Abstract

本发明涉及一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,包括中空结构窗架、扇叶、转动轴、传动条、步进电机和控制系统,中空结构窗架上设有转动轴,转动轴贯穿扇叶,转动轴的底部与传动条连接,传动条与步进电机连接,步进电机与控制系统连接,控制系统包括单片机,单片机分别与雨滴检测模块、按键模块、电源模块、液晶显示模块、人体感应模块、时钟模块和驱动模块连接,驱动模块与步进电机连接。本发明通过利用光伏技术和智能控制技术的结合,不断改变光伏发电板的角度,使光伏发电板都能够保持正向面对太阳,从而提高对太阳能的利用率,同时,还可以与防盗设备进行组合联动,提升百叶窗的使用性能,因此应用前景很广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置。
背景技术
光伏发电与建筑相结合是光伏发电大规模推广应用的重要发展方向,而与建筑遮阳相结合是其主要实现形式之一,对于节约建筑能耗、改善室内环境及以可再生能源替代传统石化能源等具有重要意义。现有对建筑遮阳的研究大多从建筑学的角度来进行,一般以传统的单片遮阳板为设计对象,对以百叶窗形式为代表的现代遮阳技术的系统设计、制造较少,特别是对代表遮阳发展趋势的智能控制遮阳系统的研究更是少见,与现代建筑遮阳的发展要求有一定的差距。因此,针对目前的建筑遮阳研究状况及市场需求,本发明设计了一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,既有智能遮阳功能、又能光伏发电并且具有防盗短信报警能力,进而大大提升百叶窗的防盗和遮阳的功能。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种光伏发电技术和智能控制技术相互合,实现光伏板能够保持正向面对太阳,提高对太阳能的利用率,同时,具有高效安全防盗功能的智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,包括中空结构窗架、扇叶、转动轴、传动条、步进电机和控制系统,中空结构窗架上设有转动轴,转动轴贯穿扇叶,转动轴的底部与传动条连接,传动条与步进电机连接,步进电机与控制系统连接,控制系统包括单片机,单片机分别与雨滴检测模块、按键模块、电源模块、液晶显示模块、人体感应模块、时钟模块和驱动模块连接,驱动模块与步进电机连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,单片机与ADC0832数模转换器连接,ADC0832数模转换器与光敏电阻采集模块连接,光敏电阻采集模块有两个,并设置在窗外。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,扇叶表面设有光伏发电板,光伏发电板与锂电池连接,锂电池通过升压模块与单片机连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,人体感应模块包括红外传感器,红外传感器通过数据信号线TXD和RXD串口与单片机连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,液晶显示模块采用LCD1602液晶显示屏。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构后,通过利用光伏技术和智能控制技术的结合,利用机械装置不断改变光伏发电板的角度,使太阳光不论时间如何变化,光伏发电板都能够保持正向面对太阳,从而提高对太阳能的利用率,同时光伏发电板发出的电能可以并入国家电网,这样能够享受国家的新能源优惠政策,而且不用几年就可以收回购买装置的成本。本装置还可以与防盗设备进行组合联动,通过加入无线模块,通过手机端的APP进行远程操控,这样用户只需要动动手指就可以实现模式的切换以及百叶窗角度的调整,因此应用前景很广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1、图2所示一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,包括中空结构窗架1、扇叶2、转动轴3、传动条4、步进电机5和控制系统,中空结构窗架1上设有转动轴3,转动轴3贯穿扇叶2,转动轴3的底部与传动条4连接,传动条4与步进电机5连接,步进电机5与控制系统连接,控制系统包括单片机6,单片机6分别与雨滴检测模块7、按键模块8、电源模块9、液晶显示模块10、人体感应模块11、时钟模块12和驱动模块13连接,驱动模块13与步进电机5连接。
单片机6与ADC0832数模转换器61连接,ADC0832数模转换器61与光敏电阻采集模块62连接,光敏电阻采集模块62有两个,并设置在窗外。通过在窗外设置两个光敏电阻,比较它们接受的光照强度来确定哪个方向的光照比较强。随后通过步进电机去调节百叶窗的倾角,使得光伏发电板接收到最大的光照强度,提高发电效率。
扇叶2表面设有光伏发电板21,光伏发电板21与锂电池22连接,锂电池22通过升压模块23与单片机6连接。通过扇叶表面设置的光伏发电板,能够避免另外设置光伏,提高装置的利用率,同时,实现清洁能源的利用。
人体感应模块11包括红外传感器,红外传感器通过数据信号线TXD和RXD串口与单片机6连接。利用被动式热释电型红外传感器检测人体辐射的红外线,当检测到红外信号变化时,将其转化为微弱的电信号,经放大电路、比较电路送至门限开关,打开门限阀门送至单片机,单片机判断是否报警,如果满足报警条件,就会发出控制信号,控制GSM短信模块给用户发短信息,实现防盗报警。
液晶显示模块10采用LCD1602液晶显示屏。通过该显示模块,首页上可以显示出装置所处的模式,时钟以及光照强度。模式显示可以方便用户查看当前所处模式状态,防止模式的混乱。
本发明工作原理:本发明由光伏板与遮阳叶片组成阵列,可根据外界环境气候及一年四季太阳运行的变化而自动调整叶片角度,取得符合设计要求的遮阳效率及发电量。所有叶片均由单片机集中统一控制,同时每列叶片又可单独接受手动或遥控控制。通过无线模块把室内的温度、湿度、光照度传送至手机界面上,实时监测室内环境情况,并可以一键开启光伏百叶窗,单片机通过外接光敏电阻采集室外光强变化,也可根据雨滴传感器采集的天气情况,为叶片运行提供输入信号。叶片由步进电机驱动,通过调节运行时间来控制叶片角度。光伏阵列所产生的电能可为电机执行机构提供电力,并可组成独立供电系统为其他设备供电,条件允许时可直接并入电网,同时系统联动的智能家庭防盗装置可以检测家中是否有人未经许可进入,如果发生异常情况则通过GSM模块及时将提醒短信发送给用户,大大提升百叶窗的使用性能。

1.一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,其特征在于:包括中空结构窗架、扇叶、转动轴、传动条、步进电机和控制系统,所述中空结构窗架上设有转动轴,所述转动轴贯穿扇叶,所述转动轴的底部与传动条连接,所述传动条与步进电机连接,所述步进电机与控制系统连接,所述控制系统包括单片机,所述单片机分别与雨滴检测模块、按键模块、电源模块、液晶显示模块、人体感应模块、时钟模块和驱动模块连接,所述驱动模块与所述步进电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,其特征在于:所述单片机与ADC0832数模转换器连接,所述ADC0832数模转换器与光敏电阻采集模块连接,所述光敏电阻采集模块有两个,并设置在窗外。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,其特征在于:所述扇叶表面设有光伏发电板,所述光伏发电板与锂电池连接,所述锂电池通过升压模块与单片机连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种智能型光伏百叶窗防盗报警装置,其特征在于:所述人体感应模块包括红外传感器,所述红外传感器通过数据信号线TXD和RXD串口与单片机连接。
