Abstract
The invention relates to a double-end stud dismounting tool which comprises an inner hexagonal sleeve, a double-end stud, an inner side nut, an outer sleeve and a ratchet wrench, wherein the exposed part of the double-end stud, the inner hexagonal sleeve, the inner side nut and the outer side nut are all arranged in the outer sleeve, the inner side nut and the outer side nut are in screwing interlocking on the exposed part of the double-end stud, and the outer side nut is positioned above the inner side nut. The stud disassembling tool has the following advantages: the double-end stud screwing-out device has the advantages of simple structure, capability of screwing out the double-end stud in places with dense arrangement of bolts and narrow space, simple operation method, simple tool and low cost, and can be operated by a single person.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a disassembling tool, in particular to a disassembling tool for a relatively universal double-end stud.
Background
On the shield machine, a cutter head is connected with a main drive, a large number of studs are used for connecting the main drive with a front shield, and the studs are screwed in or out by using a double-nut interlocking mode in the dismounting process. However, due to dense arrangement of bolts, the working space is limited, when the bolts are screwed in, the outer side nuts can be directly screwed by using the socket wrench, but when the bolts are disassembled and screwed out, the inner side nuts are required to be screwed out, and the socket wrench cannot be directly used.
Under the condition that the stud is relatively dead when being screwed, the screw bolt cannot be dismounted by bare hands, the screw thread can be damaged by using the pipe wrench, the double nuts cannot be interlocked when the socket wrench is directly used, and when the interlocked inner nuts are directly screwed by using the common wrench, the working environment causes that the wrench cannot be used or cannot be unfolded. So that the dismounting tool provided by the invention is available.

the middle of the inner hexagonal sleeve is provided with a hexagonal hole which is in clearance fit with the inner nut in size, the outer ring of the inner hexagonal sleeve is provided with two bosses, and the positions of the two bosses are opposite;
the top of the outer sleeve is provided with a through hole, the outer wall below the outer sleeve is provided with two openings, a boss of the inner hexagonal sleeve is inserted into the openings to transmit torque in a matched mode, and a wrench head of the ratchet wrench is inserted into the through hole to transmit torque.

Compared with the prior art, the stud disassembling tool has the following advantages: the double-end stud screwing-out device has the advantages of simple structure, capability of screwing out the double-end stud in places with dense arrangement of bolts and narrow space, simple operation method, simple tool and low cost, and can be operated by a single person.

a hexagonal hole is formed in the middle of the inner hexagonal sleeve (3), the hexagonal hole is in clearance fit with the inner side nut in size, two bosses (8) are arranged on the outer ring of the inner hexagonal sleeve (3), and the two bosses (8) are opposite in position;
the top of the outer sleeve (2) is provided with a through hole (7), the outer wall below the outer sleeve (2) is provided with two openings (6), a boss (8) of the inner hexagonal sleeve (3) is inserted into the opening (6) to be matched with the transmission torque, and the wrench head of the ratchet wrench (1) is inserted into the through hole (7) to be transmitted with the torque;
