Abstract
The invention provides a test wire plug protective sleeve which comprises a sleeve body, wherein an accommodating cavity for accommodating a test wire plug and a limiting part for limiting the test wire plug are arranged in the sleeve body; the limiting part extends towards the accommodating cavity to limit the test wire plug to move along the extending direction of the sleeve body when the test wire plug is inserted into the accommodating cavity. Therefore, when the protection tester is used, the test line plug is inserted into the accommodating cavity of the sleeve body and penetrates out to be connected with the test equipment in a plugging manner, the sleeve body can provide an effective stress point for the test line plug, the phenomenon of wire breakage caused by plugging and pulling the test line plug for many times is avoided, and the problem that the test line plug is easily broken when the protection tester is used in the prior art is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power electronic equipment, in particular to a test wire plug protective sleeve.
Background
When the protection tester is used, the test tester needs to be connected with the terminal strip of the verified equipment or the test equipment one by using a DDC special test line. Many tasks require multiple test wire insertions and removals, such as testing the direct resistance, and multiple commutation tests.
However, because the interval distance is nearer between each terminal row of check-up equipment, the plug department of test wire lacks a stress point when plug test wire, can't directly grip the plug of test wire with the hand, can only carry out the plug through the line body of dragging the test wire, easily causes the test wire broken string, and then leads to measuring error or electric leakage even.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a test wire plug protective sleeve which comprises a sleeve body, wherein an accommodating cavity for accommodating a test wire plug and a limiting part for limiting the test wire plug are arranged in the sleeve body; the limiting part extends towards the accommodating cavity to limit the test wire plug to move along the extending direction of the sleeve body when the test wire plug is inserted into the accommodating cavity.
Furthermore, the sleeve body is of a cylindrical structure and is provided with a first port for the penetration of the test wire plug and a second port for the penetration of the test wire plug; the accommodating cavity is a cylindrical cavity between the first port and the second port.
Further, the cross-sectional area of the first port is greater than the cross-sectional area of the second port.

Thereby when the protection tester uses, insert holding chamber 11 of the cover body 10 and wear out the back through with test wire plug 30 and carry out plug connection with test wire plug 30 and test equipment again, cover body 10 can provide effectual stress point for test wire plug 30, avoids a lot of plug test wire plug 30 to cause the broken string phenomenon, has solved the problem that the protection tester among the prior art leads to test wire plug 30 broken string easily many times plug test wire plug 30 in the use.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sheath 10 includes: the sleeve body 10 is of a cylindrical structure, one end of the first section body 13 is provided with a first port, one end of the second section body 14 is provided with a second port, the other end of the first section body 13 is connected with the other end of the second section body 14 to form a cylindrical structure, and the accommodating cavity 11 is a cylindrical cavity between the first port and the second port; wherein, the limiting part 12 is located at the connecting transition of the first segment 13 and the second segment 14. The first port is used for the test wire plug 30 to penetrate in, and the second port is used for the test wire plug 30 to penetrate out. The cross-sectional area of the first port is larger than that of the second port, and from the first port to the second port, the cross-sectional area of the accommodating cavity in the first segment body 13 is gradually reduced to form the limiting part 12. Because the head end of the test wire plug 30 is less, and the rear end is greater, when specifically using, the head end of the test wire plug 30 is inserted by the first port of the cover body 10 and is worn out by the second port, after the head of the test wire plug 30 stretches out a certain distance, the greater part of the rear end of the test wire plug 30 is clamped on the limiting part 12 of the cover body 10, at this moment, the test wire plug 30 can be inserted into the test equipment through the handheld cover body 10, the test wire plug 30 is pulled out by the test equipment through the handheld cover body 10 after the use is finished, in the process of plugging and pulling the test wire plug 30, the cover body 10 can uniformly apply force to the test wire plug 30, and the test wire plug 30 is prevented from being broken due to frequent plugging and pulling.
The contact pin of the front portion of test line plug 30 is rod body structure, the handle body at rear portion is bar structure, in order to match with the appearance structure of test line plug 30, and further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the cross-section of first port is the bar, and the cross-section of second port is circular, thereby make test line plug 30 wholly insert behind the chamber that holds of the cover body 10, with the inseparable laminating of inner wall that holds the chamber, thereby reach the effect of even application of force, effectively protect test line plug 30.
In order to facilitate the application of force to the test wire plug 30 through the sheath body 10 when inserting and extracting the test wire plug 30, further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the test wire plug sheath further includes: the two stress bulges 20 are oppositely arranged on the sleeve body 10 along the radial direction of the sleeve body 10, when the test wire plug 30 is plugged, the two stress bulges 20 are tightly held to push the sleeve body 10 inwards or pull the sleeve body 10 outwards, so that the force can be uniformly applied to the test wire plug 30, and the plugging and unplugging of the test wire plug 30 are realized.
In order to enhance the insulation effect, prevent electric shock, and enhance the friction force between the sleeve body 10 and the test wire plug 30, so as to facilitate the application of force when inserting and pulling the test wire plug 30, further, the test wire plug protective sleeve is made of soft insulation material, preferably, the test wire plug protective sleeve is made of PVC material.

the sleeve body (10) is of a cylindrical structure, and the sleeve body (10) is provided with a first port for the test line plug (30) to penetrate in and a second port for the test line plug (30) to penetrate out, so that the head end of the test line plug (30) is inserted into the first port of the sleeve body (10) and penetrates out of the second port;
wherein the accommodating cavity (11) is a cylindrical cavity between the first port and the second port;
the cross-sectional area of the first port is greater than the cross-sectional area of the second port.
