A lower limb passive exercise rehabilitation chair for surgery is characterized by comprising a chair (1), wherein the chair (1) is provided with a seat plate (2), the front end of the seat plate (2) is rotatably connected with a pedal seat (3), and the pedal seat (3) comprises a horizontal plate (4) and a vertical plate (5); a containing cavity (6) is formed in the top surface of the horizontal plate (4) in a downward extending mode, a swing motor (7) is arranged on the inner lower portion of the containing cavity (6), a connecting rod (8), a shifting fork (9) and a first conical gear (10) are sequentially arranged on an output shaft of the swing motor (7) in the outward direction of the output shaft, and a half gear (11) is hinged to the free end of the connecting rod (8); the upper part in the accommodating cavity (6) is rotatably connected with a pedal plate (12); the top surface of the pedal plate (12) is provided with two foot placing grooves (13), the bottom surface of each foot placing groove (13) is provided with a plurality of first holes (14), and massage columns (15) are arranged in the first holes (14); a cavity (16) is arranged in the pedal plate (12), and a jacking device which can jack up and put down the massage column (15) is arranged in the cavity (16); the jacking device is fixedly connected with a rack (17), and the rack (17) is meshed with the half gear (11); a rotatable lead screw (18) is arranged behind the vertical plate (5), and the upper end and the lower end of the lead screw (18) are connected with the pedal seat (3) through rolling bearings; the lower part of the screw rod (18) is fixedly connected with a second conical gear (19), and the second conical gear (19) is meshed with the first conical gear (10); the lead screw (18) is rotatably connected with a square nut (20); a guide block (21) is arranged below the front end of the seat plate (2), and the guide block (21) is abutted with the square nut (20); the half gear (11) is provided with a second rotating shaft (29), the second rotating shaft (29) is connected to the pedal plate (12) through a rolling bearing, the half gear (11) extends outwards to form a first rod (30), and the first rod (30) is hinged to the free end of the connecting rod (8) through a joint bearing;
one end of the square nut (20) is provided with a chamfer with an involute profile, the guide block (21) is provided with an inclined plane, the inclined plane is downwards provided with a blind groove (38), and the chamfer with the involute profile of the square nut (20) is abutted against the blind groove (38).

The surgical lower limb passive exercise rehabilitation chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the massage column (15) is connected with a round nut (31) through threads, a stop groove (32) which is concentric with the first hole (14) and has a larger radius than the round nut (31) is arranged at the lower section of the first hole (14), the stop groove (32) penetrates through the top surface of the cavity (16), and the round nut (31) is positioned in the stop groove (32).

The surgical lower limb passive exercise rehabilitation chair as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upper end of the massage column (15) is provided with a spherical chamfer; the lower end of the massage column (15) is provided with a blind hole (33), and a compression spring (34) and a guide column (35) are sequentially arranged in the blind hole (33) along the axial direction downwards; the upper end of the guide post (35) is connected with a bolt (36) through threads, and the top surface of the bolt (36) is abutted against the bottom surface of the compression spring (34); the lower end of the guide post (35) is rotatably connected with a guide wheel (37), and the guide wheel (37) is abutted with the sink groove (25).
