When the shutter is closed, the pull strips 3 do not apply upward pulling force to each shutter 11, the shutter 11 naturally sags, and the air flow channels in the frame 1 are isolated by matching with the sealing strips 12; when the shutter needs to be opened, the pneumatic actuator 2 can enable the brace 3 to ascend, and the brace 3 can pull up all the shutters 11, so that air flow can pass through gaps between the adjacent shutters 11. The pneumatic actuator 2 is driven by adopting conventional compressed air as power and is matched with a two-position five-way reversing valve arranged on an operation platform, so that a person can control the action of the pneumatic actuator 2 at a distance, and then the opening and closing states of the shutters 11 are changed. The blind is suitable for use at high altitudes.

When the main shaft of the air cylinder 21 extends out, the first rack 22 descends to drive the first gear 24 to rotate, and the second rack 33 pulls up the brace 3 under the drive of the driving shaft 23, so that the shutter 11 can be opened; when the main shaft of the air cylinder 21 is retracted, the first rack 22 moves upwards and the first gear 24 rotates reversely, the second rack 33 stops jacking the stay 3, and the shutter 11 descends under the action of dead weight.

When the hand wheel 46 is rotated, the worm wheel 43 is driven to rotate the worm wheel shaft 42, and then the fourth gear 44 drives the third gear 26 to rotate, so that the manual actuator 4 can adjust the posture of the shutter 11 by using the mechanism on the pneumatic actuator 2, and the shutter can be adjusted in a pneumatic mode and a manual mode, so that the shutter has better universality.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the manual actuator 4 is further provided with a detacher 5, and the detacher 5 includes a shift lever 51 pivotally connected to the case 41, a shift fork 52 pivotally connected to a free end of the shift lever 51, and a stop pin 53 for driving the shift lever 51 to rotate; the worm wheel shaft 42 has a slide groove 421 extending in the axial direction, and the fourth gear 44 is slidable along the slide groove 421, and the fork 52 is used to drive the fourth gear 44 to slide in two positions of engagement and disengagement with the third gear 26. The slide groove 421 allows the radial position of the fourth gear 44 to be variable but can rotate together with the worm wheel shaft 42, and the radial position of the fourth gear 44 is regulated by the shift fork 52. When the pneumatic actuator 2 works, the manual actuator 4 can prevent the driving shaft 23 from rotating through the third gear 26, so that the fourth gear 44 and the third gear 26 can be switched to a disengaged state by the shifting fork 52 through adjusting the stop pin 53, and the manual actuator 4 can not prevent the pneumatic actuator 2 from working normally; when the pneumatic actuator 2 is not working, the shifting fork 52 enables the fourth gear 44 and the third gear 26 to be switched into the meshed state, and at the moment, the hand wheel 46 is turned to manually adjust the shutter switch.
As shown in fig. 3, the brace 3 is provided with a plurality of vertically extending waist-shaped holes 31, and the inner wall of the frame 1 is provided with protrusions 13 penetrating through the waist-shaped holes 31.
