cover plate; the upper end face of the piston is fixedly connected with upright columns, the number of which is equal to that of the blades, for fixing the position of the cover plate;
the upper end of one blade plate is fixedly connected with a traction column head; an arc-shaped groove for the traction column head to pass through is formed in the cover plate; the upper end of the cover plate is rotatably connected with a swinging valve plate; a valve plate covering the upper through hole is formed in the middle of the swinging valve plate; a strip-shaped groove in sliding connection with the traction column cap is formed in one side, away from the rotation center, of the swing valve plate;
one side of the upper end surface of the cover plate, which is positioned in the swinging direction of the swinging valve plate, is fixedly connected with a V-shaped reed;
the upper end of the valve body is fixedly connected with an exhaust pipe; the lower end surface of the exhaust pipe limits the upward sliding stroke of the piston;
a horizontally arranged ring plate is formed at the lower part of the inner wall of the valve body; a spring is arranged between the ring plate and the piston;
a balancing weight is arranged in the box body of the heating box; the density of the balancing weight is less than that of water; the upper end of the balancing weight is connected with the lower end of the piston through a silk thread;
a controller is arranged in the base; the upper part of the base is provided with an induction cooker which is electrically connected with the controller; the inner wall of the barrel is provided with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor which are electrically connected with the controller; the position where the liquid level sensor is arranged is higher than the water inlet;
the heating box body and the exhaust pipe are both made of heat insulating materials.
As a preferable scheme: one end of the water outlet pipe is fixedly connected with a corrugated pipe.
As a preferable scheme: the diameter of the water inlet on the outer wall of the valve body is larger than that on the inner wall of the valve body.
As a preferable scheme: the traction column cap is positioned at the lower end face of the cover plate and is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped water blocking baffle plate used for blocking the arc-shaped groove.
As a preferable scheme: a plurality of guide grooves for guiding the piston to slide are formed on the inner wall of the valve body at equal intervals along the circumferential direction; the outer wall of the piston is provided with a plurality of guide strips which are in sliding connection with the guide grooves in a forming mode corresponding to the guide grooves.
As a preferable scheme: a positioning ring for positioning the wooden barrel is formed at the upper end of the outer wall of the base; a plurality of walking wheels are installed at the bottom of the base.
As a preferable scheme: the outer side wall of the base is provided with a connecting wire electrically connected with the controller; a plug is arranged at the end part of the connecting wire; the bottom of the outer wall of the barrel is provided with a panel; and the panel is provided with a jack electrically connected with the plug.
As a preferable scheme: two extending plates which are arranged in parallel are formed at the lower end of the piston; a cross bar is fixedly connected between the lower parts of the two extension plates.
As a preferable scheme: and the outlet of the water outlet pipe is fixedly connected with a horn mouth.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the heating box is used, the wooden barrel is placed on the base, water is added into the wooden barrel to a proper position, and then the heating box is placed into the wooden barrel; at the moment, no water exists in the heating box, the counter weight block enables the piston to move downwards under the action of gravity, the spring is pressed at the same time, and as the pressure intensity in the water inlet part is smaller than that of the outside, water in the wooden barrel enters the box body through the water inlet part, and the valve plate opens the vent hole under the impact action of water flow; when the water in the box body reaches a certain water level, the balancing weight floats upwards due to the buoyancy of the water in the box body, the balancing weight finally does not generate tension on the valve core, meanwhile, the water inlet is blocked again due to the resetting of the spring, and the valve plate closes the vent hole again under the action of the reed.
The power supply is started to heat the water in the box body, and as the water temperature rises, water vapor is generated in the box body to increase the air pressure in the box body, so that pressure difference is generated between two ends of the water outlet one-way valve, hot water in the box body is discharged from the water outlet pipe, and the hot water passes through the water suction port to drive cooler water in the wooden barrel to be mixed, so that the discharged water is prevented from being overheated to scald a user; when a certain amount of hot water in the box body is discharged, the balancing weight loses the support of buoyancy, so that the piston is pulled to descend, the water inlet and exhaust valve is opened, water in the wooden barrel enters the box body, and the valve plate is opened to exhaust steam; in the increasing process of the water in the box body, the buoyancy force borne by the balancing weight is continuously increased, when the buoyancy force borne by the balancing weight and the force generated by the recovery deformation of the spring are greater than the gravity of the piston and the balancing weight, the piston moves upwards to block the water inlet again, and the water wheel loses the impact of water flow so that the valve block closes the air vent again.
The process is repeated until the water temperature in the wooden barrel reaches the temperature set by the user through the controller, and the controller controls the induction cooker to stop working through the feedback of the temperature sensor. When the liquid level is reduced to be below the liquid level sensor due to the evaporation of water in the using process, namely the water in the wooden barrel cannot be continuously supplemented to the box body at the moment, the water is fed back to the controller, and a user is prompted to add water and stop the work of the induction cooker.
The box body is heated by the electromagnetic heating technology, so that accidents caused by electric leakage in use are avoided, and accidental scalding caused by local high temperature generated by directly heating the iron sheets in the wooden barrel is prevented; the water outlet pipe of the box body mixes water with higher temperature in the box body and water with lower temperature in the wooden barrel through the arrangement of the necking part and the water suction port, so that the water discharged by the water outlet pipe is prevented from being damaged to users due to higher temperature; the steam generated in the box body is discharged through the exhaust pipe instead of being directly discharged in the wooden barrel, so that the user can be prevented from being scalded by heat released when the steam is discharged; through the balancing weight that sets up in the box, open into water discharge valve when the water level descends in the box, can make the water in the vat get into in the box, prevent that the box internal water yield is not enough and take place dry combustion method.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the household foot physiotherapy device of the present embodiment includes a cylindrical barrel 1, a base 2 for placing the barrel, and a heating box 3 disposed in the barrel.
The heating box is detachably arranged in the wooden barrel; the heating box comprises an arc-shaped box body 31 tightly attached to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel; a water inlet part 32 with the height higher than that of the box body is formed in the middle of the box body; a connecting pipe 33 is formed at the upper end of the water inlet part; the inner bottom surface of the box body is fixedly connected with a heating iron sheet 312; an electromagnetic heating technology is adopted, and the heating iron sheet is heated through an alternating magnetic field generated by an electromagnetic oven so as to heat water in the box body; when steam is generated in the box body due to heating, the generated steam can be gathered to the upper part of the water inlet part and enters the connecting pipe due to the fact that the height of the water inlet part is higher than that of the box body.
A water outlet joint 311 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body close to the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel; the water outlet joint is provided with a water outlet one-way valve 34; the water outlet one-way valve enables water in the box body to enter the wooden barrel in a one-way mode; the other end of the one-way valve is provided with a water outlet pipe 35; a necking part 351 is formed at the joint of the water outlet pipe and the water outlet one-way valve; namely, the pipe diameter of the water outlet pipe is smaller than the pipe diameter of the joint of the water outlet one-way valve and the water outlet pipe; a water suction port 352 is formed at the position, close to the necking part, of the water outlet pipe; because the throat portion makes the pipe diameter of outlet pipe diminish, the velocity of flow of the water that flows out in the box becomes fast to produce the suction effect, drive the water entering play water pipe in the cask and mix with the water that flows out in the box, to the water cooling that produces in the box, prevent the high temperature of the water that flows out.
One end of the water outlet pipe for discharging water is fixedly connected with a corrugated pipe 353; when the foot washing device is used, the length of the water outlet pipe can be prolonged by stretching the corrugated pipe, the time for mixing water in the bucket and water in the water outlet pipe is prolonged, meanwhile, a user can adjust the water outlet angle of the water outlet pipe, and the foot washing by the user is facilitated.
The upper end of the connecting pipe is provided with a water inlet exhaust valve 4; the water inlet and exhaust valve comprises a cylindrical valve body 41, a piston 42 arranged in the valve body and a water wheel 44 rotatably connected to the piston; the outer diameter of the piston is equal to the inner diameter of the valve body; a lower through hole 421 is formed at the axis of the piston; the impeller includes a rotation shaft 442 inserted into the lower through hole; a vent hole 4421 which penetrates up and down is formed in the center of the rotating shaft; the outer wall of the rotating shaft is formed with a plurality of blades 441 which are equidistantly distributed along the circumferential direction; water inlets 411 with the same number as the blades are formed in the side wall of the valve body along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the valve body; the diameter of the water inlet on the outer wall of the valve body is larger than that on the inner wall of the valve body; and a water inlet through hole 423 is formed on the upper surface of the piston between two adjacent blades. When the piston descends, water in the bucket enters through the water inlet and impacts the blade plate to enable the impeller to rotate for an angle, and then enters into the water inlet part after downwards passing through the connecting pipe through the water inlet through hole.
The upper end of the water wheel is provided with a cover plate 43; an upper through hole 431 which is sleeved on the rotating shaft is formed in the center of the cover plate; the upper end face of the piston is fixedly connected with upright posts 424 which are equal to the number of the blades and used for fixing the position of the cover plate. The cover plate, the water wheel and the cover plate are integrally connected through the upright columns to slide up and down.
The upper end of one of the blades is fixedly connected with a traction column head 4411; an arc-shaped groove 432 for the traction column head to pass through is formed on the cover plate; a water blocking baffle 4412 for blocking the arc shape of the arc-shaped groove is fixedly connected to the traction column head at the lower end face of the cover plate; the upper end of the cover plate is rotatably connected with a swinging valve plate 46; a valve plate 461 covering the upper through hole is formed in the middle of the swinging valve plate; and a strip-shaped groove 462 in sliding connection with the traction column cap is formed on one side of the swing valve plate, which is far away from the rotation center. The rotating angle of the water wheel is limited by the arc-shaped groove; when the water wheel rotates, the traction column cap drives the swinging valve plate to swing so as to remove the valve plate from the upper through hole, and therefore steam in the water inlet part is discharged through the vent hole; the water blocking baffle blocks water flow towards the blade plate from flowing to the upper part of the cover plate through the arc-shaped groove.
A V-shaped reed 434 is fixedly connected to one side of the upper end surface of the cover plate in the swing direction of the swing valve plate. When water flow in the wooden barrel impacts the leaf plate and drives the swing valve plate to swing, the reed is pressed, when the water flow in the wooden barrel does not flow in any more, the leaf plate is not stressed, and the water wheel is driven to rotate back to the initial position in the process that the reed restores to deform.
The upper end of the valve body is fixedly connected with an exhaust pipe 6; the lower end surface of the exhaust pipe limits the upward sliding stroke of the piston; the upper end of the exhaust pipe extends to the upper edge of the barrel.
A horizontally arranged ring plate 413 is formed at the lower part of the inner wall of the valve body; a spring 45 is arranged between the ring plate and the piston; the spring is in an extension state in an initial state, the piston is positioned at the uppermost part of the stroke, and at the moment, the side wall of the piston blocks the water inlet and prevents water in the barrel from entering; when the piston is positioned at the lowest part of the stroke, the spring is in a compressed state, the water inlet faces the blade, and water in the wooden barrel enters the valve body.
A plurality of guide grooves 412 for guiding the piston to slide are formed on the inner wall of the valve body at equal intervals along the circumferential direction; a plurality of guide strips 422 which are in sliding connection with the guide grooves are formed on the outer wall of the piston corresponding to the guide grooves; the lowest end of the guide groove extends to the ring plate.
A balancing weight 5 is arranged in the box body of the heating box; the density of the balancing weight is less than that of water; the upper end of the balancing weight is connected with the lower end of the piston through a silk thread; when the liquid level in the water inlet part is lower, the counter weight block pulls the piston downwards due to gravity, so that water in the wooden barrel enters through the water inlet and impacts the blade plate to cause the water wheel to rotate, and the valve plate opens the vent hole due to the rotation of the water wheel, so that steam in the water inlet part is discharged.
A controller is arranged in the base; the upper part of the base is provided with an induction cooker 21 electrically connected with the controller; when the wooden barrel is placed on the base, the upper end face of the induction cooker is tightly attached to the lower end face of the wooden barrel.
The inner wall of the barrel is provided with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor which are electrically connected with the controller; the position where the liquid level sensor is arranged is higher than the water inlet; the heating box body and the exhaust pipe are both made of heat insulating materials.
Further, a positioning ring 24 for positioning the barrel is formed at the upper end of the outer wall of the base; a plurality of road wheels 23 are mounted at the bottom of the base. Through setting up the walking wheel, make the user move the cask when conveniently using.

Example 2
This example is modified from example 1 as follows: the outer side wall of the base is provided with a connecting wire 22 electrically connected with the controller; a plug is arranged at the end part of the connecting wire; the bottom of the outer wall of the barrel is provided with a panel 11; and the panel is provided with a jack electrically connected with the plug.
When the temperature control device is used, the plug is inserted into the jack, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is displayed on the panel through the controller, so that the temperature in the barrel body can be controlled more visually when a user uses the temperature control device, and the operation is better.
Example 3
For the convenience of installation of the counterweight, the embodiment is improved on the basis of the embodiment 1 as follows: two extension plates 425 which are arranged in parallel are formed at the lower end of the piston; a cross bar 4251 is fixedly connected between the lower parts of the two extension plates. The wire is more convenient and fastened when being wound through the extension plate extending downwards.
Example 4
Because the hot water from the water outlet pipe is still high, discomfort and even scalding can be caused when the hot water is directly aligned with a user; in order to prevent accidents or increase the comfort of users during use, the embodiment is improved on the basis of embodiment 1 as follows:
the outlet of the water outlet pipe is fixedly connected with a bell mouth; namely, the diameter of the pipe orifice of the water outlet pipe is larger than that of the pipe body of the water outlet pipe.
When the hot water of the hot water pipe comes out of the water outlet pipe, the hot water can be mutually mixed with water in more wooden barrels through the bell mouth, so that the temperature of the flowing hot water is closer to that of the water in the original wooden barrels, and the temperature of the water in the wooden barrels is gradually increased; because the water outlet of the water outlet pipe is in a horn shape, the flow speed of hot water in the water outlet pipe is reduced when the hot water flows through the water outlet of the water outlet pipe, so that the water in the wooden barrel is relatively calm when being heated, and less disturbance is generated to the water in the wooden barrel.
Further, a massage disc is detachably mounted at the bottom in the wooden barrel; when the massage disc is placed on the inner bottom surface of the wooden barrel, the height of the roller for massaging on the massage disc is higher than that of the outlet of the water outlet pipe.
Because the height of the roller for massaging on the massage disk is higher than that of the water outlet pipe, hot water coming out of the heating box can be subjected to sufficient heat exchange with water in the wooden barrel before the temperature of the hot water is transferred to a user after the hot water is discharged through the water outlet pipe, and discomfort of the user in use is reduced.
