Abstract

本发明提出一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具。涉及热压模具技术领域。下模与上模之间为热压腔体,热压腔体边缘的上模两侧面设有侧模,每个侧模外侧设有侧面开合机构,上模顶部设有顶部升降机构。侧模在侧面开合机构的作用下呈水平运动轨迹,侧模在位于汽车内饰件边缘截面处设有注塑孔道。上模在顶部升降机构的作用下呈上下运动轨迹。该热压注塑模具针对复合材料的汽车内饰件的材料特点和成型工艺,采用分体模具设计,将热压和注塑合为一体,即保证了成品整体的成型,同时减少了产品的生产工序,降低了产品的成本,减轻劳动强度,提高产品质量,有利推广使用。

一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具
技术领域:
本发明涉及热压模具技术领域,具体地说是一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具。
背景技术:
目前,随着人们环保意识的不断增强,汽车内饰件复合材料正向着高吸音、轻量化、高强度、环保且可回收方向发展,天然纤维作为隔热,隔音的良好材料,特别是作为聚合物材料的填充和增强材料,由于其质量轻,成本低,已经广泛应用于汽车内饰件制造行业中,汽车内饰对麻纤维复合材料的需求愈来愈大,外面两层聚合物材料中间夹着麻纤维复合材料,如图2所示的汽车内饰件,在两层聚合物材料中间填充麻纤维符合材料热压成型,热压成型的产品在开模时,边缘部位在模具没有完全冷却的情况下容易撕扯开裂,待模具彻底降温后开模又降低了生产效率。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,包括下模,下模与上模之间为热压腔体,热压腔体边缘的上模两侧面设有侧模,每个侧模外侧设有侧面开合机构,上模顶部设有顶部升降机构。
所述的侧模,侧模在侧面开合机构的作用下呈水平运动轨迹,侧模在位于汽车内饰件边缘截面处设有注塑孔道。
所述的上模,上模在顶部升降机构的作用下呈上下运动轨迹。
所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道,注塑孔道出口位于侧模和下模的密封接合面上。
所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道,注塑孔道下面的汽车内饰件腔体外侧的上模和下模内设有冷却液流道。
本发明具有如下有益效果:该热压注塑模具针对复合材料的汽车内饰件的材料特点和成型工艺,采用分体模具设计,将热压和注塑合为一体,即保证了成品整体的成型,同时减少了产品的生产工序,降低了产品的成本,减轻劳动强度,提高产品质量,有利推广使用。

由图1~结合图2所示,一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,包括下模1,下模1与上模2之间为热压腔体,热压腔体边缘的上模2两侧面设有侧模3,每个侧模3外侧设有侧面开合机构4,上模2顶部设有顶部升降机构5。
所述的侧模3,侧模3在侧面开合机构4的作用下呈水平运动轨迹,侧模3在位于汽车内饰件边缘截面处设有注塑孔道10。
所述的上模2,上模2在顶部升降机构5的作用下呈上下运动轨迹。
所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道10,注塑孔道10出口位于侧模3和下模1的密封接合面上,在热压完成后,上模2向上移动开后,侧模3向两侧移动开模,由于注塑孔道10位于侧模3和下模1的密封接合面上,侧模3移开时,注塑孔道10的边缘横向移动,将注塑孔道10内的塑料沿密封面横向切断,保证产品的边缘整齐不断裂。
所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道10,注塑孔道10下面的汽车内饰件腔体外侧的上模2和下模1内设有冷却液流道6,在热压完成后,冷却液流道6内通入冷却液,局部冷却汽车内饰件塑料封口部位9,使得塑料封口9部位迅速凝固,塑料封口9部分将聚合物面料7和麻纤维复合材料8粘合在一起,然后取出,进行下一工序。
在热压工序开始时,将预备好的两面聚合物面料7中间夹着麻纤维复合材料8的汽车内饰件铺放在下模1的内饰腔体上,上模2在顶部升降机构5的作用下向下压紧,进行热压工序,侧模3由两侧向中间运动贴紧上模2的两侧面,熔融的塑料通入侧模下部的注塑孔道10,将汽车内饰件的夹层边缘部分融合在一起,然后往冷却液流道6内通入冷却液,局部局部冷却汽车内饰件塑料封口部位9,使得塑料封口9部位迅速凝固,塑料封口9部分将聚合物面料7和麻纤维复合材料8粘合在一起,然后取出,侧模3移开,注塑孔道10的边缘横向移动,将注塑孔道10内的塑料沿密封面横向切断,取出汽车内饰件,完成热压注塑工作。
该热压注塑模具针对复合材料的汽车内饰件的材料特点和成型工艺,采用分体模具设计,将热压和注塑合为一体,即保证了成品整体的成型,同时减少了产品的生产工序,降低了产品的成本,减轻劳动强度,提高产品质量,有利推广使用。

1.一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,包括下模(1),其特征在于:下模(1)与上模(2)之间为热压腔体,热压腔体边缘的上模(2)两侧面设有侧模(3),每个侧模(3)外侧设有侧面开合机构(4),上模(2)顶部设有顶部升降机构(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的侧模(3),侧模(3)在侧面开合机构4的作用下呈水平运动轨迹,侧模(3)在位于汽车内饰件边缘截面处设有注塑孔道(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的上模(2),上模(2)在顶部升降机构(5)的作用下呈上下运动轨迹。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道(10),注塑孔道(10)出口位于侧模(3)和下模(1)的密封接合面上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于汽车内饰生产的热压注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的位于汽车内饰件边缘的注塑孔道(10),注塑孔道(10)下面的汽车内饰件腔体外侧的上模(2)和下模(1)内设有冷却液流道(6)。
