为了解决以上问题，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种卡簧螺钉螺帽，其结构包括螺钉和螺帽；
所述螺钉的螺杆的外围上设有轴向的凹槽；所述凹槽设有圆对称的两个；所述凹槽一端贯通螺钉的顶部一端抵触到螺钉的螺钉头；所述螺钉的螺杆上设有螺帽；所述凹槽中设有卡簧；所述卡簧呈U形的弹片状结构；所述卡簧能够倒插在所述的两个凹槽中。
本发明的有益效果是：因为螺钉的螺杆设有堆成的凹槽，因为凹槽中设有U形的卡簧，因为卡簧能将螺杆上的螺帽侧向向外顶住，所以螺帽不会在螺杆上松动。

如图1至图9所示，本发明其结构包括螺钉1和螺帽2；螺钉1的螺杆的外围上设有轴向的凹槽10；凹槽10设有圆对称的两个；凹槽10一端贯通螺钉1的顶部一端抵触到螺钉1的螺钉头；螺钉1的螺杆上设有螺帽2；凹槽10中设有卡簧3；卡簧3呈U形的弹片状结构；卡簧3能够倒插在的两个凹槽10中。
本发明是这样使用的：如图7和图8所示，使用时，先将螺钉1和螺帽2将需要拴在一起的部件拴在一起，然后旋紧螺帽2，最后将U形的卡簧3倒插在螺钉1的螺杆的凹槽10中，因为卡簧3的向外的弹性使得卡簧3的两侧的簧片将螺帽2的内侧牢牢抵触使得螺帽2不会因为转动而松动。
