Abstract

一种吸尘器的减噪装置，在声音减弱装置壳体的上端和下端分别固定连接环形挡板，挡板置于声音减弱装置壳体的内部，在挡板上设有出声孔，在声音减弱装置壳体的内壁固定声音折射板，声音折射板固定在上下两个环形挡板之间。本发明延长了声音的传播路径，大大损耗了声音的能量，结构简单、降噪效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器领域，具体是吸尘器的减噪装置。
背景技术
在吸尘器领域中降噪一向是该领域研究的核心部分，简单的说就是如何快速有效地降低噪音；现有的吸尘器的噪音大，尤其在安静的环境下打扫卫生，噪音格外的明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用延长声音传播路径达到减弱声音能量的吸尘器的减噪装置。
本发明主要包括声音减弱装置壳体、环形挡板、出声孔和声音折射板。
其中，声音减弱装置壳体为上下开口的圆柱形壳体，在声音减弱装置壳体的上端和下端分别固定连接环形挡板，挡板置于声音减弱装置壳体的内部。在挡板上设有若干出声孔，在声音减弱装置壳体的内壁固定若干声音折射板，声音折射板为中空的弧形板，各声音折射板之间的距离相等。声音折射板固定在上下两个环形挡板之间。
本发明在使用时，气流通过电机后，携带着声音通过声音折射板，声音在声音折射板的阻碍下多次反射，再从出声口释放出来。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：延长了声音的传播路径，大大损耗了声音的能量。结构简单、降噪效果明显。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2和图3所示的本发明的示意简图中，声音减弱装置壳体1为上下开口的圆柱形壳体，在声音减弱装置壳体的上端和下端分别固定连接环形挡板2，挡板置于声音减弱装置壳体的内部。在挡板上设有若干出声孔3，在声音减弱装置壳体的内壁固定若干声音折射板4，声音折射板为中空的弧形板，各声音折射板之间的距离相等。声音折射板固定在上下两个环形挡板之间。

1.一种吸尘器的减噪装置，主要包括声音减弱装置壳体、环形挡板、出声孔和声音折射板，其特征在于：在声音减弱装置壳体的上端和下端分别固定连接环形挡板，挡板置于声音减弱装置壳体的内部，在挡板上设有出声孔，在声音减弱装置壳体的内壁固定声音折射板，声音折射板固定在上下两个环形挡板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸尘器的减噪装置，其特征在于：声音减弱装置壳体为上下开口的圆柱形壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸尘器的减噪装置，其特征在于：声音折射板为中空的弧形板，各声音折射板之间的距离相等。
