Meanwhile, as the power line is fixed on the water tank, the situation that the power line is damaged due to biting of mice or artificial damage is avoided, the potential safety hazard of the dehumidifier is reduced, and the packaging process is simple and quick.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of dehumidification devices, in particular to a dehumidifier.
Background
The dehumidifier sold in the market at present, the power cord is basically exposed outside the machine body, the power cord is wound on the machine body during storage, transportation and packaging, and the power plug is clamped in the groove of the foam, so that the packaging mode has the following defects:

In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a dehumidifier comprising: a body; the chassis is arranged at the bottom of the machine body; the water tank is arranged in the machine body and positioned above the chassis, and a positioning part is arranged on the water tank; the first end of the power cord is fixedly connected to the chassis, and the power cord is provided with a using position where the power cord penetrates out of the chassis and a winding and unwinding position fixed on the positioning part.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a dehumidifier including a main body (not shown), a chassis 10, a water tank 20, and a power line 30.
Wherein the chassis 10 is arranged at the bottom of the machine body; the water tank 20 is arranged in the machine body and positioned above the chassis 10, and a positioning part is arranged on the water tank 20; the first end of the power cord 30 is fixedly connected to the chassis 10, and in use, the power cord 30 in this embodiment has a use position where the power cord passes through the chassis 10 and a storage position where the power cord is fixed to the positioning portion.
According to the above embodiment, it can be known that, since the water tank 20 in the present embodiment is disposed inside the machine body, the positioning portion is disposed on the water tank 20, in the actual use process, the power cord 30 has a use position where the power cord passes through the machine body from the chassis 10 and a storage position where the power cord is fixed on the positioning portion, in the process of packaging the dehumidifier, the power cord 30 can be fixed on the positioning portion by the action of the positioning portion to be in the storage position, and no damage is caused to the appearance piece on the outer surface of the dehumidifier. Meanwhile, as the power line 30 is fixed on the water tank 20, the situation that the power line is damaged due to biting of mice or artificial damage is avoided, the potential safety hazard of the dehumidifier is reduced, and the packaging process is simple and quick.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the chassis 10 in this embodiment is provided with a wiring groove 11, and when in use, the power cord 30 passes through the body along the wiring groove 11, so as to be connected with an external power source and be in a use position. In order to facilitate the power cord 30 to pass through the dehumidifier, a notch corresponding to the wiring groove 11 is provided on the body in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the positioning portion in this embodiment is disposed on one side of the water tank 20 near the interior of the body, and when the power cord 30 is fixed on the water tank 20, the power cord 30 is closer to the interior of the dehumidifier, so that the power cord 30 is prevented from being exposed outside the dehumidifier when the dehumidifier is in the retracted position, and abrasion of the external appearance of the dehumidifier caused by the power cord 30 is effectively prevented.
Preferably, the positioning part in the present embodiment includes a positioning groove 21 and a fixing piece 22, the positioning groove 21 is provided on an outer wall of a side of the water tank 20 near the inside of the body, the fixing piece 22 is provided on an inner wall of the water tank 20, and the power cord 30 is wound around and fixed on the fixing piece 22 after being arranged along the positioning groove 21 when the power cord 30 is in the winding and unwinding position.
The positioning groove 21 in the present embodiment extends along the height direction of the water tank 20, so that the power cord 30 is stably fixed in the positioning groove 21, and the structure is simple, and the implementation is convenient. Preferably, the positioning groove 21 in the present embodiment extends linearly along the height direction of the water tank 20, so as to facilitate positioning the power cord 30, however, in other embodiments of the present application, the positioning groove 21 may also extend in a curved line along the height direction of the water tank 20, and any other modification manner within the spirit of the present application is within the scope of the present application.
The width of the positioning groove 21 in the present embodiment is gradually narrowed in the height direction of the water tank 20, so that the power cord 30 is positioned in the positioning groove 21 quickly.
Preferably, the fixing member 22 in this embodiment is a positioning hook, which has a simple structure and is convenient for winding and fixing the power cord 30 on the positioning hook, specifically, the positioning hook in this embodiment includes a horizontal section 221 perpendicular to the sidewall of the water tank 20 and a vertical section 222 vertically disposed at one end of the horizontal section 221 away from the sidewall of the water tank 20, and when the power cord 30 is in the retracted position, the tail end of the power cord 30 is wound on the horizontal section 221 and is limited by the vertical section 222, which has a simple structure and is convenient for implementation.
According to the above embodiment, it can be known that when the production line packaging and dehumidifier is in the retracted position: the power line 30 extends to the inside of the water tank 20 along the chassis 10 through the positioning groove 21 on the side wall of the water tank 20 facing the inner wall of the machine body, and then the power line 30 is wound on the positioning hook on the inner side of the water tank 20; when the dehumidifier is used: the power line 30 is routed along the routing groove 11 of the chassis 10, the water tank 20 is opened, the power line 30 is taken out, the power line 30 is led out to the outside of the machine body along the routing groove 11 of the chassis 10, and then the water tank 20 is closed, so that the operation is simple and quick.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
1. the packaging cost is reduced, and the packaging efficiency is improved;
2. the problem that the power line directly contacts with the ground appearance piece is solved;
3. the problem of storing the power line when the dehumidifier is not in use is solved, and the safety problem caused by damage of the power line is solved.
