Abstract
The present invention relates to an assembly auxiliary fixture, and more particularly, to an assembly auxiliary fixture with precise positioning. The assembly auxiliary fixture of the invention is used for assisting the assembly of a clamping structure, and comprises: a support body having a through hole thereon; the positioning shaft is a cylindrical body and penetrates through the through hole of the supporting body, a first step surface and a second step surface are arranged on the positioning shaft, the first step surface is located at the end of the positioning shaft, the second step surface is located between the two end portions of the positioning shaft, the diameters of the cross sections where the first step surface and the second step surface are located are larger than the diameter of the through hole, and the first step surface and the second step surface are located on the same side of the supporting body. The auxiliary assembly jig provides a positioning reference, and due to the use of the positioning shaft, the concentricity of the left clamping module and the right clamping module is ensured, the positioning is accurate, the clamping structure is assembled in place at one time, and the working efficiency is improved.

When products (such as aluminum magnesium pieces) are ground, clamping structures are required to clamp and then positioning the grinding. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a clamping structure is shown, the clamping structure includes a left clamping module 10 and a right clamping module 20, the left clamping module 10 has a left pushing cylinder 11, a left buffer 12, a left clamping plate 13 and a left copying clamping block 14, the left clamping plate 13 is connected to the left pushing cylinder 11, and the left copying clamping block 14 is disposed on the left clamping plate 13; the right clamping module 20 is provided with a right pushing cylinder 21, a right buffer 22, a right clamping plate 23, a right copying clamping block 24 and a motor 25, the right clamping plate 23 is connected with the right pushing cylinder 21, the right copying clamping block 24 is arranged on the right clamping plate 23, and the motor 25 is connected with the right copying clamping block 24. The left profiling clamping block 14 and the right profiling clamping block 24 clamp the product by pushing through the left pushing cylinder 11 and the right pushing cylinder 21, the grinding device grinds the product, and then the motor 25 rotates to drive the product to rotate, so that the grinding device grinds the other side of the product.
However, when assembling the clamping structure, in the prior art, a worker usually positions the left clamping module 10 and the right clamping module 20 on the bottom plate 30 by feel for assembly, and does not have a datum point for positioning and assembly, and after assembly, the worker may find that the assembly position of the clamping structure is not appropriate, for example, the clamping distance is not appropriate, the clamping distance is not concentric, or the height is not appropriate, and the like, so that the product cannot be clamped, or the product can be scratched, and the like.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop an assembly auxiliary fixture to solve the above problems.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly auxiliary fixture, which can provide a positioning reference to assemble a clamping structure to a position at one time.
In order to achieve the above object, the assembly auxiliary fixture of the present invention is used for assisting the assembly of a clamping structure, the clamping structure has a left clamping module and a right clamping module, the left clamping module and the right clamping module respectively have a left push cylinder and a right push cylinder to cooperate to clamp a product, and the assembly auxiliary fixture includes:

Optionally, the bottom of the support body is fixedly connected with a positioning plate, the positioning plate is provided with a screw hole, and the assembling auxiliary jig is locked on a bottom plate needing to be provided with a clamping structure through a matching screw.
Optionally, the top of the body is fixedly connected with a top plate, the top plate is cuboid, and at least two grooves are formed in the length direction of the top plate.
Optionally, a distance between the first step surface and the second step surface is less than or equal to a maximum stroke of a left pushing cylinder in the clamping structure.
Compared with the prior art, the assembly auxiliary jig has the advantages that the first step surface and the second step surface are arranged on the positioning shaft, when the clamping structure is assembled, the assembly auxiliary jig is locked on the bottom plate, then the end, provided with the first step surface, of the positioning shaft is inserted into the left profiling clamping block, the first step surface is enabled to be flush with the left clamping plate, the left pushing cylinder is pushed, the positioning shaft moves rightwards from the through hole, after the second step surface is flush with the support body, the stroke of the left pushing cylinder of the left clamping module is determined, and the left clamping modules such as the left buffer and the left pushing cylinder are fixed; and then taking down the quick assembly jig, installing a product, and determining the position of the right clamping module. Therefore, the auxiliary assembly jig provides a positioning reference, ensures the concentricity of the left clamping module and the right clamping module, accurately positions, enables the clamping structure to be assembled in place at one time, and improves the working efficiency.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating an assembly of the auxiliary fixture of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view illustrating the auxiliary fixture of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the assembly auxiliary fixture 100 of the present invention is used for assisting in assembling a clamping structure (please refer to fig. 1), the clamping structure has a left clamping module 10 and a right clamping module 20, the left clamping module 10 and the right clamping module 20 respectively have a left pushing cylinder 11 and a right pushing cylinder 21 to cooperate with a product 40 (as shown in fig. 7), the assembly auxiliary fixture 100 includes:
a support body 101 having a through hole 102 thereon;
the positioning shaft 103 is a cylindrical body and penetrates through the through hole 102 of the supporting body 101, a first step surface 104 and a second step surface 105 are arranged on the positioning shaft 103, wherein the first step surface 104 is located at the end of the positioning shaft 103, the second step surface 105 is located between the two ends of the positioning shaft 103, the diameters of the cross sections where the first step surface 104 and the second step surface 105 are located are larger than the diameter of the through hole 102, and the first step surface 104 and the second step surface 105 are located on the same side of the supporting body 101.
The length of the positioning shaft 103 is adjustable according to the size of the product 40, so that the assembly auxiliary fixture 100 can be used for different types or different kinds of products 40.
The bottom of the supporting body 101 is fixedly connected with a positioning plate 106, the positioning plate 106 is provided with a screw hole 107, and the assembling auxiliary fixture 100 is locked on the bottom plate 30 needing to be provided with the clamping structure by matching screws.
The top of the supporting body 101 is fixedly connected with a top plate 108, the top plate 108 is rectangular, and at least two grooves 109 are formed along the length direction of the top plate 108. Before the product 40 is clamped by the clamping structure, the product 40 is clamped to the clamping structure from other stations by a grabbing cylinder matched with the clamping structure, and the two grooves 109 are used for positioning the position of the grabbing cylinder, so that the grabbing cylinder is better installed.
In order to ensure the effective operation of the left push cylinder 11, the distance between the first step surface 104 and the second step surface 105 is less than or equal to the maximum stroke of the left push cylinder 11 in the clamping structure.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a first state of the auxiliary assembly fixture of the present invention in use. When assembling the clamping structure, the auxiliary assembly jig 100 is locked on the bottom plate 30 to which the clamping structure needs to be mounted, and then the end of the positioning shaft 103 provided with the first step surface 104 is inserted into the left copying clamp block 14, so that the first step surface 104 is aligned with the left copying clamp block 14.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a second state of the auxiliary assembly fixture of the present invention in use. The left pushing cylinder 11 is pushed, the left pushing cylinder 11 pushes the left clamping plate 13 and the left profiling clamping block 14 to move rightwards, accordingly, the positioning shaft 103 moves rightwards from the through hole 102, and the diameter of the section where the second step surface 105 is located is larger than that of the through hole 102, so that after the second step surface 105 is attached to the supporting body 101 in a flush mode, the positioning shaft 103 is clamped, and the left pushing cylinder 11 stops moving. Thereby, the stroke of the left push cylinder 11 is determined.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a third state of the auxiliary assembly fixture of the present invention in use. After the stroke of the left push cylinder 11 is determined, the position of the left buffer 12 is determined, the left buffer 12 is fixed to the base plate 30 using a screw, and then the position of the left push cylinder 11 is fixed, thereby fixing the position of the left clamping module 10. Due to the positioning shaft 103, it is determined that the right clamping module 20 and the left clamping module 10 are in a concentric position.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing a clamping structure assembled by using the auxiliary assembly fixture of the present invention. The assembly auxiliary fixture 100 is taken down, one end of the product 40 is clamped in the left profiling clamping block 14, then the right pushing cylinder 21 is pushed, the right profiling clamping block 24 and the left profiling clamping block 14 are matched to clamp the product 40, and therefore the stroke of the right pushing cylinder 21 is determined. After the stroke of the right push cylinder 21 is determined, the position of the right bumper 22 is determined, the right bumper 22 is fixed to the base plate 30 using a screw, and then the position of the right push cylinder 21 is fixed and the motor 25 is fixed. The assembly of the entire clamping structure is completed.
In summary, the assembly auxiliary fixture 100 of the present invention provides a positioning reference, and the positioning shaft 103 is used to ensure the concentricity of the left clamping module 10 and the right clamping module 20, so as to precisely position, and to assemble the clamping structure in place at one time, thereby improving the working efficiency.
