The basic structure of the chip liquid processing device for the machine tool of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 1 or 2 or 3, and the difference and improvement are that, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an oxygenation pump 5 is further arranged on the right box chamber 101, an air outlet of the oxygenation pump 5 is led into the first-stage filtrate after oil removal in the right box chamber 101, and the air inlet is communicated with the outside; and the oxygenation pump 5 is utilized to input air into the primary filtrate, so that the dissolved oxygen content in the primary filtrate is improved, and the primary filtrate is prevented from being corroded and smelly in an anaerobic environment.
Example 5
The basic structure of the chip liquid treatment device for the machine tool of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 3, and is different from and improved in that, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the chip liquid treatment device further comprises a vortex separator 8 and a secondary water tank 9, the vortex separator 8 is arranged at the upper port of the chip receiving tank 1, a liquid inlet of the vortex separator 8 is communicated with a water outlet of the recoil pump 21, a slag outlet is introduced into the chip receiving tank 1, a liquid outlet is communicated with the secondary water tank 9, and the secondary water tank 9 is arranged at one side of the water tank 10.
The backflushing pump 21 is used for discharging liquid in two ways, and one way is used for supplying backflushing scraps to the roller scrap remover 2; the other path is led into the vortex separator 8 through a liquid inlet of the vortex separator 8, impurities in the mixture are filtered out, secondary filtrate is produced, the filtering precision is 20 mu m, and the impurities comprise metal chips and other solid particles; the impurities are discharged into the chip receiving groove 1 through a slag outlet of the vortex separator 8, and enter the roller chip remover 2 along with chip liquid in the chip receiving groove 1 to filter and remove chips; and the secondary filtrate is discharged into the secondary water tank 9 through a liquid outlet of the vortex separator 8 and is supplied to a machine tool spindle.
According to the chip liquid treatment device of the machine tool, through the vortex separator 8 and the secondary water tank 9, chip liquid can be subjected to secondary filtration, the chip liquid treatment device can meet the liquid supply requirements of different precision of multiple parts of the machine tool, and the chip liquid of the machine tool is subjected to grading treatment and gradient partition utilization.
Example 6
The basic structure of the chip liquid processing device for a machine tool of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 5, and is different from and improved in that, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a central water outlet pump 92 is arranged on the secondary water tank 9, a water inlet of the central water outlet pump 92 is led into the secondary filtrate in the secondary water tank 9, and a water outlet is communicated with a water supply pipeline of a main shaft of the machine tool. The secondary filtrate can be continuously pumped into a water supply pipeline of the machine tool spindle by the central water outlet pump 92 for the machine tool spindle, and the waste liquid is mixed with the chip liquid after flowing out of the machine tool spindle and is discharged from a chip outlet of the machine tool, so that a circulating flow path of the liquid for the machine tool spindle is communicated, and the instant filtering and instant use of the liquid for the machine tool spindle are realized.
Example 7
The basic structure of the chip liquid processing device for a machine tool according to this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 5 or embodiment 6, and is different from and improved in that, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the secondary water tank 9 is further provided with a low liquid level alarm 91 for alarming when the liquid level in the secondary water tank 9 is too low or too high, so as to improve the use safety of the device.
Example 8
The basic structure of the chip liquid treatment device for the machine tool of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 6 or 7, and the difference and improvement are that, as shown in fig. 5, a filter element 95 is arranged in the secondary water tank 9, the filter element 95 is arranged on the water inlet of the central water outlet pump 92, and the filter element 95 is immersed in the secondary filtrate; when the central water outlet pump 92 pumps the secondary filtrate, the secondary filtrate is filtered by the filter element 95 and then supplied to the machine tool spindle through the central water outlet pump 92, so that the primary filtrate directly enters the machine tool spindle due to the failure of the front filter is prevented, and the damage to the machine tool spindle is avoided.
Example 9
The basic structure of the chip liquid processing apparatus for a machine tool according to this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 6, 7 or 8, and is different from and improved in that, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the secondary water tank 9 is disposed at one side of the left tank chamber 102, a partition 94 is disposed between the secondary water tank 9 and the left tank chamber 102, the partition 94 separates the secondary water tank 9 from the left tank chamber 102, an overflow port 93 is disposed above the partition 94, the secondary water tank 9 and the left tank chamber 102 are communicated through the overflow port 93, and after the secondary filtrate in the secondary water tank 9 is filled, the redundant secondary filtrate overflows from the overflow port 93 into the left tank chamber 102 to be mixed with the primary filtrate, thereby protecting the secondary water tank 9 and the pre-equipment thereof and improving the safety of the overflow equipment.
A method for treating machine tool cutting fluid comprises the following steps:
Firstly, discharging chip liquid into a chip receiving groove 1 from a chip outlet of a machine tool, and introducing the chip liquid into a roller chip remover 2 through the chip receiving groove 1 to filter and remove chips to generate primary filtrate;
step two, the primary filtrate flows into a right box chamber 101 of the water tank 10 through a water outlet of the roller chip removing machine 2 for secondary treatment:
A. the primary filtrate firstly flows through an oil cooler 3 to be cooled;
B. Separating and discharging oil stains in the primary filtrate by using an oil-water separator 4 after cooling;
C. introducing air into the primary filtrate by using an oxygenation pump 5;
Step three, introducing the primary filtrate subjected to secondary treatment into a left tank chamber 102 of the water tank 10 from a channel between the outer side wall 100 of the chip receiving tank and the side wall of the water tank 10;
Step four, pumping out the first-stage filtrate of the left box chamber 102 by using a cooling pump 6 and a chip flushing pump 7, supplying the first-stage filtrate to a machine tool for chip flushing and cooling, and discharging chip liquid generated after the use into a chip receiving groove 1 from a chip outlet of the machine tool;
Step five, pumping out primary filtrate of the left tank chamber 102 by using a recoil pump 21, wherein the recoil pump 21 is provided with two paths of outlets; one path is supplied to the roller chip remover 2 for back flushing the chips, so that the blocking of meshes of a filter screen caused by the deposition of metal chips is prevented; the other way is supplied to a vortex separator 8;
Step six, filtering the primary filtrate through the vortex separator 8, separating out impurities and generating a secondary filtrate;
Step seven, the secondary filtrate flows into a secondary water tank 9 through a pipeline, and impurities enter the chip receiving groove 1 at the same time, and enter the roller chip remover 2 along with chip liquid in the chip receiving groove 1 for filtering and chip removal;
and step eight, filtering the secondary filtrate by a filter element 95, and pumping out the secondary filtrate through a central water outlet pump 92 to supply to a main shaft of the machine tool.
The method for processing the chip liquid of the machine tool can intensively and hierarchically process the chip liquid output by the machine tool, and has the advantages of cyclic utilization, good filtering effect and wide practicability; and can meet the requirements of liquid supply of different precision at multiple parts of the machine tool.
The invention and its embodiments have been described above by way of illustration and not limitation, and the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings and described in the drawings in which the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if one of ordinary skill in the art is informed by this disclosure, the structural mode and the embodiments similar to the technical scheme are not creatively designed without departing from the gist of the present invention.

A machine tool chip liquid treatment device is characterized in that: the chip removing device comprises a water tank (10), wherein a chip receiving groove (1) and a roller chip removing machine (2) which are communicated are arranged in the middle of the water tank (10), the water tank (10) is divided into a right tank chamber (101) and a left tank chamber (102) by the chip receiving groove (1) and the roller chip removing machine (2), and the right tank chamber (101) and the left tank chamber (102) are communicated with each other through a channel arranged between the outer side wall (100) of the chip receiving groove and the side wall of the water tank (10); the water outlet of the roller chip removing machine (2) is communicated with the right box chamber (101); an oil cooler (3) and an oil-water separator (4) are arranged in the right box chamber (101);
a cooling pump (6) and a chip flushing pump (7) for supplying water to the machine tool are arranged on the left box chamber (102), and water inlets of the cooling pump (6) and the chip flushing pump (7) are communicated into the left box chamber (102);
a recoil pump (21) is further arranged on the left box chamber (102), a water inlet of the recoil pump (21) is communicated into the left box chamber (102), and a water outlet of the recoil pump is communicated into the roller chip remover (2);
Still include vortex separator (8) and second grade water tank (9), vortex separator (8) set up connect bits groove (1) upper port department, the inlet of vortex separator (8) with the delivery port intercommunication of recoil pump (21), the slag notch lets in connect bits groove (1), the liquid outlet with second grade water tank (9) intercommunication, second grade water tank (9) set up water tank (10) one side.
