Abstract
本发明公开了一种高聚光LED照明灯,包括外壳,外壳内部设置有主控装置,主控装置固定在外壳最内侧,靠近主控装置位置设置有散热片,散热片的另一端设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜采用固定板固定,所述外壳最外侧设置球面透镜,所述固定板与聚光透镜之间为光筒;所述外壳上远离主控装置一段设置有玻璃罩。本发明采用现代节能的LED作为光源。内部结构采用双透镜模式,添加聚光筒,聚光更强;并且添加散热片,解决光纤照明灯具因光源体积小,散热困难问题,选用两块透镜来解决焦距短,光强要求高的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具照明领域,具体是一种高聚光LED照明灯。
背景技术
目前,科学技术的进步有力地推动着照明技术的发展,大功率LED是目前照明领域的研究热点,两者均具有独特的发光机理和照明特性,技术和产业的发展非常迅速。
但是LED照明灯的聚光性能还不好,不可调节,聚光位置固定,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种构造简单,性能优异美观,散热强的高聚光LED照明灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高聚光LED照明灯,包括外壳,外壳内部设置有主控装置,主控装置固定在外壳最内侧,靠近主控装置位置设置有散热片,散热片的另一端设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜采用固定板固定,所述外壳最外侧设置球面透镜;所述外壳上远离主控装置一段设置有玻璃罩。
优选的,所述散热片为圆环状的铜片,铜片上设置有孔洞。
优选的,所述外壳呈圆柱状结构,外壳上设置有凹槽,凹槽位于外壳外侧,对应内部的散热片位置,所述凹槽呈环形结构。
优选的,所述主控装置包括LED光源,以及基本的电路板,电池。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用现代节能的LED作为光源。内部结构采用双透镜模式,添加聚光筒,聚光更强;并且添加散热片,解决光纤照明灯具因光源体积小,散热困难问题,选用两块透镜来解决焦距短,光强要求高的问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种高聚光LED照明灯,包括外壳1,外壳1内部设置有主控装置2,主控装置2固定在外壳最内侧,靠近主控装置2位置设置有散热片3,散热片3采用金属铜制作,散热效率高,散热片3的另一端设置有聚光透镜4,所述聚光透镜4采用固定板5固定,所述外壳1最外侧设置球面透镜6;所述外壳1上远离主控装置2一段设置有玻璃罩7,玻璃罩7与外壳1一般采用螺纹连接,加上透镜优点在于一方面使得LED发出的照明光线均匀集中,另一方面也使得整个机械结构相对短小,解决了透镜成像距离的限制,所述固定板与聚光透镜之间为光筒8,光筒可调,变相调节聚光位置;变化聚光透镜以及球面透镜的镜面曲率来变化光斑、变化焦距。
所述散热片3为圆环状的铜片,铜片上设置有孔洞。整块铜中间多个小孔增大散热面积。一方面,散热片的正面与LED光源背面散热片紧密贴合在一起。同时散热体其它位置均与灯具光筒壁紧密连接,使得整个LED照明灯具本身成为散热体;另一方面铜的导热率高,与光筒壁连接后使得大功率LED散热十分均匀。
所述外壳1呈圆柱状结构,外壳上设置有凹槽9,凹槽9位于外壳1外侧,对应内部的散热片3位置,所述凹槽9呈环形结构,可以设置多组凹槽9,既能保证散热,又能保证强度。
所述主控装置包括LED光源,以及基本的电路板,电池。

1.一种高聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于,包括外壳,外壳内部设置有主控装置,主控装置固定在外壳最内侧,靠近主控装置位置设置有散热片,散热片的另一端设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜采用固定板固定,所述外壳最外侧设置球面透镜,所述固定板与聚光透镜之间为光筒;所述外壳上远离主控装置一段设置有玻璃罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述高聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于,所述散热片为圆环状的铜片,铜片上设置有孔洞。
3.根据权利要求1所述高聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于,所述外壳呈圆柱状结构,外壳上设置有凹槽,凹槽位于外壳外侧,对应内部的散热片位置,所述凹槽呈环形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述高聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于,所述主控装置包括LED光源,以及基本的电路板,电池。
