本发明公开了一种病房用全方位杀菌装置,包括杀菌装置本体,所述杀菌装置本体包括空气消毒室和紫外线消毒室,所述杀菌装置本体的顶部设置进风管,所述进风管的一端贯穿杀菌装置本体并延伸至空气消毒室且与抽气泵连接,所述抽气泵通过通气管与空气净化装置连接,所述空气净化装置包括不锈钢除尘过滤片、电子玻璃、超高性能HEPA空气过滤网、风机、负离子发生器和电子镇流器,所述不锈钢除尘过滤片和超高性能HEPA空气过滤网之间设置电子玻璃,超高性能HEPA空气过滤网的一侧设置风机,所述空气净化装置的内腔顶部设置负离子发生器。该病房用全方位杀菌装置,通过设置电机,电机通过转盘能够使紫外线杀菌灯三百六十度旋转,实现全面杀菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种病房用全方位杀菌装置。
背景技术
在病房内,最重要的就是杀菌消毒,但是大部分病房内的消毒方式是喷洒消毒水,这种方式存在很多弊端,而且操作起来十分麻烦,在紫外线消毒中,紫外线杀菌消毒是利用适当波长的紫外线能够破坏微生物机体细胞中的脱氧核糖核酸或核糖核酸的分子结构,造成生长性细胞死亡和再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果,传统的医用紫外线消毒器多是采用固定式手动开启运行的单一模式,一般情况下操作人员在没有任何防护措施下需要手动开启,存在着易使操作人员受到紫外线的危害,特别是对操作人员的眼睛损伤较大的缺陷,而且传统的医用具紫外线消毒器多是采用固定位置单一方向照射的方式进行杀菌消毒,存在着照射面不全的缺陷,达不到对医用紫外线的全方位杀菌消毒功能,给室内的杀菌消毒带来诸多不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种病房用全方位杀菌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种病房用全方位杀菌装置,包括杀菌装置本体,所述杀菌装置本体包括空气消毒室和紫外线消毒室,所述杀菌装置本体的顶部设置进风管,所述进风管的一端贯穿杀菌装置本体并延伸至空气消毒室且与抽气泵连接,所述抽气泵通过通气管与空气净化装置连接,所述空气净化装置包括不锈钢除尘过滤片、电子玻璃、超高性能HEPA空气过滤网、风机、负离子发生器和电子镇流器,所述不锈钢除尘过滤片和超高性能HEPA空气过滤网之间设置电子玻璃,超高性能HEPA空气过滤网的一侧设置风机,所述空气净化装置的内腔顶部设置负离子发生器,所述空气净化装置的内腔底部设置电子镇流器,所述空气净化装置的一侧设置出风管,且所述出风管贯穿空气消毒室并延伸至杀菌装置本体的外部,所述杀菌装置本体的底部设置电机,所述电机通过传动轴与转盘连接,所述转盘的表面设置支撑杆,所述支撑杆的顶部设置U型架,所述U型架通过螺栓与紫外线杀菌灯固定连接。
优选的,所述电子玻璃的表面设置杀菌灯,每片电子玻璃的两面均涂有光催化剂涂层。
优选的,所述杀菌装置本体的底部设置万向轮,所述万向轮与驱动装置连接,所述杀菌装置本体的内部分别设置光栅传感器和微型处理器,所述光栅传感器和驱动装置均与微型处理器电连接。
优选的,所述杀菌装置本体的顶部设置提手。
优选的,所述紫外线消毒室的外壳为透明结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该病房用全方位杀菌装置, 通过设置电机,电机通过转盘能够使紫外线杀菌灯三百六十度旋转,实现全面杀菌,通过设置负离子发生器,负离子发生器产生大量的负离子,带负电荷的负离子与漂浮在空气中带正电荷的烟雾粉尘进行电极中和,使其自然沉积,减少人体呼吸系统对微粒尘埃的吸入,净化了空气,通过设置光栅传感器和万向轮,能够避免杀菌装置本体撞到异物。

1.一种病房用全方位杀菌装置,其特征在于:包括杀菌装置本体,杀菌装置本体包括空气消毒室和紫外线消毒室,紫外线消毒室的外壳为透明结构,杀菌装置本体的顶部设置进风管,进风管的一端贯穿杀菌装置本体并延伸至空气消毒室且与抽气泵连接,抽气泵通过通气管与空气净化装置连接,空气净化装置包括不锈钢除尘过滤片、电子玻璃、超高性能HEPA空气过滤网、风机、负离子发生器和电子镇流器,不锈钢除尘过滤片和超高性能HEPA空气过滤网之间设置电子玻璃,电子玻璃的表面设置杀菌灯,每片电子玻璃的两面均涂有光催化剂涂层,超高性能HEPA空气过滤网的一侧设置风机,空气净化装置的内腔顶部设置负离子发生器,通过设置负离子发生器,负离子发生器产生大量的负离子,带负电荷的负离子与漂浮在空气中带正电荷的烟雾粉尘进行电极中和,使其自然沉积,减少人体呼吸系统对微粒尘埃的吸入,净化了空气,空气净化装置的内腔底部设置电子镇流器,空气净化装置的一侧设置出风管,且出风管贯穿空气消毒室并延伸至杀菌装置本体的外部,杀菌装置本体的底部设置电机,通过设置电机,电机通过转盘能够使紫外线杀菌灯三百六十度旋转,实现全面杀菌,电机通过传动轴与转盘连接,转盘的表面设置支撑杆,支撑杆的顶部设置U型架,U型架通过螺栓与紫外线杀菌灯固定连接,杀菌装置本体的底部设置万向轮,万向轮与驱动装置连接,杀菌装置本体的内部分别设置光栅传感器和微型处理器,通过设置光栅传感器和万向轮,能够避免杀菌装置本体撞到异物,光栅传感器和驱动装置均与微型处理器电连接,杀菌装置本体的顶部设置提手。
