However, after practical application, people find that the equipment is not effectively applicable to offshore wind power equipment because of large stress and large corrosion in seawater. Particularly, the fasteners in the leveling device cannot be conveniently operated and controlled in the seabed, and the use difficulty is high; 2. the leveling device needs to be left in the sea water after being used, and the service life is extremely short; 3. the leveling device is extremely difficult to keep in the original state after long-term stress, and has extremely poor use effect.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the leveling device and the leveling method for the single pile foundation in the offshore wind power equipment, which have the advantages of exquisite structure, good stability, simple operation, long service life, good using effect and reusability.
