The present invention relates to a woven or knitted fabric for a sheet type pack, which is a pack of a face mask or a partial film, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a woven or knitted fabric and a pack of a face mask or a partial film containing rayon, which have unique tensile strength, bursting strength and moisture absorption, thereby having excellent feeling in use, mechanical strength and water absorption.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a woven or knitted fabric for a sheet type mask, which is a facial mask set or a partial film set, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a woven or knitted fabric containing rayon, which has excellent feeling in use, mechanical strength and water absorbency.
Background
In general, in the field of cosmetics, a sheet-type mask set is an article that can achieve a moisturizing effect and a cleansing effect by attaching a facial-shaped mask sheet without hand-tearing, and is available in various forms, such as a mask sheet designed to cover the entire face, or a mask sheet divided into two pieces on the upper/lower side, a mask sheet (partial film set) cut to fit a specific area such as an area under the eyes/mouth, and the like. The sheet type mask set has a support capable of supporting the lotion so as to be applied to the skin for a long time, compared to a general cosmetic lotion, and is in the form of a cosmetic: the skin penetration of the skin effect ingredient is enhanced due to the occlusion effect provided by the support body, thereby having excellent moisturizing effect and skin care effect. The mask sheet of such a cosmetic mask set generally uses a plant cellulose fabric raw material mainly derived from cotton or wood pulp or a non-woven fabric made of a synthetic fabric raw material as a support of a mask shape of a fresh water support and a cosmetic liquid, but such a non-woven fabric has a disadvantage that it is difficult to apply in terms of smooth attachment when applied to a face having a largely curved surface.
For example, korean granted patent No. 10-1308356 relates to a composite non-woven fabric for a facial sheet type mask having antimicrobial and deodorizing properties while complementing weak strength and hydrophobicity of a raw material of javanic cotton fabric by crosswinding a mesh obtained by filament blending the raw material of javanic cotton fabric and viscose rayon fabric and then attaching it, and a method of preparing the same. Here, it discloses: the kapok fabric material is a hollow natural fabric material having a length of 8 to 32mm and a thickness of 30 to 35 μm, has a circular or elliptical cross-sectional shape, has a density of 0.30g/cc due to the hollow characteristics, and is lightweight of cotton (density of 1.54g/cc)1/5, and thus exhibits light weight and elastic characteristics in addition to silk-like gloss. However, it discloses: the composite nonwoven fabric has a tensile strength in the MD direction of 5 to 60N/5cm and a burst strength of 4 to 7 kgf. However, it is well known that such non-woven fabrics have a disadvantage in smooth attachment at the time of application when applied to a face mainly of a curved surface, and therefore, in addition to such non-woven fabrics, papers or films and the like have been used, but they also have the same problems as the non-woven fabrics. Therefore, many different material researches have been made in an attempt to develop a support body further improved in use feeling, application feeling, efficacy, and the like.
Under these circumstances, the inventors of the present invention conducted intensive studies in order to develop a support body further improved in excellent feeling of use, feeling of application and efficacy, and as a result, confirmed that if a woven or knitted fabric containing rayon is used as a face mask group or a partial film group, particularly a hydrogel face mask group or a partial film group, highly enhanced tensile strength, bursting strength and moisture absorption are exhibited, thereby exhibiting excellent feeling of use and water absorption, and completed the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric for a support of a facial film set or a partial film set.
Further, it is another object of the present invention to provide a support for a facial film set or a partial film set, which is characterized by comprising a woven or knitted fabric containing rayon.
Technical scheme
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
According to one embodiment for achieving the above object, the present invention relates to a rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric for a support of a facial film group or a partial film group.
In the present invention, "rayon" is a synthetic textile raw material, which means a textile raw material prepared using a natural polymer obtained from cellulose as a main raw material. As such rayon, there are four kinds such as viscose rayon, cuprammonium rayon, high-strength rayon, viscose rayon (polynosic rayon), and the like, and it is called regenerated textile raw material because cellulose can be converted into a solution and then reduced again into a textile raw material form.
The method for producing such rayon may use a conventionally known method for producing rayon. For example, the process for preparing viscose rayon uses the following steps: xanthate is prepared by reacting CS2Functionalized and made in dilute caustic soda solution and made into a glue solution suitable for spinning and pressed out of the spinneret as a coagulated solution, which is coagulated and the cellulose is regenerated again after the refined pulp is immersed in 17.5% caustic soda solution to convert it into alkaline cellulose and aged by being left at a constant temperature.
If the regenerated cellulose (i.e., rayon) prepared as above is appropriately elongated, the desired filaments are obtained and then the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention is prepared by appropriately cutting it for spinning.
The term "woven or knitted fabric" used in the present invention means a woven fabric and a knitted fabric, and the woven fabric means a fabric in which threads are woven in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction to form a fabric, and the knitted fabric means a fabric woven in one direction by hooks to form a fabric by joining. Further, the knitted fabric may be a warp knitted fabric (also referred to as a warp knitted fabric), which means a knitted fabric fed in a wale direction (vertical) to form a fabric, or a circular knitted fabric, which means a knitted fabric fed in a lateral direction (horizontal) to form a fabric. According to a preferred embodiment, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention may be in the form of a circular knitted fabric and a warp knitted fabric.
In the present invention, the term "spun yarn" refers to a yarn made by twisting staple fibers together to make a coherent thread. The spun yarn may contain a single type of fiber, or be a blend of many different types of fibers (a blended spun yarn). Furthermore, the term "filament yarn" means a yarn composed of filament fibers (very long continuous fibers) that are twisted together or merely gathered together.
The present invention relates to woven or knitted fabrics "comprising" one or more artificial filament yarns. Preferably, the rayon yarn may comprise only rayon containing a single type of fiber or filament (i.e., 100% rayon). In addition, the woven or knitted fabric may further comprise: a blended spun yarn containing other raw materials for textile materials in addition to rayon as a staple fiber; or blended filament yarns containing rayon filaments and other types of textile raw material filaments.
The mixing ratio of the rayon and the other kinds of fabric materials in the blended spun yarn or the blended filament yarn is preferably 99.9:0.1 to 65:35 (rayon: other kinds of fabric materials) in terms of weight ratio. A textile raw material or a textile raw material mixed with rayon or blended with filament yarn may be used without limitation, and for example, there are cellulose acetate, kapok, polyester, nylon, polylactic acid (PLA), polyglycolic acid (PGA), polyglycolic acid (PLGA), and the like.
In a specific embodiment, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention is a fabric having moisture absorption properties, and in a preferred embodiment, if the woven or knitted fabric is a warp knitted fabric, the thickness is 0.25. + -. 0.05mm and the basis weight is 50 to 200g/m2And if the woven or knitted fabric is a circular knitted fabric, the density is from 100 wales/15 cm to 250 wales/15 cm and from 50 courses/15 cm to 200 courses/15 cm. In this regard, if the thickness and basis weight or the number of wales and the number of widthwise directions are lower than the above-mentioned ranges, the density of the rayon woven fabric is coarse, and thus the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon in the facial film group or the partial film group is buried in the hydrogel weave, and thus it cannot serve as a support; further, if the thickness and basis weight or the number of wales and the number of widthwise directions are higher than the above-mentioned ranges, the density of the rayon knitted fabric is too dense, and thus the hydrogel weave and the sense of unity of the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon are degraded, and thus it is not preferable as a support. When the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric satisfies the above-mentioned range, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric in the mask pack or the partial film pack forms 2 layers integrally with the hydrogel texture, and thus it functions asTo the supporting body.
In a particular embodiment, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention can be a wide variety of colored fabrics, preferably, white or bright white fabrics.
The elastic modulus (E modulus) of the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention is characterized by the range of 100 to 30000kgf/cm2More preferably 100 to 20000kgf/cm2Most preferably 500 to 15000kgf/cm2. If the elastic modulus is lower than the above range, the adhesion force on the curved surface of the body of the contact surface membrane is weakened; if it is higher than the above range, the functionality as a support for the pellicle membrane may be lowered, and thus the above range is suitable. The woven or knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention is characterized by having tensile strength and bursting strength: in the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon, the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon has a tensile strength in the MD direction (Machine direction) of 5 to 30 kgf/inch, more preferably 10 to 30 kgf/inch. Further, the burst strength of the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon is characterized by 5Kgf to 30Kgf, more preferably 10 to 30 Kgf. More specifically, if it is a circular knitted fabric, the tensile strength in the MD direction ranges from 10 to 20 Kgf/inch, and the burst strength ranges from 10 to 21 Kgf; in the case of a warp-knitted fabric, the tensile strength in the MD direction ranges from 12 to 23 kgf/inch; and a burst strength of 14 to 23 Kgf. If the tensile strength and burst strength are lower than the above ranges, there is a fear that the woven or knitted fabric may be stretched or the woven fabric may be torn during the manufacture of the mask or partial film group; if the tensile strength and the burst strength are higher than the above ranges, there is a disadvantage in that they cannot be smoothly applied to a curved surface as a support when applied to a face.
Further, preferably, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention is characterized by exhibiting moisture absorption of 100 to 150% as compared with the dry weight of the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric. If it is less than the above range, the function of storing water of the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon is weakened; if it is higher than the above range, the mask set or the partial film set shows a tendency of decreasing adhesion because too much water is absorbed, thereby increasing the weight of the support.
According to another embodiment, the present invention relates to a mask pack or a partial film pack comprising a woven or knitted fabric comprising rayon.
In the present invention, the "mask pack" may be in the form of a pack applied to the entire face to deliver or infiltrate the active ingredient into the skin, or may be in the form of a pack applied to a part of the body (including the face) to deliver or infiltrate the active ingredient into the skin, such as a "topical film pack". Preferably, the mask pack or the partial film pack may comprise a hydrogel for delivering the effective ingredient and water and the like into the skin to be applied. In particular, as the hydrogel, a well-known hydrogel for a facial mask set can be used without limitation. For example, such hydrogels may comprise gelling polymers such as natural or synthetic gums and the like, skin active ingredients, preservatives, surfactants and solvents, and may further comprise perfumes according to preference.
In a particular embodiment, the mask or partial film group according to the invention is characterized by the formation of two layers, wherein the hydrogel and the rayon in one layer are combined (binding layer of hydrogel and woven or knitted fabric containing rayon) and the hydrogel is present only in one layer, since a part of the hydrogel tissue in the hydrogel penetrates into the tissue of the woven or knitted fabric containing rayon, preferably in a thickness ratio of the two layers of 30:70 to 10: 90. That is, the thickness of the hydrogel tissue alone is preferably 70% to 90% as compared to the thickness of the woven or knitted fabric support containing rayon. In particular, if the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention is used as a support, excellent tensile strength and burst strength can be obtained even when the hydrogel thickness becomes thicker.
The mask or topical film set of the present invention can be prepared by the following method: adding and mixing hydrogel components other than solvent; preparing a hydrogel mixture by hot-melting and hydration at an appropriate temperature, for example, 60 to 90 ℃; it is injected between the woven or knitted fabric support containing rayon of the present invention and the peelable surface or film removed before use and fixed, or poured or spread on the woven or knitted fabric support containing rayon, or the like.
Thus, the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention can play a storage role of storing water by showing superior tensile strength and burst strength and hygroscopicity, as compared to the existing products, and when it is applied to a facial film group or a partial film group, it finally prevents not only unwanted external contact and contamination of the hydrogel constituting the group, but also exhibits remarkably improved coverage and adhesion and has excellent silk-general use feeling, thereby having the following advantages: providing excellent physical properties as a support for hydrogels in these groups.
The invention also relates to the use of a woven or knitted fabric containing rayon for a mask or partial film group.
Effects of the invention
As described above, the present invention has advantages in that: it can be widely used for a mask set or a partial film set, etc., because the mask set or the partial film set using the same provides excellent feeling of touch, coverage, mechanical strength and adhesion due to unique enhanced tensile strength, burst strength and moisture absorption of such a rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric by using a rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric which has not been used for a support of the mask set or the partial film set in the past.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail by providing specific examples. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art, however, that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the description of the embodiments.
Preparation example 1: preparation of circular knitted Fabric containing rayon according to the present invention
The method of preparing a rayon circular knitted fabric according to the present invention is a process of warp knitting → knitting (circular knitting) → cleaning → tentering/heat treatment → drying → slitting/cutting → encapsulation. The warp knitting process is a work of warp knitting a package yarn into a knitted fabric (weaving) and using filaments from German Enka Company. The knitting process is a work of knitting by a circular knitting machine and knitting (circular knitting) is performed to suit the thickness and basis weight described in the present invention. Thereafter, it was cleaned using a cleaner to remove the spin finish and foreign substances, and then the fabric was heat-treated, dried, cut to a desired size and wrapped with PE wrap, and then finally wrapped in a pouch made of aluminum. The main processes of weaving and the like are performed in Gyeongnam Fabric and are provided and used.
Regarding the circular knitted Fabric containing rayon of the present invention, a rayon circular knitted Fabric prepared in a manner suitable for the thickness and basis weight of the present invention by using filaments of German Enka Company was provided by Gyeongnam Fabric and used.
Preparation example 2: preparation of the warp knitted Fabric containing rayon according to the present invention
The method of preparing the rayon warp-knitted fabric of the present invention is the same as that of preparing the rayon circular-knitted fabric in example 1 in that it is subjected to the processes of warp knitting → cleaning → tentering/heat treatment → drying → slitting/cutting → encapsulation, but it is different in that the knitting process is not circular knitting but warp knitting. Knitting (warp knitting) is performed by a warp knitting machine to be suitable for the thickness and basis weight described in the present invention.
Regarding the rayon-containing warp knit Fabric of the present invention, a rayon warp knit Fabric prepared using filaments of German Enka Company in a manner suitable for the thickness and basis weight of the present invention was provided by Gyeongnam Fabric and used.
Example 1: confirmation of the construction of the knitted Fabric containing rayon according to the present invention
The structure of the rayon-containing circular knitted fabric of the present invention prepared in preparation example 1 was observed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and as the scanning electron microscope, a scanning electron microscope (SEM-EDS) JSM 6335F type manufactured by Jeol (japan) was used, and the result is shown in fig. 1 below.
Example 2: confirmation of tensile Strength and burst Strength of the rayon-containing knitted Fabric of the present invention
The tensile strength and burst strength of the rayon-containing knitted fabric of the present invention were measured and compared with conventionally used nonwoven fabrics. Specifically, the tensile strength and burst strength of the circular knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics prepared in preparation examples 1 and 2 of the present invention and the composite non-woven fabric (as a control group) prepared by the method disclosed in korean patent laid-open No. 10-13083556 were measured. Tensile strength (MD) was measured by the Standard Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics (Standard Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics, name: D638-10) of ASTM (American society for testing materials), and measured 10 times using type 1 samples, and the results are shown in the following tables 1 and 2, respectively. Burst strength was measured by ASTM D3787 Burst strength Test of fabrics (CRT Ball Burst Test), and the results are shown in table 1 and table 2 below, respectively. As can be seen from the above results, the bursting strength of the circular knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention showed at most 6 times, at least 2.5 times or more that of the composite non-woven fabric disclosed in korean issued patent No. 10-13083556; and in the case of the warp-knitted fabric, it shows up to 6.5 times, at least 2.7 times or more as much as the composite non-woven fabric disclosed in korean patent laid-open No. 10-13083556.

[ TABLE 2 ]
Physical properties of the rayon warp knit fabric according to the present invention
Example 3: confirmation of moisture absorption Properties of circular knitted Fabric containing rayon according to the present invention
The moisture absorption level of the circular knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention was measured. Specifically, the moisture absorption level of the circular knitted fabric containing rayon was measured as follows. Five samples were prepared, which were circular knit fabrics containing rayon in preparation example 1 and accurately cut to a constant size (1369 cm)2) And dried sufficiently in a 90 c drying oven for about 30 minutes, and then the weight of each sample was accurately measured and reported. After the circular knitted fabric sample was immersed in a beaker containing water and sufficiently absorbed water for about 5 minutes, the sample was squeezed with tweezers and spread to completely remove the water on the surface. A thin and soft texture was finely spread on the knitted fabric and a tap was performed to completely remove moisture on the surface of the knitted fabric containing rayon, and the weight was measured. As a result, the weight of water absorbed by each sample was shown to be 134.8. + -. 3.3%, and this result demonstrates that the circular knitted fabric containing rayon of the present invention can sufficiently function as a facial mask group or a partial film group to store water.
As described above, it has been confirmed that the rayon-containing woven or knitted fabric of the present invention has excellent tensile strength and burst strength and can function as a storage for storing water, compared to conventional products, and thus, it exhibits suitable physical properties as a facial mask set or a partial film set.
