一种治疗神经痛黑膏药，属于外用中药技术领域。本发明由以下的物质制成：川穹20‑30份，乳香38‑42份，三七粉60‑77份，全蝎2‑3份，桂枝2‑4份，丹皮3‑8份，薄荷2‑4份，没药13‑17份，自然铜13‑17份，木通10‑18份，马兰根2‑10份，樟脑1‑2份，苍术6‑10份，乌敛莓7‑15份。本发明主治面部神经麻痹、面部神经痉挛等面部神经性疼痛的疾病，有消炎止痛的功效，能输通血管，快速止痛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗神经痛黑膏药，属于外用中药技术领域。
背景技术
膏药经皮肤发挥作用贴膏药疗法是中医临床常用的外治方法之一，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，再加入辛香走窜极强的引经药物，通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。
据现代药理研究，黑膏药在吸收、疗效方面优于橡胶膏。但由于黑膏药的制作工艺较为复杂，没有统一标准，不易进行质量控制，导致黑膏药的质量参差齐。因黑膏药的制作费时费力，中医医院多开展中药外敷，即用中草药粉碎后调入蜂蜜、凡士林等基质呈软膏状外敷后以棉纸、绷带固定，每24小时换药次，使用成本较高。黑膏药每贴可使用3—15天，揭下后可再次贴敷，不影响疗效，因此费用较低。
中医外科膏药是运用中药归经原则，运用药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的大复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药用于肌表薄贴，所以膏药中取气味具厚的药物，并加以引药率领群药，开结行滞直达病所。因此可透入皮肤产生消炎，止痛，活血化淤，通经走络，开窍透骨，祛风散寒等功效。贴于体表的膏药刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的。同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势，从而发挥较强的药理作用。此外，因膏药中有些刺激性强的药物，强刺激通过神经反射，可以调节肌体功能促进抗体形成，提高人体免疫力。药物穿通皮肤及黏膜后，经过血管或淋巴管进入体循环，也可产生全身性药物作用。

本发明由以下的物质制成：川穹20-30份，乳香38-42份，三七粉60-77份，全蝎2-3份，桂枝2-4份，丹皮3-8份，薄荷2-4份，没药13-17份，自然铜13-17份，木通10-18份，马兰根2-10份，樟脑1-2份，苍术6-10份，乌敛莓7-15份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明主治面部神经麻痹、面部神经痉挛等面部神经性疼痛的疾病，有消炎止痛的功效，能输通血管，快速止痛。
