本发明公开了一种防过敏过滤装置,包括外箱体,所述外箱体底部设置有移动轮,所述外箱体侧面设置有内置凹槽,所述内置凹槽内设置有触摸控制屏,所述触摸控制屏上方设置有指示灯,所述触摸控制屏旁边设置有语音播报器,所述触摸控制屏下方设置有调节旋钮,所述触摸控制屏后方设置有微处理器,所述外箱体顶部设置有进气管,所述进气管下方设置有初步过滤器,所述初步过滤器下方连接有气泵,所述气泵通过软管连接有精滤器,所述精滤器连接有出风罩,所述出风罩下方通过固定架安装在所述外箱体底部。有益效果在于:可以将外部的空气经过过滤、杀菌、除臭、加湿后释放到空气中,并增加空气中负氧离子的含量,使得病人吸入的空气更加纯净和健康。

一种防过敏过滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种防过敏过滤装置。
背景技术
在很多医院,为了增加医院的美观程度,同时方便病人散步休息,在医院内修建有很多绿化设施,有的甚至修建有专门散步的公园。很多植物到一定的季节会开花,开花后产生的花粉随着空气流动四处飘飞,有些病人对植物花粉过敏,皮肤或者吸入花粉后会产生过敏反应,但是为了通风透气有不能不开门窗,因此需要一种防过敏过滤装置,将外部的空气过滤后释放到病房内供人吸收。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种防过敏过滤装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种防过敏过滤装置,包括外箱体,所述外箱体底部设置有移动轮,所述外箱体侧面设置有内置凹槽,所述内置凹槽内设置有触摸控制屏,所述触摸控制屏上方设置有指示灯,所述触摸控制屏旁边设置有语音播报器,所述触摸控制屏下方设置有调节旋钮,所述触摸控制屏后方设置有微处理器,所述外箱体顶部设置有进气管,所述进气管下方设置有初步过滤器,所述初步过滤器下方连接有气泵,所述气泵通过软管连接有精滤器,所述精滤器连接有出风罩,所述出风罩下方通过固定架安装在所述外箱体底部,所述外箱体其中一侧下方设置有储水箱,所述储水箱内设置有水位监测器。
本实施例中,所述外箱体两侧设置有向内凹陷的把手,所述把手下方设置有百叶透气窗,所述百叶透气窗内侧面两端设置有驱动电机。
本实施例中,所述进气管与所述初步过滤器电连接,所述初步过滤器为孔径为1mm-3mm的不锈钢金属网。
本实施例中,所述气泵与所述精滤器之间的管道上设置有风速控制器,所述风速控制器为电磁阀门。
本实施例中,所述精滤器下端侧面设置有进风管,所述精滤器顶部设置有出风管,所述进风管内侧面设置有负离子发生器,所述精滤器内底部和顶部设置有紫外线消毒灯,所述紫外线消毒灯旁边设置有雾化器,所述精滤器内部由上往下依次设置有光触媒网、活性炭网、高效HEPA过滤网和花粉过滤网。
本实施例中,所述出风管焊接在所述精滤器顶部,所述出风管通过软管与所述出风罩相连接,所述出风罩为喇叭形结构。
本实施例中,所述出风罩正对所述百叶透气窗。
本实施例中,所述雾化器通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器内部,所述雾化器与所述储水箱通过软管相连接。
本实施例中,所述花粉过滤网通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器内底部,所述花粉过滤网的孔径不大于0.1mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:可以将外部的空气经过过滤、杀菌、除臭、加湿后释放到空气中,并增加空气中负氧离子的含量,使得病人吸入的空气更加纯净和健康。

如图1-图4所示,一种防过敏过滤装置,包括所述外箱体2,所述外箱体2底部设置有所述移动轮1,所述外箱体2侧面设置有所述内置凹槽8,所述内置凹槽8内设置有所述触摸控制屏5,所述触摸控制屏5上方设置有所述指示灯6,所述触摸控制屏5旁边设置有所述语音播报器,所述触摸控制屏5下方设置有所述调节旋钮3,所述触摸控制屏5后方设置有所述微处理器17,所述外箱体2顶部设置有所述进气管4,所述进气管4下方设置有所述初步过滤器16,所述初步过滤器16下方连接有所述气泵12,所述气泵12通过软管连接有所述精滤器20,所述精滤器20连接有所述出风罩18,所述出风罩18下方通过所述固定架13安装在所述外箱体2底部,所述外箱体2其中一侧下方设置有所述储水箱9,所述储水箱9内设置有所述水位监测器10。
本实施例中,所述外箱体2两侧设置有向内凹陷的所述把手15,所述把手15下方设置有所述百叶透气窗11,所述百叶透气窗11内侧面两端设置有所述驱动电机14。
本实施例中,所述进气管4与所述初步过滤器16电连接,所述初步过滤器16为孔径为1mm-3mm的不锈钢金属网。
本实施例中,所述气泵12与所述精滤器20之间的管道上设置有所述风速控制器,所述风速控制器为电磁阀门。
本实施例中,所述精滤器20下端侧面设置有所述进风管29,所述精滤器20顶部设置有所述出风管19,所述进风管29内侧面设置有所述负离子发生器24,所述精滤器20内底部和顶部设置有所述紫外线消毒灯23,所述紫外线消毒灯23旁边设置有所述雾化器22,所述精滤器20内部由上往下依次设置有所述光触媒网28、所述活性炭网27、所述高效HEPA过滤网26和所述花粉过滤网25。
本实施例中,所述出风管19焊接在所述精滤器20顶部,所述出风管19通过软管与所述出风罩18相连接,所述出风罩18为喇叭形结构。
本实施例中,所述出风罩18正对所述百叶透气窗11。
本实施例中,所述雾化器22通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器20内部,所述雾化器22与所述储水箱9通过软管相连接。
本实施例中,所述花粉过滤网25通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器20内底部,所述花粉过滤网25的孔径不大于0.1mm。
本发明的具体工作原理为,连接好电源打开电源开关后,通过所述调节旋钮3控制出风速度和出风量的大小,通过所述触摸控制屏5进行参数的设定并发出指令,所述微处理器17控制所述驱动电机14启动使得所述百叶透气窗11打开,所述气泵12启动将外部空气抽入设备内部,外部空气从所述初步过滤器16内通过时将空气中的大颗粒灰尘和柳絮等物质过滤下来,然后进入所述精滤器20内,所述紫外线消毒灯23产生紫外线光对空气进行杀菌,减少空气中病菌的残留,所述负离子发生器24产生负氧离子或负氢离子使得空气变得更加健康,空气由所述精滤器20的底部逐渐向上移动,所述花粉过滤网25将空气中微小颗粒(直径1微米-100微米)如花粉、灰尘等过滤下来,所述高效HEPA过滤网26将空气中的更加微小的颗粒(直径小于1微米)进行过滤,所述活性炭网27出去空气中的异味,所述光触媒网28同样对空气进行杀菌和除臭,过滤后的空气从所述出风管19到达所述出风罩18,然后从所述百叶透气窗11处释放到外部室内供病人呼吸。

1.一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:包括外箱体,所述外箱体底部设置有移动轮,所述外箱体侧面设置有内置凹槽,所述内置凹槽内设置有触摸控制屏,所述触摸控制屏上方设置有指示灯,所述触摸控制屏旁边设置有语音播报器,所述触摸控制屏下方设置有调节旋钮,所述触摸控制屏后方设置有微处理器,所述外箱体顶部设置有进气管,所述进气管下方设置有初步过滤器,所述初步过滤器下方连接有气泵,所述气泵通过软管连接有精滤器,所述精滤器连接有出风罩,所述出风罩下方通过固定架安装在所述外箱体底部,所述外箱体其中一侧下方设置有储水箱,所述储水箱内设置有水位监测器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述外箱体两侧设置有向内凹陷的把手,所述把手下方设置有百叶透气窗,所述百叶透气窗内侧面两端设置有驱动电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述进气管与所述初步过滤器电连接,所述初步过滤器为孔径为1mm-3mm的不锈钢金属网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述气泵与所述精滤器之间的管道上设置有风速控制器,所述风速控制器为电磁阀门。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述精滤器下端侧面设置有进风管,所述精滤器顶部设置有出风管,所述进风管内侧面设置有负离子发生器,所述精滤器内底部和顶部设置有紫外线消毒灯,所述紫外线消毒灯旁边设置有雾化器,所述精滤器内部由上往下依次设置有光触媒网、活性炭网、高效HEPA过滤网和花粉过滤网。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述出风管焊接在所述精滤器顶部,所述出风管通过软管与所述出风罩相连接,所述出风罩为喇叭形结构。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述出风罩正对所述百叶透气窗。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述雾化器通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器内部,所述雾化器与所述储水箱通过软管相连接。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种防过敏过滤装置,其特征在于:所述花粉过滤网通过螺钉固定在所述精滤器内底部,所述花粉过滤网的孔径不大于0.1mm。
