The second foot support comprises two parallel foot rods, namely a second front foot rod 21 positioned in front of the working table surface and a second rear foot rod 22 positioned behind the working table surface, wherein the lower end of the second front foot rod 21 is hinged to the lower part of the first front foot rod 11 through a pin shaft, and the lower end of the second rear foot rod 22 is hinged to the lower part of the first rear foot rod 12 through a pin shaft; meanwhile, a sliding rail 7 extending from the right end to the left end is arranged on the inner surface of the front side edge of the left tabletop 1, a pulley 8 is connected to the upper end of the second front foot rod 21, and the pulley 8 can be embedded into the sliding rail 7 and horizontally slide along the sliding rail 7; correspondingly, the inner surface of the rear side edge of the left tabletop 1 is provided with a sliding rail 7 extending from the right end to the left end, the upper end of the second rear foot rod 22 is connected with a pulley 8, and the pulley 8 can be embedded into the sliding rail 7 and horizontally slide along the sliding rail.
The third foot support comprises two parallel foot rods, namely a third front foot rod 31 positioned in front of the working table surface and a third rear foot rod 32 positioned behind the working table surface, the upper end of the third front foot rod 31 is hinged to the right half part of the first foot support 3 through a pin shaft, and the upper end of the third rear foot rod 32 is hinged to the right half part of the second foot support 4 through a pin shaft.
The fourth leg support comprises two parallel leg rods, namely a fourth front leg rod 41 positioned in front of the working table surface and a fourth rear leg rod 42 positioned behind the working table surface, wherein the lower end of the fourth front leg rod 41 is hinged to the lower part of the third front leg rod 31 through a pin shaft, and the lower end of the fourth rear leg rod 42 is hinged to the lower part of the third rear leg rod 32 through a pin shaft; meanwhile, a sliding rail 7 extending from the right end to the left end is arranged on the inner surface of the front side edge of the right tabletop 2, a pulley 8 is connected to the upper end of a fourth front foot rod 41, and the pulley 8 can be embedded into the sliding rail 7 and horizontally slide along the sliding rail 7; correspondingly, the inner surface of the rear side edge of the right tabletop 2 is provided with a sliding rail 7 extending from the right end to the left end, and the upper end of the fourth rear foot rod 42 is connected with a pulley 8, and the pulley 8 can be embedded into the sliding rail 7 and horizontally slide along the sliding rail.
A folding plate 5 is connected between the lower end of the second foot support and the lower end of the fourth foot support, the folding plate 5 is formed by hinging a left plate positioned at the left half part and a right plate positioned at the right half part, and a common hinge hinging structure is adopted for the hinging structure between the left plate and the right plate; the left side edge of the left plate is provided with a convex connecting piece, the connecting piece is provided with a through hole, a pin shaft at the lower end of the second foot bracket penetrates through the through hole, and the left plate is hinged to the lower end of the second foot bracket; the right side edge of the right plate is provided with convex connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are provided with through holes, and a pin shaft at the lower end of the fourth foot support penetrates through the through holes, so that the right plate is hinged to the lower end of the fourth foot support.
A folding supporting leg 6 is also connected below the folding plate 5, the folding supporting leg 6 is arranged in a V shape and is formed by hinging a left supporting plate positioned on the left side and a right supporting plate positioned on the right side, the upper end of the left supporting plate is hinged with a horizontal left sliding sheet 61, the upper end of the right supporting plate is hinged with a horizontal right sliding sheet 62, the lower end of the left supporting plate is hinged with the lower end of the right supporting plate, and the three hinging structures all adopt common hinge hinging structures; meanwhile, a sliding rail extending from the right end to the left end is arranged on the lower plate surface of the left plate, and the front end and the rear end of the left sliding vane 61 can be embedded in the sliding rail and slide left and right along the sliding rail; a sliding rail extending from the left end to the right end is arranged on the lower plate surface of the right plate, and the front end and the rear end of the right sliding vane 62 can be embedded in the sliding rail and slide left and right along the sliding rail; a horizontal backing plate 63 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the left support plate, and another horizontal backing plate 63 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the right support plate.
A second reinforcing rod 23 is fixedly connected between the second front foot rod 21 and the second rear foot rod 22 at the lower part of the second foot support, and the upper part of the second foot support can be fixedly connected with another reinforcing rod for improving the firmness; the middle position of the second reinforcing rod 23 is provided with a lock catch assembly 24, the lock catch assembly 24 comprises a U-shaped supporting piece, an elastic pin traversing the U-shaped supporting piece and the second reinforcing rod 23, and a section of pressure spring sleeved on the elastic pin and positioned between the second reinforcing rod 23 and the U-shaped supporting piece, one end part of the elastic pin, which is close to the pressure spring, is fixedly connected with a pull ring, the other end of the elastic pin is fixedly connected with a lock head 25, the lock head 25 is a cuboid, and the end surface of the telescopic end is an inclined surface; meanwhile, a concave caulking groove 26 is formed at the left side edge of the left tabletop 1 at a position corresponding to the latch assembly 24, and the lock head 25 can be inserted into the caulking groove 26 when the working table is in a folded state.
A fourth reinforcing rod 43 is fixedly connected between the fourth front foot bar 41 and the fourth rear foot bar 42 at the lower part of the fourth foot bracket, and another reinforcing rod can be fixedly connected at the upper part of the fourth foot bracket for improving the firmness; the middle position of the fourth reinforcing rod 43 is provided with a lock catch assembly 24, the lock catch assembly 24 comprises a U-shaped supporting piece, an elastic pin traversing the U-shaped supporting piece and the fourth reinforcing rod 43, and a section of pressure spring sleeved on the elastic pin and positioned between the fourth reinforcing rod 43 and the U-shaped supporting piece, one end part of the elastic pin, which is close to the pressure spring, is fixedly connected with a pull ring, the other end of the elastic pin is fixedly connected with a lock head 25, the lock head 25 is in a cuboid shape, and the end surface of the telescopic end is in an inclined plane; meanwhile, a concave caulking groove 26 is formed at the right side edge of the right tabletop 2 at a position corresponding to the locking component 24, and the locking head 25 can be inserted into the caulking groove 26 when the working table is in a folded state.
The lower part of the first foot support is fixedly connected with a first reinforcing rod 13 between the first front foot rod 11 and the first rear foot rod 12; a third reinforcing rod 33 is fixedly connected between the third front foot rod 31 and the third rear foot rod 32 at the lower part of the third foot support; a clamp is arranged at the middle position of the first reinforcing rod 13, the clamp comprises a fixed sleeve fixedly connected with the first reinforcing rod 13 through a loop, a pressing plate hinged with the fixed sleeve through a pin shaft, a torsion spring sleeved on the pin shaft, a jacket 9 with half connected with the pressing plate and the other half connected with the half opening of the fixed sleeve, one end of the torsion spring is propped against the pressing plate, and the other end is propped against the fixed sleeve; the third reinforcing rod 33 can be embedded in the jacket 9 for clamping, and when pressure is applied on the pressing plate, the clamp 9 can be opened to enable the third reinforcing rod 33 to be separated from the jacket 9.
A first vertical support outer tube 34 is fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the first foot rest support 3, a folding connecting rod 35 is connected between the first support outer tube 34 and the first front foot rod 11, the upper end of the folding connecting rod 35 is hinged to the lower end of the first support outer tube 34 through a pin shaft, a strip-shaped hole 36 is formed in the lower half part of the folding connecting rod 35, a pin shaft is vertically connected in the strip-shaped hole 36, and the pin shaft is vertically connected to the upper part of the first front foot rod 11; another folding connecting rod 35 is connected between the first support outer tube 34 and the third front foot bar 31, the upper end of the folding connecting rod 35 is hinged to the lower end of the first support outer tube 34 through a pin shaft, a strip-shaped hole 36 is formed in the lower half part of the folding connecting rod 35, a pin shaft is vertically connected in the strip-shaped hole 36, and the pin shaft is vertically connected to the upper part of the third front foot bar 31.
Correspondingly, a second vertical supporting outer tube 44 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the second foot rest supporting piece 4, a folding connecting rod 35 is connected between the second supporting outer tube 44 and the first rear foot rod 12, the upper end of the folding connecting rod 35 is hinged to the lower end of the second supporting outer tube 44 through a pin shaft, a strip-shaped hole 36 is formed in the lower half part of the folding connecting rod 35, a pin shaft is vertically connected in the strip-shaped hole 36, and the pin shaft is vertically connected to the upper part of the first rear foot rod 11; another folding connecting rod 35 is connected between the second support outer tube 44 and the third rear foot bar 32, the upper end of the folding connecting rod 35 is hinged to the lower end of the second support outer tube 44 through a pin shaft, the lower half part of the folding connecting rod 35 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 36, the pin shaft is vertically connected in the strip-shaped hole 36, and the pin shaft is vertically connected to the upper part of the third rear foot bar 32.
The first support outer tube 34 and the second support outer tube 44 are each provided with a hollow tube, a telescopic inner rod 45 is arranged in the first support outer tube 34 and the second support outer tube 44, and the upper ends of the two telescopic inner rods 45 are fixedly connected with the first roller 10; the upper end side wall of the first support outer tube 34 and the upper end side wall of the second support outer tube 44 are respectively provided with an adjusting hole, an adjusting and positioning piece 46 for adjusting and positioning lifting amplitude is arranged at each adjusting hole, the adjusting and positioning piece 46 adopts an eccentric wheel rotating and positioning structure, and specifically comprises a support piece fixed on the first support outer tube 34 or the second support outer tube 44 and an eccentric wheel rotating block hinged on the support piece through a pin shaft, and the inner end of the eccentric wheel rotating block can prop against an inner telescopic rod 45 positioned inside through the adjusting holes; graduation marks 47 are provided on the outer side wall of the telescopic inner rod 45 for displaying the elevation.
The second foot support, the second front foot rod 21 and the second rear foot rod 22 are hollow tubes, the inside of the second front foot rod 21 and the inside of the second rear foot rod 22 are provided with telescopic inner rods 45, the upper ends of the two telescopic inner rods 45 are connected with a horizontal slat, two ends of the horizontal slat are respectively and vertically fixed with a supporting plate, the supporting plates are provided with shaft holes, and the two supporting plates are movably connected with the second roller 20; the upper end side wall of the second front foot rod 21 and the upper end side wall of the second rear foot rod 22 are respectively provided with an adjusting hole, an adjusting and positioning piece 46 for adjusting and positioning lifting amplitude is arranged at each adjusting hole, the adjusting and positioning piece 46 adopts an eccentric wheel rotating and positioning structure, and specifically comprises a supporting piece fixed on the second front foot rod 21 or the second rear foot rod 22 and an eccentric wheel rotating block hinged on the supporting piece through a pin shaft, and the inner end of the eccentric wheel rotating block can prop against an inner telescopic rod 45 in the inner part through the adjusting holes; graduation marks 47 are provided on the outer side wall of the telescopic inner rod 45 for displaying the elevation.
The fourth leg support, the fourth front leg bar 41 and the fourth rear leg bar 42 are hollow tubes, the inside of the fourth front leg bar 41 and the inside of the fourth rear leg bar 42 are provided with telescopic inner bars 45, the upper ends of the two telescopic inner bars 45 are fixedly connected with a horizontal slat, two ends of the horizontal slat are respectively and vertically fixed with a supporting plate, the supporting plates are provided with shaft holes, and a third roller 30 is movably connected between the two supporting plates; the upper end side wall of the fourth front foot rod 41 and the upper end side wall of the second rear foot rod 42 are respectively provided with an adjusting hole, an adjusting and positioning piece 46 for adjusting and positioning lifting amplitude is arranged at each adjusting hole, the adjusting and positioning piece 46 adopts an eccentric wheel rotating and positioning structure, and specifically comprises a supporting piece fixed on the fourth front foot rod 41 or the fourth rear foot rod 42 and an eccentric wheel rotating block hinged on the supporting piece through a pin shaft, and the inner end of the eccentric wheel rotating block can prop against an inner telescopic rod 45 in the inner part through the adjusting holes; graduation marks 47 are provided on the outer side wall of the telescopic inner rod 45 for displaying the elevation.
The third foot support is provided with a wheel frame at the lower end of the third front foot bar 31 and the lower end of the third rear foot bar 32, and the wheel frame is movably connected with wheels 80.
As shown in fig. 3, after the whole workbench is completely folded, the whole workbench is in a flat square body, the left tabletop is correspondingly locked and positioned by the lock catch component at the lower part of the second leg bracket, and the right tabletop is correspondingly locked and positioned by the lock catch component at the lower part of the fourth leg bracket; further, the clamp at the lower part of the first foot support clamps and fixes the lower part of the third foot support correspondingly; when the cart is carried or transferred, the first roller is used as a lifting handle, the first roller is held by hands, and then wheels are placed on the ground, so that the cart is very convenient to push and pull.
