And part of the cross-linking agent can also react with double bonds in the polymer latex, so that the cross-linking degree of the polymer latex and the cross-linking agent is further enhanced, and the tensile strength and the heat resistance of the waterproof coating are further enhanced. And part of the cross-linking agent can also react with the inorganic base material, so that the bonding performance of the waterproof coating and the construction base surface is enhanced, and the bonding stability of the waterproof coating layer and the construction base surface is ensured.

The invention also tests the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment, and the test result shows that the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches below-35 ℃, and the low-temperature flexibility performance is improved.
Example 3
The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B.
Wherein the component A comprises 40 parts by weight of anionic emulsified asphalt and 80 parts by weight of modified polymer latex; 80 parts by weight of modified polymer latex is obtained by the reaction of 60 parts by weight of polymer latex containing carboxyl and 20 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, and the reaction temperature is 20-25 ℃; the component B comprises 60 parts by weight of inorganic salt coagulant.
The anionic emulsified asphalt comprises unmodified anionic emulsified asphalt;
the modified polymer emulsion is obtained by the reaction of peroxide and acrylic latex, wherein the peroxide comprises benzoyl peroxide, and the acrylic latex comprises acrylic latex;
the component B is inorganic salt coagulant solution, the inorganic salt coagulant comprises aluminum sulfate, and the concentration of the component B is 3%.
The performance of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment of the invention is tested, and the test result shows that the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the tensile strength of more than 1.0MPa, the heat resistance of more than 140 ℃, higher tensile strength and better heat resistance.
The invention also tests the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment, and the test result shows that the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches below-25 ℃, and the low-temperature flexibility performance is improved.
Example 4
The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B.
Wherein the component A comprises 90 weight parts of anionic hard emulsified asphalt and 10.1 weight parts of modified polymer latex; 10.1 parts by weight of modified polymer latex is obtained by the reaction of 10 parts by weight of polymer latex containing carboxyl and 0.1 part by weight of cross-linking agent, and the reaction temperature is 20-25 ℃; the component B comprises 20 parts by weight of inorganic salt coagulant.
The anionic hard emulsified asphalt comprises SBS modified anionic hard emulsified asphalt with penetration degree of 30-50;
the modified polymer emulsion is obtained by the reaction of a coupling agent and rubber latex containing carboxyl, wherein the coupling agent comprises a silane coupling agent, and the rubber latex comprises carboxyl butyl rubber latex;
the component B is inorganic salt coagulant solution, the solvent is water, the inorganic salt coagulant comprises calcium chloride, aluminum sulfate and zinc sulfate, and the concentration of the component B is 15%.
The performance of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment is tested, and the test result shows that the tensile strength of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment is more than 2 times of that of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment 1, specifically more than 3.0MPa, the heat resistance of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches more than 200 ℃, and the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating has higher tensile strength and better heat resistance.
The invention also tests the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment, and the test result shows that the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches below-40 ℃, and the low-temperature flexibility performance is improved.
Example 5
The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B.
Wherein the component A comprises 90 parts by weight of anionic emulsified asphalt, 20 parts by weight of modified polymer latex and 1 part by weight of flame retardant; 20 parts by weight of modified polymer latex is obtained by reacting 18 parts by weight of polymer latex containing carboxyl and 2 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, and the reaction temperature is 20-25 ℃; the component B comprises 15 parts by weight of an inorganic salt coagulant.
The anionic emulsified asphalt comprises SBS modified anionic emulsified asphalt;
the modified polymer emulsion is obtained by the reaction of an amine cross-linking agent and rubber latex containing carboxyl, wherein the amine cross-linking agent comprises ethylenediamine, and the rubber latex containing carboxyl comprises carboxyl chloroprene rubber latex;
the component B is inorganic salt coagulant solution, the inorganic salt coagulant comprises zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate and calcium chloride, and the concentration of the component B is 15%.
The performance of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment of the invention is tested, and the test result shows that the tensile strength of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches more than 1.8MPa, the heat resistance reaches more than 180 ℃, and the tensile strength and the heat resistance are further improved.
The invention also tests the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the embodiment, and the test result shows that the low-temperature flexibility of the sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating reaches below-30 ℃, and the low-temperature flexibility performance is improved.
The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating and the preparation and construction method thereof provided by the invention are described in detail, the principle and the implementation mode of the invention are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the examples is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B; the component A comprises anionic emulsified asphalt and modified polymer latex, the modified polymer latex is obtained by reacting polymer latex containing carboxyl and a cross-linking agent capable of reacting with the carboxyl, and the component B comprises a coagulant;
wherein the anionic emulsified asphalt is anionic hard emulsified asphalt, and the penetration degree of the anionic emulsified asphalt is 30-50;
the weight portion of the anionic emulsified asphalt is 30-90, and the weight portion of the modified polymer latex is 10.1-90;
10.1-90 parts by weight of the modified polymer latex, 10-70 parts by weight of the polymer latex containing carboxyl, and 0.1-20 parts by weight of the cross-linking agent.
2. The coating according to claim 1,
the concentration of the coagulant in the component B is 3-20%;
the weight part ratio of the component A to the component B is 2:1-15: 1.
3. The paint according to claim 2, wherein the tensile strength of the spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint is more than 1.2MPa, the heat resistance is more than 140 ℃, and the low-temperature flexibility is less than minus 25 ℃.
4. The coating material according to claim 1, wherein the reaction temperature of the polymer latex containing carboxyl groups and the crosslinking agent is 20 to 25 ℃.
5. The coating of claim 1, wherein the carboxyl-containing polymer latex comprises one or more of a carboxyl-containing rubber latex and an acrylic latex.
6. The coating of claim 5, wherein the carboxyl-containing rubber latex comprises one or more of a carboxyl neoprene latex, a carboxyl styrene-butadiene rubber latex, a carboxyl nitrile rubber latex, a carboxyl butyl rubber latex, a carboxyl polyisoprene latex, a carboxyl butadiene latex, and a carboxyl ethylene-propylene-diene monomer latex;
the acrylic latex comprises one or more of acrylic latex, styrene-acrylic latex, vinyl acetate-acrylic latex and acrylate latex.
7. The coating of claim 1, wherein the crosslinker comprises one or more of a silane coupling agent, a metal oxide, sulfur, a peroxide, an amine crosslinker, an epoxy compound, and an isocyanate.
8. The coating of claim 1, wherein the a-side further comprises one or more of an aqueous adjuvant and a flame retardant.
9. The coating of claim 1, wherein the accelerator is an inorganic salt accelerator.
10. A method for preparing and constructing the spray quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing polymer latex containing carboxyl and a cross-linking agent capable of reacting with the carboxyl at the temperature of 20-25 ℃ to react to obtain modified polymer latex;
step 2: mixing the anionic emulsified asphalt and the modified polymer latex, and stirring for reaction to obtain a component A;
and step 3: during construction, the component A and the component B are sprayed out simultaneously by using construction equipment, the component A and the component B are sprayed on a construction base surface after being mixed in a crossed mode outside the construction equipment to form a continuous waterproof coating layer, and the component B comprises an accelerant.
