本发明属于洗涤剂领域,特别涉及一种液体的洗涤剂。
背景技术
作为家庭洗涤所用的洗涤剂有洗衣粉、洗衣皂/膏、液体洗涤剂等,由于液体洗涤剂溶解性好,不产生粉尘,残留少,使用方便等许多优点,在家庭使用中的需求量不断增大。液体洗涤剂是上世纪六七十年代发展起来的,其在生产上很多都是模仿洗衣粉等粉状产品,存在稳定性不好,低温条件下浑浊,粘稠不易倾倒,易变质等缺点。随着其需求量的增大,需要对其从成分到应用性能进行发展突破才能满足市场需求。
中国专利CN102686714B公开了一种可降解的清洁组合物,包含乙氧基化2-丙基庚醇的表面活性剂组、包含甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐的螯合组分和包含具有式C6H13O(CH2CH2O)H的乙氧基化己醇的乳化剂组分;中国专利CN102892823A公开了了一种增稠氨基酸表面活性剂组合物及其方法,包括至少一种氨基酸表面活性剂和至少一种疏水改性聚合物;美国专利US5929006A公布了一种清洗剂组合物,包含一种氨基酸二羧酸N,N-二乙酸盐、一种羟基乙酸盐和一种清洁液体;
以上专利公开的都是制备一种液体清洗剂组合物,没有涉及本发明的相关组分。
液体洗涤剂除了满足对去污力、溶解性、易漂洗等性能的要求。近年来随着我国内陆淡水环境受到含磷洗涤剂带来的“过肥化”,其中生活污水带入水体中的磷占50%以上,引起了人们对洗涤剂环保影响的重视。另一方面过量合成化合物的直接排放也给环境造成白色污染。
发明内容
本发明采用了天然的谷氨酸、壳聚糖等天然原料,减少了对石油资源的依赖,另一方面较石油基的原料容易分解,组成了无磷的、去污力强、稳定性强、易漂洗的液体洗涤剂组合物。
本发明一种洗涤剂,公开的是一种用于洗手、洗衣物和餐具的液体洗涤剂。
一种洗涤剂,主要活性成分包含氨基酸N-羧酸盐、聚环氧琥珀酸、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐、LAS、氯化钠。
优选地,所述各组分的百分质量为:氨基酸N-羧酸盐1~5%、聚环氧琥珀酸1~3%、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐5~8%、LAS10~20%、氯化钠0.2~5%。
优选地,所述氨基酸N-羧酸盐选自谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、丙氨酸二乙酸三钠、天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠和甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述聚环氧琥珀酸的结构式为:

上述洗涤剂的制备方法,采用以下步骤:在混合器中加入总质量60-85%的水,在搅拌状态下加入LAS混合均匀后,加入氨基酸N-羧酸盐、聚环氧琥珀酸和水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐搅拌均匀,然后加入氯化钠,最后加入香精和剩余水搅拌均匀。
包含1~5%氨基酸N-羧酸盐、1~3%聚环氧琥珀酸、5~8%水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐、10~20%LAS、0.2~5%氯化钠。
其中氨基酸N-羧酸盐取自谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、丙氨酸二乙酸三钠、天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠、甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或多种。

实施例2
一种洗涤剂,具体的是一种用于洗手、洗衣物、洗餐具的洗涤剂,由5kg丙氨酸二乙酸三钠、1.5kg聚环氧琥珀酸、8kg水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐、15kgLAS、3kg氯化钠和67.5kg的水组成,另外还有100ppm的香精。
具体的配制方法是将51.5kg的水加入到常温混合器中,在搅拌状态加入LAS使混合均匀;加入丙氨酸二乙酸三钠和水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐搅拌均匀;然后加入的氯化钠;最后加入100ppm香精和剩余水搅拌均匀。
所用的聚环氧琥珀酸的结构式为:

所用的水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐的结构为:
其中R为-CH3,X为Cl,n为200的整数,m为12。
实施例3

具体的配制方法是将51.7kg的水加入到常温混合器中,在搅拌状态加入LAS使混合均匀;加入天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠和水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐搅拌均匀;然后加入的氯化钠;最后加入100ppm香精和剩余水搅拌均匀。
所用的聚环氧琥珀酸的结构式为:

实施例4
一种洗涤剂,具体的是一种用于洗手、洗衣物、洗餐具的洗涤剂,由1kg天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠和甘氨酸二乙酸三钠混合物、2kg聚环氧琥珀酸、5kg水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐、12kgLAS、5kg氯化钠和75kg的水组成,另外还有100ppm的香精。
具体的配制方法是将的水加入到常温混合器中,在搅拌状态加入LAS使混合均匀;加入天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠和水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐搅拌均匀;然后加入的氯化钠;最后加入100ppm香精和剩余水搅拌均匀。
所用的聚环氧琥珀酸的结构式为:

一种洗涤剂,由8kg水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐、12kgLAS、5kg氯化钠和75kg的水组成,另外还有100ppm的香精。

标准洗衣粉配制:
称取15份烷基苯磺酸钠、17份三聚磷酸钠、10份硅酸钠、3份碳酸钠、1份羧甲基纤维素钠、58份硫酸钠配制成标准洗衣粉溶液,根据含量计算标准洗衣粉干重。
效果实验
实验一去污力测试
根据标准GB/T13174-2008检测本发明实施例1~4及对比例1~6配制样品的去污力。
污布:
分别用纯水配制500ml的炭黑污液、蛋白污液和食用油污液。
用本发明实施例样品与对比例、标准洗衣粉去污值的比值表示本发明洗涤剂的去污力。
去污力结果如下表1和表2:

实验二硬水适应性测试
根据标准GB/T13174-2008检测本发明实施例1~4及对比例1~6配制样品的去污力。
污布:
分别用低硬水(纯水)和高硬水(硬度为2000ppm)配制500ml的炭黑污液、蛋白污液和食用油污液。
用本发明实施例样品与对比例、标准洗衣粉去污值的比值表示本发明洗涤剂的去污力。
不同硬度下去污力结果如下:
1、低硬水(纯水)去污力结果参见实验一;
2、高硬水(硬度为2000ppm)去污力结果见表2和表3。

实验三、稳定性测试
将本发明实施例1~4及对比例1~6配制样品的分别放置0℃、20℃和40℃,放置2月,观察外观变化见表5和表6。

Claims (4)
1.一种洗涤剂,其特征在于,主要活性成分包含氨基酸N-羧酸盐1~5%、聚环氧琥珀酸1~2%、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐5~8%、LAS 12~20%、氯化钠0.2~5%,水67.5-75%,还含有0-200ppm的香精;所述氨基酸N-羧酸盐选自谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、丙氨酸二乙酸三钠、天冬氨酸二乙酸四钠和甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的一种或多种。
4.一种权利要求1所述的洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:在混合器中加入水,在搅拌状态下加入LAS混合均匀后,加入氨基酸N-羧酸盐、聚环氧琥珀酸和水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐搅拌均匀,然后加入氯化钠,最后加入香精和剩余水搅拌均匀。
