技术领域
本发明涉及环保聚氯乙烯材料技术领域,具体涉及一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板。
背景技术
塑胶应用非常广泛,是家电、汽车、手机、PC、医疗器械、照明电器中不可或缺的部件。随着我国经济实现了持续稳定的增长,家电、汽车、手机、PC、医疗器械等行业受益于良好的外部环境也实现了快速发展,下游行业的发展进一步拉动了对塑胶的需求。当气候变化较大时,造成木地板含水率过大或过低,木板出现干缩或湿胀,漆膜弹性跟不上木板湿胀或干缩变化,而致漆膜开裂;地板受太阳曝晒或长期风吹,木板出现干缩现象,漆膜弹性跟不上木板干缩,而致漆膜起皱开裂。木板受潮膨胀,木板吸湿后含水率增大,木板出现湿胀现象,漆膜弹性不能配合木板膨胀,而致漆膜拉裂。因此,塑胶板应用越来越广泛。
现有技术中,PVC塑胶板的应用越来越广泛,但现有技术中通常技术员用PVC塑胶再生料生产中底料时,因不知道具体材料的组成成分,知识凭感觉生产,所以生产出来的材料做成成品后,因存在回料的变动而使得产品性能存在不稳定的因素,因此,现有技术中需要使用相关的检测设备检测出各物料的成分含量后,再根据要求进行相应材料的增减从而使得产品达到统一的标准,工艺复杂、稳定性不高,影响产品质量和生产效率的提高,生产工艺也有待改进。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,所述软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板的最外层设计为软质紫外吸收膜,所述软质紫外吸收膜的内层设计为软质亚克力板层,所述软质亚克力板层的内层设计为软质聚氯乙烯层,所述软质聚氯乙烯层的内层设计为蜂窝消音层,所述蜂窝消音层的内层设计为塑料泡沫隔热层,所述塑料泡沫隔热层的内层设计为减震橡胶层,所述软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板的内部安装有加强筋。
优选的,所述软质聚氯乙烯层具体包括以下材料:PVC糊状树脂40~60份、PVC树脂粉20~30份、天然橡胶粉15~23份、轻质碳酸钙20~25份、环氧大豆油15~22份、环氧硬脂酸锌8~16份、硬脂酸镁4~8份、交联淀粉16~23份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯9~15份、紫外吸收剂4~8份和有机稳定剂3~6份。
优选的,所述有机稳定剂为有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的混合物,其中,有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的比例为2~3:1~2。
优选的,所述紫外吸收剂包括有FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3,其中,FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3的添加比例为2~3:1~2:2~4。

其中,所述有机稳定剂为有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的混合物,其中,有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的比例为2:1。
其中,所述紫外吸收剂包括有FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3,其中,FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3的添加比例为2:1:2。

其中,所述有机稳定剂为有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的混合物,其中,有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的比例为2:2。
其中,所述紫外吸收剂包括有FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3,其中,FeO、ZnCO3和FeTiO3-MgTiO3的添加比例为2:2:4。

其中,所述无机稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
在本发明中,本发明软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板利用新型环保PVC材料进行科学合理的配比,将常规环保安全的原料用在配方里,具有良好的热稳定性和加工性能,且环保无毒、成本低廉,在PVC的加工过程中塑化性好、且成本低,提高热稳定性,更加透气透湿,隔热隔音防紫外。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板的最外层设计为软质紫外吸收膜(1),所述软质紫外吸收膜(1)的内层设计为软质亚克力板层(2),所述软质亚克力板层(2)的内层设计为软质聚氯乙烯层(3),所述软质聚氯乙烯层(3)的内层设计为蜂窝消音层(4),所述蜂窝消音层(4)的内层设计为塑料泡沫隔热层(5),所述塑料泡沫隔热层(5)的内层设计为减震橡胶层(6),所述软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板的内部安装有软质加强筋(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述软质聚氯乙烯层(3)具体包括以下材料:PVC糊状树脂40~60份、PVC树脂粉20~30份、天然橡胶粉15~23份、轻质碳酸钙20~25份、环氧大豆油15~22份、环氧硬脂酸锌8~16份、硬脂酸镁4~8份、交联淀粉16~23份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯9~15份、紫外吸收剂4~8份和有机稳定剂3~6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述有机稳定剂为有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的混合物,其中,有机锌稳定剂和锑基稳定剂的比例为2~3:1~2。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂包括有FeO、ZnC03和FeTiO3-MgTiO3,其中,FeO、ZnC03和FeTiO3-MgTiO3的添加比例为2~3:1~2:2~4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述软质亚克力板层(2)具体包括以下材料:包括有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50~65份、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯30~40份、丙烯酸甲酯20~25份、天然树脂30~45份、矿山石棉纤维10~15份、N-N`-二(β-萘基)对苯二胺5~12份、白炭黑4~8份、滑石粉3~7份、γ-FeO(OH)2~5份、Cu5FeS43~6份、FeTiO3-MgTiO33~8份和无机稳定剂3~5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种软质聚氯乙烯糊状树脂板,其特征在于:所述无机稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
