The application discloses an elastic grinding block and a grinding tool, wherein the elastic grinding block comprises a grinding head, a plastic substrate and a spring piece, wherein the plastic substrate is adhered to the inner side and the outer side of the spring piece through injection molding and comprises an upper connecting part, a lower connecting part, an upper connecting part and transition parts, the two transition parts are arranged on the left side and the right side, the two transition parts are arc-shaped, and the upper side and the lower side of the transition part are respectively connected with the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part to form boundaries so as to form a cavity in the plastic substrate; the grinding tool is composed of a plurality of elastic grinding blocks, the lower connecting parts of the elastic grinding blocks are connected into a whole, and all spring pieces positioned at the lower connecting parts are also connected into a whole. The elastic grinding block and the grinding tool realize the characteristics of shock resistance, crack resistance, prolonged service life of the grinding block, capability of processing curved surfaces and the like by optimizing structural design. The polishing tool is used for the polishing tool field of material plate surfaces.
Description
Technical Field

In the process of processing stone materials, ceramics and other materials, special polishing and grinding equipment is required to finish leveling and polishing operations. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, the present application is an elastic grinding block comprising a grinding head 1, a plastic base and a spring plate 3, wherein the plastic base is attached to the inner and outer sides of the spring plate 3 by injection molding, i.e. the cross section of the plastic base is formed according to the cross section of the spring plate 3. The spring piece 3 is made of spring steel. The plastic matrix comprises an upper connecting part 21 for bearing the grinding head 1, a lower connecting part 23 for being connected to a clamp and a transition part 22 between the upper connecting part 21 and the lower connecting part 23, wherein the two transition parts 22 are arranged at the left side and the right side, the two transition parts 22 are arc-shaped, and the upper side and the lower side of the transition part 22 are respectively connected with the upper connecting part 21 and the lower connecting part 23 to form boundaries so as to form a cavity 24 in the plastic matrix.
The transition portion 22 of the elastic grinding block plays a role of elastic shock absorption, wherein the hollow cavity 24 fully provides a space for deformation of the transition portion 22, the spring piece 3 is increased in elastic toughness of the transition portion 22, and the transition portion 22 has very strong elastic energy to counteract larger impact force due to the combination of the two characteristics, so that the service life of the elastic grinding block is prolonged.
In a preferred embodiment, the cross-section of both transition portions 22 is U-shaped, with the concave direction of both transition portions 22 facing the cavity 24. This design is mainly that the spring plate 3 is easy to bend during manufacture.
As a preferred embodiment, the curvature of the leaf spring 3 in the transition 22 is equal to the transition 22. The peripheral upper edge of the upper connecting portion 21 bulges to form a mounting groove for accommodating the grinding head 1. The leaf spring 3 is punched out of the wing at the lower side, whereby the lower connection 23 is formed.
The grinding head 1 is arc-shaped, like a crescent, and solves the problem that the upper connecting part 21 is easy to crack by changing the shape of the grinding head 1. The grinding head 1 is a metal binding agent grinding head, so that the grinding head 1 is more wear-resistant than the traditional grinding head, and the service life of the grinding head 1 can be prolonged sufficiently. Specifically, the grinding head 1 is formed by mixing abrasive particles and matrix powder, wherein the abrasive particles mainly comprise diamond, and the matrix is made of metal, alloy powder and the like.
The cross section is taken as a reference, the spring piece 3 comprises a bracket 33, two arc pieces 31 and two wing plates 32, the two arc pieces 31 are positioned on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the bracket 33, and the two wing plates 32 are positioned on the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bracket 33 and are in axisymmetric distribution; the two arcuate pieces 31 become the transition portions 22 after injection molding, and the brackets 33 and the two wing plates 32 become the lower connecting portions 23 after injection molding. The thickness of the spring piece 3 is 0.2-0.5 mm, the arc piece 31 is U-shaped and is composed of three sections of arcs with different radians from top to bottom, the upper section of the arc is R100-R120 mm, the middle section of the arc is R8-R10 mm, and the lower section of the arc is R3-R4 mm. The opening of the arc 31 is oriented obliquely downwards and at an angle of 15-25 deg. to the horizontal, i.e. in the range of 15-25 deg. both the tangent to the upper edge and the tangent to the lower edge.
In a preferred embodiment, each of the wings 32 and brackets has holes therein for the plastic substrate to form a shaft thereat to capture the wings 32 and brackets 33.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, a plurality of elastic grinding blocks are sequentially arranged to form a grinding tool, the lower connection portions 23 of the elastic grinding blocks are integrally connected, and the brackets 33 are integrally connected. The lower connecting part 23 is a whole, but gaps are still reserved between the upper connecting parts 21 and the transition parts 22 of two adjacent elastic grinding blocks, so that a plurality of elastic grinding blocks can be independently ground, particularly when a curved surface is encountered, the transition parts 22 with high strength and high elasticity are matched, different states of deformation of different transition parts 22 can be completed by increasing impact force, and more elastic grinding blocks are next to a surface to be processed. For example, the transition portion 22 is deformed greatly in the case of a convex surface of the stone slab, and the transition portion 22 is deformed slightly in the case of a concave surface.
In this embodiment, the spring plate 3 is first manufactured, specifically referring to fig. 3: a piece is taken for stamping, the round hole and the rectangular groove in the figure 3 are stamped, and grooves are stamped on the left side and the right side of the spring piece 3; referring specifically to fig. 4, the left and right sides of the leaf spring 3 are then bent into a U-shape, naturally forming a plurality of spaced-apart arc pieces 31. A plurality of grinding heads 1 are fixed to the upper side of the spring piece 3 in advance. Injection molding is carried out to enable the plastic matrix to wrap the periphery of the spring piece 3 and each grinding head 1, and naturally, the lower side of each grinding head 1 is also attached with some plastic matrixes.
Of course, the present design is not limited to the above embodiment, and a combination of different features of the above embodiments can also achieve a good effect. An abrasive article, characterized by: the elastic grinding blocks comprise grinding heads, plastic matrixes and spring pieces, wherein the plastic matrixes are adhered to the inner side and the outer side of the spring pieces through injection molding, the plastic matrixes comprise an upper connecting part for bearing the grinding heads, a lower connecting part for being connected to a clamp and a transition part between the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part, the two transition parts are two in total on the left side and the right side, the two transition parts are arc-shaped, the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part are respectively connected on the upper side and the lower side of the transition part to form boundaries, so that a cavity is formed in the plastic matrixes, the lower connecting parts of the elastic grinding blocks are connected into a whole, gaps are formed between the upper connecting parts and the transition parts of the adjacent two elastic grinding blocks, each spring piece comprises a bracket, two arc pieces and two wing plates, the two arc pieces are positioned on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the bracket, the two arc pieces are positioned on the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bracket, the two arc pieces become transition parts after injection molding, the bracket and the two wing plates become lower connecting parts after injection molding, the two arc pieces are U-shaped and the arc shapes are formed by the arc shapes which are formed by the three sections from top to bottom, and the arc shapes are also integrally connected from top to bottom.
