Abstract
The invention relates to a distance checking fixture and a distance checking method for a wind ring and a bracket of a radiator, wherein the distance checking fixture comprises a base, and a left fixed column and a right fixed column which are symmetrically arranged on the base; the left fixing column is sequentially and slidably connected with a left support supporting plate, a movable bottom plate, a left supporting plate and a left baffle plate from bottom to top, and the right fixing column is sequentially and slidably connected with a right support supporting plate, a right supporting plate and a right baffle plate from bottom to top; the left support supporting plate, the movable bottom plate, the left supporting plate, the left baffle plate, the right support supporting plate, the right supporting plate and the right baffle plate are respectively provided with a fixing device used for being fixed on the left fixing column or the right fixing column; and the left baffle plate and the right baffle plate are provided with scales. The invention has simple structure, convenient operation and high measurement accuracy, and provides the heat dissipation effect of the radiator.

(4) Placing a radiator on the distance inspection tool, wherein a left bracket and a right bracket of the radiator are respectively fixed on a support of a left bracket supporting plate and a right bracket supporting plate, the left side of the left bracket is aligned with a positioning stop block, and the upper part (the positions of a left side plate and a right side plate) of the radiator is clamped into openings of the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate;
(5) Placing the scales on the left baffle plate and the right baffle plate and aligning the scales with the limiting blocks;
(6) And measuring the gap between the wind ring and the scale by using a caliper, namely measuring the distance after the conversion reference, wherein the measuring distance after the conversion reference is 1.5+/-3 mm.
