本发明公开了一种家用净水器复合处理工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:第一步,活性炭吸附;第二步,臭氧氧化;通过臭氧能氧化多种有机物,又能去除水中的色度和臭味;臭氧不完全氧化饮用水中的有机污染物,改变有机物的结构和形态,减少其毒性,增强在活性炭上的吸附性,以及增强其可生物降解性,促进生化效果;第三步,膜分离;第四步,软水、矿化、磁化;本发明的家用净水器复合处理工艺,采用多种净化方法进行组合净化,能够完成系统的净化过程,输出的纯净水在口感上会更甘甜,水质具有很好的软化、矿化、磁化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水方法,具体涉及一种家用净水器复合处理工艺,属于净水技术领域。
背景技术
水污染不仅加剧了水资源的短缺,水质的恶化严重威胁着人民群众的身心健康;因此,需要根据水污染特点进行净化,现有技术净化分为如下几点:去除水源水中的有机物质,目前用来去除或者降低水源水中的有机污染物的方法有:化学氧化法,主要有臭氧氧化法、双氧水氧化法、高锰酸钾氧化法、光催化氧化法及它们的联合工艺等;物理吸附法,包括颗粒活性炭吸附法(GAC)和粉末活性炭吸附法(PAC)等;生物氧化法,如生物接触氧化法、好氧生物滤池法、生物转盘、生物流化床和生物陶粒技术等;强化混凝法,如改变水的 PH 值,增加混凝剂的投加量,或合理投加新型有机及无机高分子助凝剂等,以改善混凝条件,提高对有机物的去除效果;膜过滤技术,如超滤、微滤和纳滤技术等;根据水源水质的特点和对出水的水质要求,有时需采用几种技术联合,以确保饮用水的安全;净化器其滤芯是净水器的核心部件,它通过过滤、吸附等物理方法除去水中的杂质及细菌,把自来水变成净化水,且不会产生二次污染;现有的净水机还没有很好地系统净化方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种家用净水器复合处理工艺,采用多种净化方法进行组合净化,能够完成系统的净化过程,输出的纯净水在口感上会更甘甜,水质具有很好的软化、矿化、磁化。
本发明的家用净水器复合处理工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:
第一步,活性炭吸附;在炭粒活化过程中,晶格间生成的空隙形成了各种形状和大小的细孔,形成了巨大的比表面积,使活性炭具有了强吸附性能;活性炭有效地吸附截留悬浮物、致臭物质以及较大分子的有机物;
第二步,臭氧氧化;通过臭氧能氧化多种有机物,又能去除水中的色度和臭味;臭氧不完全氧化饮用水中的有机污染物,改变有机物的结构和形态,减少其毒性,增强在活性炭上的吸附性,以及增强其可生物降解性,促进生化效果;
第三步,膜分离;其由微滤膜、超滤膜、纳滤膜和反渗透膜组成;
第四步,软水、矿化、磁化;采用工业用盐和离子交换树脂等材料,来置换水中的钙镁离子将水软化;水在软化过程中只是软化水质,而不能改善水质;接着在净化的基础上再向水中增添对人体有益的矿物元素,其一般添加麦板石来达到矿化的目的;另外利用磁场效应处理水。
进一步地,第二步和第三步之间设置有消毒工序;所述消毒工序采用紫外线、臭氧、电解法进行杀毒消菌。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的家用净水器复合处理工艺,采用多种净化方法进行组合净化,能够完成系统的净化过程,输出的纯净水在口感上会更甘甜,水质具有很好的软化、矿化、磁化。

本发明的家用净水器复合处理工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:

第二步,臭氧氧化;通过臭氧能氧化多种有机物,又能去除水中的色度和臭味;臭氧不完全氧化饮用水中的有机污染物,改变有机物的结构和形态,减少其毒性,增强在活性炭上的吸附性,以及增强其可生物降解性,促进生化效
