Abstract

本发明公开一种智能窗户,包括窗框,所述窗框的顶部从左到右依次安装有电机、减速机和涡轮蜗杆机构,所述电机的输出轴与减速机的内部输入端传动连接,所述减速机的输出端与涡轮蜗杆机构的输入端传动连接,所述窗框的内部设有活动板,所述窗框的底端内部安装有轴承,所述活动板的外部表面安装有光伏发电板,通过减速机带动涡杆转动,涡杆带动涡轮转动,涡轮带动转轴转动,从而带动旋转轴转动,进而带动活动板转动,便于对光伏发电板的角度调节;通过DSP控制器控制处理跟踪太阳光的光电传感器和用于接收光光电传感器输出信号并通过电机驱动,具备光伏发电功能以及太阳光智能自动跟踪的功能,通过过滤网,可以挡住蚊子和大颗粒灰尘物。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居设备技术领域,具体为一种智能窗户。
背景技术
现代的窗户(window)的窗由窗框、玻璃和活动构件(铰链、执手、滑轮等)三部分组成。窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。活动构件主要以金属材料为主,在人手触及的地方也可能包裹以塑料等绝热材料。
随着建筑技术的发展以及人类生活水平的提高,窗的构造也日趋复杂以满足更高的热工要求。高级的建筑会采用双层甚至三层真空Low-E玻璃,双道橡胶密封条,以保证其最佳的保温隔热性能。水平天窗可以做成无框的单元,也被称为采光罩。玻璃幕墙可以被认为是一种特殊的窗,即整个建筑外墙都变成了可透光的窗,当天气变化下雨而室内无人或者没有人觉察到,导致雨滴淋湿屋内的物品;当外界异味和灰尘过多时,不能及时的关闭窗户;为此,提出一种智能窗户。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能窗户,结构简单,设计新颖合理,易于安装,实现成本低,使用效果好,便于推广使用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能窗户,包括窗框,所述窗框的顶部从左到右依次安装有电机、减速机和涡轮蜗杆机构,所述电机的输出轴与减速机的内部输入端传动连接,所述减速机的输出端与涡轮蜗杆机构的输入端传动连接,所述窗框的内部设有活动板,所述窗框的底端内部安装有轴承,所述活动板的外部表面安装有光伏发电板,所述活动板的上下两端相互对称安装有两组转轴,一组所述转轴的顶部输入端与涡轮蜗杆机构的底部输出端固定连接,另一组所述转轴的底部输出端与轴承的内圈固定连接,所述窗框的底部焊接有外壳,所述外壳的内部安装有蓄电池,所述外壳上安装有湿度传感器和气味传感器,所述光伏发电板的输出端通过导线与蓄电池的输入端电性连接。
优选的,所述光伏发电板的数量至少为二十组,且光伏发电板为等距线性分布。
优选的,所述涡轮蜗杆机构的涡轮和涡杆,所述减速机的输出端与涡杆的输入端固定连接,所述涡轮与涡杆相互啮合连接,所述涡轮的内圈与转轴的顶部输入端传动连接。
优选的,所述窗框的一端焊接有安装架,所述安装架的一端安装固定安装有过滤网。
优选的,所述窗框的底部表面焊接有DSP控制器,所述DSP控制器的正面镶嵌有LED显示屏。
优选的,所述光电传感器、蓄电池、湿度传感器和气味传感器的输出端通过导线均与DSP控制器的输入端电性连接,所述电机的输入端通过导线与DSP控制器的输出端电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过减速机带动涡杆转动,涡杆带动涡轮转动,涡轮带动转轴转动,从而带动旋转轴转动,进而带动活动板转动,便于对光伏发电板的角度调节;
2、通过DSP控制器控制处理跟踪太阳光的光电传感器和用于接收光光电传感器输出信号并通过电机驱动,具备光伏发电功能以及太阳光智能自动跟踪的功能,通过过滤网,可以挡住蚊子和大颗粒灰尘物。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:该智能窗户,包括窗框1,所述窗框1的顶部从左到右依次安装有电机3、减速机6和涡轮蜗杆机构5,所述电机3的输出轴与减速机6的内部输入端传动连接,所述减速机6的输出端与涡轮蜗杆机构5的输入端传动连接,所述窗框1的内部设有活动板2,所述窗框1的底端内部安装有轴承12,所述活动板2的外部表面安装有光伏发电板13,所述活动板2的上下两端相互对称安装有两组转轴16,一组所述转轴16的顶部输入端与涡轮蜗杆机构5的底部输出端固定连接,另一组所述转轴16的底部输出端与轴承12的内圈固定连接,所述窗框1的底部焊接有外壳7,所述外壳7的内部安装有蓄电池8,所述外壳7上安装有湿度传感器9和气味传感器10,所述光伏发电板13的输出端通过导线与蓄电池8的输入端电性连接。
具体的,所述光伏发电板13的数量至少为二十组,且光伏发电板13为等距线性分布,通过安装多组的光伏发电板13,提高光伏发电板13的采光面积,提高光电的转换效率。
具体的,所述涡轮蜗杆机构5的涡轮51和涡杆52,所述减速机6的输出端与涡杆52的输入端固定连接,所述涡轮51与涡杆52相互啮合连接,所述涡轮51的内圈与转轴16的顶部输入端传动连接,通过减速机6带动涡杆52转动,涡杆52带动涡轮51转动,涡轮51带动转轴16转动。
具体的,所述窗框1的一端焊接有安装架14,所述安装架14的一端安装固定安装有过滤网15,通过安装过滤网15,有利于遮挡蚊虫和毛屑。
具体的,所述窗框1的底部表面焊接有DSP控制器11,所述DSP控制器11的正面镶嵌有LED显示屏。
具体的,所述光电传感器4、蓄电池8、湿度传感器9和气味传感器10的输出端通过导线均与DSP控制器11的输入端电性连接,所述电机3的输入端通过导线与DSP控制器11的输出端电性连接。
工作原理:使用时,在电机3的带动下,通过减速机6带动涡杆52转动,涡杆52带动涡轮51转动,涡轮51带动转轴16转动,从而带动旋转轴16转动,进而带动活动板2转动,通过DSP控制器11控制处理跟踪太阳光的光电传感器4和用于接收光光电传感器4输出信号并通过电机3驱动,具备光伏发电功能以及太阳光智能自动跟踪的功能,通过过滤网15,可以挡住蚊子和大颗粒灰尘物,DSP控制器为现有技术,不做叙述,该智能窗户,结构简单,设计新颖合理,易于安装,实现成本低,使用效果好,便于推广使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种智能窗户,包括窗框(1),其特征在于:所述窗框(1)的顶部从左到右依次安装有电机(3)、减速机(6)和涡轮蜗杆机构(5),所述电机(3)的输出轴与减速机(6)的内部输入端传动连接,所述减速机(6)的输出端与涡轮蜗杆机构(5)的输入端传动连接,所述窗框(1)的内部设有活动板(2),所述窗框(1)的底端内部安装有轴承(12),所述活动板(2)的外部表面安装有光伏发电板(13),所述活动板(2)的上下两端相互对称安装有两组转轴(16),一组所述转轴(16)的顶部输入端与涡轮蜗杆机构(5)的底部输出端固定连接,另一组所述转轴(16)的底部输出端与轴承(12)的内圈固定连接,所述窗框(1)的底部焊接有外壳(7),所述外壳(7)的内部安装有蓄电池(8),所述外壳(7)上安装有湿度传感器(9)和气味传感器(10),所述光伏发电板(13)的输出端通过导线与蓄电池(8)的输入端电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能窗户,其特征在于:所述光伏发电板(13)的数量至少为二十组,且光伏发电板(13)为等距线性分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能窗户,其特征在于:所述涡轮蜗杆机构(5)的涡轮(51)和涡杆(52),所述减速机(6)的输出端与涡杆(52)的输入端固定连接,所述涡轮(51)与涡杆(52)相互啮合连接,所述涡轮(51)的内圈与转轴(16)的顶部输入端传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能窗户,其特征在于:所述窗框(1)的一端焊接有安装架(14),所述安装架(14)的一端安装固定安装有过滤网(15)。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种智能窗户,其特征在于:所述光电传感器(4)、蓄电池(8)、湿度传感器(9)和气味传感器(10)的输出端通过导线均与DSP控制器(11)的输入端电性连接,所述电机(3)的输入端通过导线与DSP控制器(11)的输出端电性连接。
