An anti-meandering oil pressure shock absorber guide cover return valve system for a high-speed motor train is provided, wherein a guide cover return valve system is arranged on a guide unit; the guide cover reflux valve system comprises a guide cover, a reflux valve seat, a one-way reflux valve and an oil guide pipe; the backflow valve seat is arranged on the guide seat of the guide unit through threads; the one-way return valve is arranged on a valve seat of the return valve; the guide cover is arranged on the valve seat of the reflux valve and is communicated with the reflux valve, and the oil guide pipe is in small clearance fit with the guide cover and is connected in a rivet punching mode; the back flow valve seat is provided with a sealing groove, and an O-shaped rubber static seal is arranged in the sealing groove. Technical Field

Background
The anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber for the speed train with the speed of 250 km marked by the Fuxing number is a key component of the running safety of the train and is mainly used for inhibiting the hunting movement of a bogie and a train body in the running process of the train. While anti-hunting dampers are designed to produce very high damping forces at very low speeds to dampen high and low frequency vibrations. Meanwhile, the anti-snake vibration absorber provides a dynamic stiffness requirement under low amplitude and high frequency, the low frequency dynamic stiffness requirement is small, and the high frequency dynamic stiffness requirement is large. Aiming at the special technical requirements of the anti-hunting shock absorber, the external adjustable oil pressure shock absorber with double circulation is designed. The existing double-circulation externally-arranged adjustable oil pressure shock absorber has certain technical defects, and is mainly characterized in that: during the downward movement of the piston, hydraulic oil flows into the oil storage cylinder through the bottom valve unit, and during the upward movement of the piston, hydraulic oil flows into the pressure cylinder through the bottom valve unit. During operation of the piston, the upper chamber of the pressure cylinder may be empty, which may lead to a deformation of the performance characteristic of the shock absorber.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an oil return valve system of an anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber guide cover for a high-speed motor train, which aims at the defects of the prior art, and the application of the system can enable three parts of hydraulic oil to circularly flow, namely an upper cavity of a pressure cylinder of the anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber, a lower cavity of the pressure cylinder of the anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber and an oil storage cylinder, so that the problem that the performance characteristic curve of the shock absorber is deformed due to the occurrence of a cavity in the upper cavity of the pressure cylinder of the anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber is avoided.

the guide cover is arranged on the valve seat of the return valve and is communicated with the return valve, so that hydraulic oil flows through the oil guide pipe, the guide cover and the return valve from the energy storage cylinder under the pressure action and then enters the upper cavity of the pressure cylinder of the snake-like oil pressure shock absorber;
the oil guide pipe is in small clearance fit with the guide cover and is connected in a rivet punching mode;
the back flow valve seat is provided with a sealing groove, and an O-shaped rubber static seal is arranged in the sealing groove.

the return valve seat 8 is arranged on a guide seat 10 of the guide unit through threads; the return valve 9 is arranged on the return valve seat 8;
the guide cover 12 is arranged on the return valve seat 8 and is communicated with the return valve 9, so that hydraulic oil flows through the oil guide pipe 7, the guide cover 12 and the return valve 9 from the energy storage cylinder 11 under the pressure action and then enters the pressure cylinder upper cavity of the snake-like oil pressure shock absorber;
the oil guide pipe 7 is in small clearance fit with the guide cover 12 and is connected in a rivet punching mode;
the backflow valve seat 8 is provided with a sealing groove 13, and an O-shaped rubber static seal is arranged in the sealing groove 13.
The technical scheme of the invention relates to a set of guide cover oil return valve unit designed for realizing the characteristic function of a dual-circulation external adjustable anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber, which is used for supplementing annular oil flow of a piston rod and a pressure cylinder in the compression process of the anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber, so that the consistency of oil in the working process of the anti-hunting oil pressure shock absorber is ensured, and the problem that a performance characteristic curve of the shock absorber is deformed due to the fact that a cavity does not appear.

the guide unit is provided with a guide cover reflux valve system;
the guide cover reflux valve system comprises a guide cover, a reflux valve seat, a one-way reflux valve and an oil guide pipe;
the backflow valve seat is arranged on the guide seat of the guide unit through threads; the one-way return valve is arranged on a valve seat of the return valve;
the guide cover is arranged on the valve seat of the return valve and is communicated with the return valve, so that hydraulic oil flows through the oil guide pipe, the guide cover and the return valve from the energy storage cylinder under the pressure action and then enters the upper cavity of the pressure cylinder of the snake-like oil pressure shock absorber;
