Abstract
本发明涉及一种球窝可换式斜盘,它包括斜盘本体,在所述斜盘本体上设有球窝座孔,在所述球窝座孔内设有可换式球窝座,在所述可换式球窝座上设有球窝,在所述球窝底部的可换式球窝座上设有油孔,所述可换式球窝座最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座的外径比为1:(13‑19.5)。本发明结构简单,加工方便,更换容易,维护成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜盘,具体涉及一种球窝可换式斜盘。
背景技术
在现有技术中,斜盘式变量柱塞泵和马达,因斜盘变量支撑球窝不断摩擦运行,容易磨损,维护时因斜盘球窝损坏必须换掉斜盘,维护成本高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单,加工方便,更换容易,维护成本低的球窝可换式斜盘。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的球窝可换式斜盘,它包括斜盘本体,在所述斜盘本体上设有球窝座孔,在所述球窝座孔内设有可换式球窝座,在所述可换式球窝座上设有球窝,在所述球窝底部的可换式球窝座上设有油孔,所述可换式球窝座最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座的外径比为1:(13-19.5)。
在所述斜盘本体上平行设有两个球窝座孔。
所述球窝为半球形球窝。
所述可换式球窝座最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座的外径比为1:15。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明结构设置合理,在斜盘上设置可换式球窝座,其加工方便,更换容易,维护时只要更换球窝即可,不用整个斜盘都换掉,大大减少了维护成本,采用外径比为1:(13-19.5)的可换式球窝座最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座,完全能满足使用要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的球窝可换式斜盘,它包括斜盘本体1,在所述斜盘本体1上设有球窝座孔2,在所述球窝座孔2内设有可换式球窝座3,在所述可换式球窝座3上设有球窝4,在所述球窝4底部的可换式球窝座3上设有油孔5,所述可换式球窝座3最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座3的外径比为1:(13-19.5);在所述斜盘本体1上平行设有两个球窝座孔2;所述球窝4为半球形球窝。本发明结构设置合理,在斜盘上设置可换式球窝座,其加工方便,更换容易,维护时只要更换球窝即可,不用整个斜盘都换掉,大大减少了维护成本,采用外径比为1:(13-19.5)的可换式球窝座最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座,完全能满足使用要求。

1.球窝可换式斜盘,其特征在于:它包括斜盘本体(1),在所述斜盘本体(1)上设有球窝座孔(2),在所述球窝座孔(2)内设有可换式球窝座(3),在所述可换式球窝座(3)上设有球窝(4),在所述球窝(4)底部的可换式球窝座(3)上设有油孔(5),所述可换式球窝座(3)最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座(3)的外径比为1:(13-19.5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球窝可换式斜盘,其特征在于:在所述斜盘本体(1)上平行设有两个球窝座孔(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的球窝可换式斜盘,其特征在于:所述球窝(4)为半球形球窝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的球窝可换式斜盘,其特征在于:所述可换式球窝座(3)最外端的壁厚与可换式球窝座(3)的外径比为1:15。
